Out of service air . And my "check tire pressure" light is scrolling!! This bad Michigan weather right now I'm sure I am not the only one that could use this wonderful service.Look elsewhere if this is what you are in need of.

I took my car up there and was a bit scared due to my past traumatic experiences at other car shops . Brandon gave me a price I could afford so that me and my little guy could be on the roads safely. The mechanics were honest a fast. Thank you again!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!Brought my car in cause it's about to be winter and the treads were all but gone on the front tires. Got new tires put on the front, next day one of them was flat. Since it was getting cold out I figured it was just the temp change, I was wrong. After filling the tire and going to work, the very next day flat again, went in there to ask about it and they told me it would take almost a week to get me back in because there were more people in front of me. I had already paid and this is the service I get, but wait there is more! I drop the car off for the appointment to fix the issue and they tell me my my rim is now cracked and blamed it on the roads. They tell me it's another $200.00 on top of what I paid for the new tires. The rim wasn't cracked when they gave me my new tires, yet when I get it back from them it's now cracked. I call corporate office and it takes 3 days to get back to me after leaving a message, he takes my information and tells me he will get back to me after the investigation. Big surprise never heard back. Not to mention they just threw the spare in the trunk on top of the stuff in there, after they pulled the spare out. Even my kids know if you take something out you put it back where you found it. Do Not Use This Shop Under Any Circumstances.

I tried to explain an issue I was having to a man behind the counter (tall bearded guy on far right when walking in ) he responded to me like I was stupid and proceeded to walk in the back room when we where done and loudly proclaim how dumb my statement was that I thought my tires may be unbalanced and laughed at me with door wide open like I couldn t hear him because he was behind a wallI will not be returning to this location neither will my wife idc what your prices customer service is everythingP.s. I was correct about the issue

Brought in a flat tire, they refilled it, said they couldn t find the leak, shrugged and gave it back to me. Two days later that same tire is flat again. At least they didn t charge me but don t expect great results.

Had my truck there for almost 8 hours installing four tires they did not seal the wheels nor did they change valve stems out now here I am a week later with a horrible vibration cuz they couldn't balance them correctly and three tires go low every other day wouldn't recommend

I purchased 4 new tires with road handler insurance. I got a nail in my tire yesterday i went in after work at 5pm they could not fit me in. I went back this morning at 8 am i was told they were backed up it would take two hours to get a tire patched. That is a 15 minute job. There were 2 people in lobby. It is the same story no matter what I bring my car in for. I use this one because it is close to my house but I wont be using them any more. I hope the nail doesn't come out and i end up on the side of the road because they can't get you out in a reasonable amount of time. I am very disappointed I will not use them at all in the future.

I went in to get 1 tire replaced, but I was told that there is a new policy where all tires have to match on AWD vehicles. My previous tires were discontinued, so in order to get my 1 tire replaced, I had to get 4 new tires that matched.Also, later on, when I opened my center console, it completely fell off. I noticed my center console was cracked like someone put a lot of weight on it. Whoever worked on it had to have heard it crack when it broke and chose not to report it. I always use my center console, and I know it was not cracked or broken before arriving at this Belletire.I've attached a picture of the underside of my center console where it broke off.

When to this store (#43) on 6-9-23 for an alignment and I was told by Joe (saleman) that they couldn't do the alignment without replacing all 4 ball joints. I was quoted a price of $847.08 out the door. I agreed to the price. Then come to find out only the 2 upper ball joints had been replaced and my cars alignment went out of alignment went out 2 days after this service. I just found out today (9-20-23) that the 2 lower ball joints weren't replaced. I will never do business with this store and I will make sure the community knows!

Let me start off with the fact that their customer service was great, and the only reason for the second star. Guys up front were very helpful. I went in for a tire repair and oil change. The tire had a slow leak and was staying steady at 22-25 PSI. The next morning after the fix , it was flat. We went to another shop nearby (thankfully open Sunday) and the guy there said whoever patched it didn t even try. Said it was a hack job. Spend the money ($35 where I went) and get it done right.

*** Update 1/16/24 ***My original review still stands!Came in around 8:20am for a rear brake job. The location was already busy, but I was greeted quickly and they got to my vehicle within a half hour. Like the last time, there was no unnecessary upsell on something I didn't need. Thank you to Armonte and "OG" employee Joe for making my visit as painless as possible!Friendly front counter staff.....and they competently complete the work that you go in their for without trying to upsell you something you don't need done. Wait times are pretty good.

They are the best! The customer service from Mike was just phenomenal and the whole staff was working very hard and proficient to ensure that everybody had their vehicle fixed and ready to go before they closed. Adam and Darren worked on my tire and did a great job! 10/10!

Went in for an alignment, the integrity of the employees for letting me know everything was within specs. No charge since no work was performed. Very rare to see, because most shops would have charged the customer. I will definetley continue to bring all my vehicles to this location.

We spent over 1200 on tires yesterday. Get our car back, ALL of my tires were really low on air. To the point that I had to fill them all. I also didn t get any valve covers on any of my tires. All my old tires had them on them when they took them off! There is no reason for either of these issues.

Service here was awful,and, they never did an alignment that I paid for. Tried to tell me there were a ton of expensive things wrong with my car. Never again. Good year tire treated me right.

My wife and I have never had an issue at Belle Tire. We have always had great experiences with them. For the most part we use this location. We haven't had any extreme work done, just the usual tire stuff (Patches and purchasing new tires), oil changes, tire rotations, and brake work done. However, they have always been quick, honest, helpful, and professional. I can only speak from my personal experience, but the reviews where the people claimed to be getting scammed just doesn't seem to ring true, at least not for me. I believe they are very trustworthy and I will continue to use them.

The warranties offered by their products are a sham. I purchased a full vehicle tire package less than one year ago on tires that had a six year warranty. My rear passenger side failed on a clear day,a clear road and not only did I not have an impact or pothole issue, they didn't honor the warranty. The manager, Sam Abdull, even said it could be called a "road hazard" if it was parked. There is absolutely no way to verify tire failure in this manner. No other of the tires were affected by " road hazard", particularly on the first tires that would be the first to encounter impact or hazard. On top of that there was a 23% increase in the price of the tire and they charged me for the labor to put it on. When I explained how unhappy I was about the service and paying for the labor for the replacement of something that should have been covered he said he could wave the labor on the charges but when he realized how unhappy I was he said he changed his mind and charged me for the full amount. Also while I was in the store the salesman said that the only manufacturer that would honor their warranties was Michelin and that was never apparent in the initial sale or with any of the other guests customers that were in the store. That was not offered to them. In conclusion I would advise that nobody go to that store. It is on Wayne road in Westland South Wayne road and the manager is Sam Abdul.

I made an appointment online and dropped my vehicle a few minutes before. I was promptly greeted and taken care of.The only thing that could have improved was the wait time. I was given a 3 hour time and it ended up being 4. However, with changing into winter I understand that they were busier that usual.I have never had a bad experience with any Belle Tire Location. I also love that I'm never treated different due to being female, as I have dealt with this frequently when it comes to going to any type of business for my vehicle.Thank you for all you do!
