Wow. We take our vehicles exclusively here and they are just phenomenal at what they do. I recently had my two year old car at the dealer all the way in Bay City and they tried to charge me almost $2,000 in maintenance items that I wasn't sure that I needed. I brought the car to j&j and just asked them to give me an honest opinion and every single one of the recommendations that the dealer made were incorrect. These guys could have totally ripped me off but instead the staff at j&j continued to prove how reliable and honest they are. If you have a need for your car don't think twice about bringing it here!

The team at J & J do great work. They get it done fast and to perfection. I take everything here for all my repairs. The pricing is great and the staff is professional. I know when I take my vehicles here I'm getting superb service. Thanks guys for all your hard work!!!!

J&j is the slowest not useless shop in the area they give false times and don t work they said they could have my truck in by today and can t all of a sudden changes just like that it was in there last week Thursday and they just let it sit

They where on thw ball. My wife hit a deer 2 weeks ago and they fixed it right up. Friendly service and explained what needed to be done. Emailed me a list and cost to fix the car. Deffenitly going back if needed.

Bought a jeep and the day I got it the transmission goes out on me, J and J got me a barely used transmission and installed it for me very quickly. Great fast service and best oil change prices around. I highly recommend them for any type of car issues you are having. My family and myself are all highly satisfied customers of theirs! Keep up the great work! Friendly staff and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with their work.

If you are looking for a automotive repair shop with a Professional staff, the most reasonable pricing in the area and high quality work. This is the place. I have been taking my vehicle to J&J exclusively for the past 5 years, for those reasons. They have treated me like family since day one and from what I've seen they do the same for everyone else. Wish there were more businesses like this one.

Jeremy at J & J Auto did a fantastic job fixing my car and went beyond fixing a few other things that were not part of the repair. I am very grateful for his craftsmanship and professionalism. My car looked like a brand new car. I highly recommend this auto-shop.

I called up to J&J due to a sensor in my transmission. Especially this time of year everyone is extremely busy and I was looking at a 2 month wait just for my vehicle to be looked over. When told them about my issue he stated "I will fit it in" and did so within the week! Also offering a renter car. Will definitely go back again for all my mechanical issues

I have been taking my vehicle to J & J's for about a year now, and I couldn't be happier! Whether it's routine maintenance or an issue with my car I can count on fast, professional service. It's great having an auto repair shop that I feel confident has my best interests in mind . I would recommend J & J's without hesitation.

Usually a great meal. Taco salad was frankly not tasty. Tacos literally fell apart before they could be eaten. Burrito was again tasteless. A sign at entrance said please forgive us we are short staffed. The service was fine the hostess smiling and friendly . The food ...needs attention.

I like the place and the people but sadly will probably not return. We recently had four tires installed on our car. When we dropped the car off it had three worn tires and one brand new tire on it due to a pothole incident. We had specified that we wanted that tire returned since it just cost us $250. When we picked the car up the tire was not to be found, just the three worn tires. We were told that that tire was rotten and had a hole in it which was not true.Service: Tires

These guys are excellent auto repair men who knows there business and takes excellent care of there customers. All my friends take there cars or trucks here. An the prices won't leave your pocket book empty. very reasonable and very friendly.

This place does amazing work, they are always upfront with you and get stuff done fastThey've done body work,paint and exhaust on a few of my vehicles 5* on each jobany time I have a issue I dont wanna deal with myself or just don't have the tools too this is the first place I call id advise you to do the sameAffordable prices and expert knowledge is what you can expect at J n J auto

no comment can express how irritated I am right now. My three grand babies lives depend on that vehicle and it is no longer safe for them to be in since they worked on it. And they won t fix it. They want more money

I took are jeep to them when we first bought it and they was supposed to replace some parts. They kept are jeep for a week in a half told us they fixed everything. There was a bulb that was supposed to be replaced but there was only the cord there nothing for the bulb to go in. There was no check engine light on when it went in but went to pick it up it was on. They took out two parts and put bad parts in and also took our jack.
