Slimy salesmen.Do not go to this dealership at all cost - regardless of the shiny vehicles in the showroom that give the illusion of credibility. We were completely swindled and lied to, and our vehicle had a check engine light and stopped accelerating on the highway 15 minutes after getting on the highway. Their people are apparently always short-staffed when convenient for them. Also, they re technicians and not certified mechanics so do not trust any of their alleged auto mechanic expertise. They also didn t clean the car as they had promised to when selling the vehicle. Get all promises in writing, apparently. There s no integrity at this dealership. We left with a car that was smelling and stained, because they wouldn t bring the vehicle back out the next day (after we had test drove it) until we signed the papers. They timed that well, when the car was, in reality, accessible and within reach. I resold the vehicle asap so that they wouldn t get any commission off the car loan. I lost a net of $9k reselling this vehicle.Go to this dealership at your own risk/loss.

I have been buying cars from RoadRunner for years! They make purchasing a vehicle easy, terms are always fair and customer service is top tier! If you looking to purchase a vehicle check out the Guys at RoadRunner! I know there is another company that says something like get a family deal ! I recently had the pleasure of experiencing great service from Road Runner Auto Sales and I wanted to share my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly welcome.The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I worked with Sully initially who was very knowledgeable and patient. I didny feel rushed at all during the experience. I also worked with Omar directly, he patiently guided me through the process explaining all of my options and answering all of my questions. The car buying experience can be overwhelming, but the staff went over and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Overall, I was very impressed with the high level of service provided by the staff and sales manager (unsure if that's their title). Abraham was awesome! Great guy and really did all he could to give me a good deal. It was a very human interaction and didn't feel like a salesman coming for my wallet. Everyone else seemed nice and the vehicle selection is really diverse. Daily drivers, soccer mom swag, and even some cool exotic cars in their showroom. If you're looking to buy here, you're definitely in good hands.

Awesome car buying experience. And Sully could be a magician, I've never spend such a little time at a dealership, and to top it off he didn't try to sell me what I wasn't looking for. Roadrunner auto sales is THE place, I'm coming back soon. I recommend 100%.

Words can t describe the exceptional outstanding service of this dealership. Honest, caring people and their vehicles are great you will not be disappointed. I ve know them for years my first vehicle was purchased with them 12 years ago it was amazing. I decided to come back again and Omar helped me every step of the way I walked away with a beautiful truck in 2 days like wow. I truly can t thank this place enough. Thank you Omar you are so good at what you do plz go see him he will take excellent care of you!!!!

Sully and Omar did a great job is assisting with the purchase of a very reasonably priced Cadillac ATS with low mileage. I have had the car 4 months and have had no issues. They were expeditious and willing to negotiate, within reason. I highly recommend Roadrunner and will be back to check out their new inventory when the time is right!

Not worth your time. I attempted to get confirmation and a window sticker for a vehicle they listed for sale. I contacted them again. Two weeks later, no response from anyone at that dealership. Why post vehicles for sale online when they can t even respond to on line inquiries. Do yourself a favor and show elsewhere. Unless you want to waste your time with them.

I was extremely impressed with, Sam at the Taylor location. He worked for 3 days to get me approved for my car, and get as close to my budget as possible. I originally wanted another suv, as it cost less. But, due to the high miles, they wouldn t finance. So, he suggested my 2011 Chevy Equinox LS, and I fell in love with her. She drives smooth and is so much nicer than my old car. I was on cloud 9 when he told me I got approved. And it was around the price that I was hoping for. He communicated with me and kept me informed of each step. I m 45 and have bought cars before, and this was the most painless car experience I have ever had. Thank you so very much, Sam. I m sure anyone else there can help you, but this man worked hard and proved his dedication. When I need another car in the future, I will definitely be back again.

Great customer service all around, Salesman Sulley was the one who helped from start til finish purchase my 2015 Ford Taurus SHO that is an AMAZING great car!!! The staff alone made me feel very comfortable & helped with whatever they possibly could, truly felt like I was family. I will only purchase from Roadrunner Auto Sales from here on out. I recently got my BMW detailed and hand washed here with a guy named Mous. He was absolutely incredible. If I didn t already love my car enough, he made me fall in love with it 10 times more. His work is absolutely impeccable. He did not miss a single detail. He was so kind and thorough with each step. I will definitely be coming back and requesting Mous specifically for all my car needs. Amazing place!

Hey how are you guys I financed a car from the Wayne MI location last week. The car is already having problems. The check engine light came on 3 times already. My car is having a missed fire issue . A tune up is not causeing the missed fire. It is coming from somewhere. I would not recommend a single person to finance car from these guys. Because all their sells are final.

If I could rate 0, I would. They appear nice and welcoming but are actually vultures praying on people who they see are in need of transportation. They lie and turn lights off of the vehicles instead of fixing the problems. They sold us a car with a short circuit and within 30 days of purchasing the $17,000+ car, refused to take it back because they don t have a return policy. Save your time, energy, money, and family by going somewhere that won t take advantage of you.

I drove all the way from Toledo intended to purchase a vehicle being advertised at 145k miles.Come to find out the mileage on the vehicle was actually ball park of 245k miles. Even when I brought this up and the vehicle being salvage-rebuilt they did not want to negotiate on the true value of the vehicle and are continuing to falsely advertise the vehicle at the incorrect mileage.
