Friendly and experienced staff, very clean. basic auto parts store, get your battery tested drop off or in car, chech engine light reading, and battery & wiper blade installation - models may vary if installation is possible - always an enjoyable experience and I leave with a smile on my face.

A tad slow. music is obnoxious. Not very helpful. But had the items needed. Couldn't wait to get out of the store due to the music.

I don t know about the rest of the crew but Les takes pride into his work! He was the only one that step up to install my battery. Yes it s easy, but I didn t bring any tools with me and my battery was dead. He went above and beyond what he had to do when installing my battery. He cleaned the shell that holds it, clean all the battery acid off and tested the battery before he sold it to me to make sure it was good! That s pride right there

So my transmission dipstick broke over the weekend, needed a new one ordered, talked to every parts store within a mile, advanced said they could have it by Monday, but it was an oil dipstick, then just trying to explain that's not what I need to someone who thought it would be universal, the manager guy came over and said he remembered that I called exactly for an oil dipstick, being a jerk for no reason.I remember what the hell I asked for, so don't gaslight me. Because wouldn't ya know then they couldn't find any results like everywhere else in the area once they actually looked up the right part.LISTEN goddamnit because, some people will not be as forgiving as me.I'm paying 100 dollars a day to be at college and thanks to this little mishap it's probably gonna be more like 400 i have to make up, so thank you for that Advance.

There are 4 or 5 people in the store, and one guy is doing EVERYTHING. ROB needs a raise!!! He even was kind and thoughtful enough to make excuses for the other employees poor behavior.. (rob got em 2 stars)

I like it here usually. I just ordered curbside online for some brake pads. I bought the second cheapest pads. They said they would give me semi metallic due to not having the organic in stock. Asked if price difference. I was told they would just give them to me. I looked the price up and I had received cheaper pads than I bought. I was cheated. Make sure you do your due diligence before hand on prices of all similar products so you won't be cheated too. Smh

I received excellent service at this location. Drew ran a battery check for me and discovered a clamp was loose. I didn't need a new battery. I will definitely go back to this store. Thank you Advance Auto Parts!

Even though their sign says they will install a battery, they refused saying that they don't install other businesses products. Could have left it at that and told me to have a good day. Instead they asked to look at the currently installed one. Proceeded to tell me that it was, "Super easy to install," and to "buy a 10 mm wrench and do it myself." The employee was completely condescending and just told me to go somewhere else. He was muttering under his breath something I didn't hear but I can imagine. Terrible attitude and service.

Check your prices . This store is know to have inaccurate prices. A can of already may say 5 but they charge you 6. And I'm happy to collect the 5 dollar bounty everytime . Also on sale prices in the flyers they may charge you regular prices . Staff is friendly mostly I suggest eBay for auto parts so much cheaper .

Tried to return wrong part that was sold to me. Refused because it was open. I told them to look up the part I need. Which they did. Said "It looks the same." I said does it look like this and that? He said no. So the reason it is wrong, i just proved and still was unable to return it. Asked for corporate number which is closed after 5pm eastern time. So now I don't have the correct parts.which was $170. #autozone #screw the people who don't take car of the people that feed them #advanceautosucks

Love the staff at this location! The lady behind the counter is so pleasant and will help you with anything. She assisted me with a brake fuel cap and helped me locate the gasket I was missing. A customer who I thought was an employee even helped put it on for me. I will be shopping here from now on. Easy to see from the street and merchandise is easy to locate and priced fair. I bought the same piece at Auto zone (just 2 doors down) and the young lady there didn't know there was another piece that went with it so I thought it was too big and got a refund. So because of her misstep that day this location gained my service

I came into Advance looking for a battery and interior cleaning spray for my vehicle! Chad and Aaron both helped me through the store taking me to the items and making sure I got what I needed! Chad and Aaron excel at what they do at Advance! I will be back for any car parts!

Terrible service in my opinion asked where something was and was told with n attitude it's out there. Which I had allready looked for but I guess I was wasting there time. I set down what I had in my hands to purchase and walked out. O and this was after the gentleman that gave me this attitude looked and could not find the part I was looking for either.

I was in here today. The guy dru working behind the counter was very unprofessional. Not only was it late but he made sure to make me feel like an inconvenience. Next time maybe actually try... instead of worrying about getting out on time.

dont bother ordering off their website for this store, they dont carry any parts in stock and I never can get anything coming into this place, I ordered a part online simple seal and they claimed they had it but when arrived at the store they didn't. what a joke don't shop hear do better Advanced. You can't play with the big boys get out of the water.

Incredibly disrespectful customer service, called for idle air control valve and they had two different types, I said well could I just bring the old part up and compare it because my motor swap and I don't know the VIN of the motor, he said in a smart tone I can't just pull parts off the shelf for you to compare so I said I'll just go to O'Reilly then and he said again you can do that. Most places if you buy a part and don't use it you can return it these guys won't even let you compare an old part so everybody I know will never go here and I know a lot of people.

Driving with 2 babies in a snowstorm trying to avoid the highway I stopped to get wiper blades. I came in and went straight to the counter and the phone began to ring. The sales lady grabbed the phone while looking at me notioning to hold on. So I waited patiently for about 5 minutes. Once she was done I told her my vehicle make and model and she read me off two numbers for blades. I was hoping she would grab them for me but she did not nor did she point me in the direction where the wiper blades were. I found the blades and noticed the numbers also had letters next to them. I had to go back to the counter and ask which letter with a given number and she was on another phone call. So more patiently waiting...! She gave me the right numbers so I went back and grabbed my blades and back to the counter where she was on another phone call. I finally was able to pay and was hoping she would offer someone to assist with the install of my blades but no. She could not have grabbed the next phone call quicker. Thankfully, I worked at O'Reilly's for 5 years so in midst of a snowstorm and two small children in my arms, I installed my own wiper blades. There was one other employee I noticed but he was shoveling the snow near the entrance...good thing he didn't offer to help either.

I gave them 1 star only because a older gentleman was very helpful. But when I tried to purchase two 5 quart jugs of full synthetic oil which were clearly marked on sale with free filter .The price came up different. The nice older gentleman went and got single quart end scanned it five times price came up correct. The other guy manager trainer ? he had asked for help said I had to take the single quarts to get the deal.I told him the 5 quart jugs were clearly marked on sale and that they are much easier to pour old oil into . He said he couldn't sell it to me . I grabbed the jugs took them back to reselect until I thought there's a AutoZone 1 block away. walked past counter thanked the older gentleman for his helpfulness. Can you say boycott .!!!

Sold me a bad battery and I installed it. How was I supposed to know that it was a bad battery? When I took it to a shop to figure out the problem I found out it was bad. When I went to take it back they told me there was nothing they could do because I had installed it. So now I m out $170 and have a nice paper weight. Will never go back. Bunch of crooks.
