I have went to several auto sales companies keep in mind i just moved here from ky and alot of places was making it seem im possible to buy a car but right track helped me every step of the way down to finding the right insurance coverage even stayed after hours helping me with the paperwork till almost 9 pm highly recommended 5/5

Haas was very helpful and made sure I got in a vehicle. I went trying to get one vehicle and he got me in a better vehicle. I would definitely recommend anyone to go there if they want a car, and he has a very good quality inventory. I will definitely recommend friends and family

I came from Louisville Kentucky. To find my Mother a safe reliable vehicle and Sam made it all possible for me and my Mother. She got a beautiful new vehicle. It was quick, and easy . Sam and the whole team were very professional and more than helpful. You need a vehicle this is the place to go .

Kal has done an amazing job and has done everything to help us out we were having trouble with the truck he came to the house picked it up for us and took it to the shop and got it all fixed up for us while we were gone and he was able to get it done while I was out of town and now I have it back and everything is 100%

Kal is that guy!! Went more than above and beyond to make sure I got into a car that without making me bend my budget at all!! I'm beyond gratefulUpdate: do not purchase a vehicle from here. My engine went out on the car I purchased from them in February 4 MONTHS LATER!!!! after purchasing I immediately took my car for a complete tune up and oil change. Had to do a complete trans fluid flush because the fluid they put in when I bought it was not the right kind. The thing that holds my windshield fluid was bust open which I didn't immediately notice because it was winter I assumed there was ice blocking where it sprays out from. Prior to realizing my engine was going out I had to replace my cvt solenoids immediately after purchase. I was told I was automatically enrolled in a 3 month warranty...I was not. My drive shaft (which controlls the awd) was bad and my hub bearings were basically rusting off which I couldn't see because they sprayed a black substance underneath the entire car. Now I am trapped paying a 5 year term on a vehicle I can't even drive and didn't last me 6 months. I keep up with all upkeep and maintenance of my vehicle oil changes tune ups the whole nine. They sold me garbage and they knew that. Had my car appraised for trade in its not worth a fraction of the ticket price it was sold to me for even if the engine didn't go out.

So this place sold me a truck that one needed a fuel pump, two needed exhaust manifold bolts replaced that are broken, and needed rotors and pads. I can deal with rotors and pads. But the fact that Cal had the truck up to operating Temps when I got there to hide the exhaust manifold leak tells me everything I need to know. They kept the fuel tank below a half a tank so the check engine light would not come on to indicate the failing fuel level sensor. This was over the July 4th weekend so I couldn't contact anyone to return the truck. Once I did get ahold of them to address the issues, he wants me to bring it to HIS mechanic and they would pay for half the repairs? Yeah sounds like a dope fiend move to me. YOUR mechanic that inspected the truck did such a great job and left the breather box open, I'd definitely let him work on it. Not to mention at the prices he would charge I would probably end up paying for the repairs fully while they make it look as though the dealer paid half, you know jacked up shop prices for the customer on paper, but the dealer gets the backroom deal. Then Cal says we'll once you get the title you can trade it in, but you have to pay the sales tax. So pay the sales tax nearly $1k on the truck then pay the sales tax $1k + for the vehicle I trade in for? I will never do business at this dealership EVER again. I would suggest bringing a mechanic with you if you plan on buying a vehicle from here. But I would recommend shopping around many other places before going to Right Trak.

The first car they sold me broke down. They traded me out of it and gave me a phenomenal vehicle. Kal is absolutely phenomenal! He is definitely about his business and cares about his customers. If nobody can get it done for you, Kal can. I'm very grateful for Right Track Auto

While visiting the Detroit area, I did a little car shopping and found Rite Track on Facebook marketplace. Kal was awesome and sold me a great, low-mile suv that I confidently drove back to Florida. I had my personal mechanic check it out and he said I got a very nice vehicle.
