So after the oil change they bring in my cabin filter and say We can replace this for $8 so sure why not. He didn't say the filter was $8 and they were going to put the new one in for $25 !!!!Never again!

When I first dropped off my car at Quick Lane, I must admit I wasn't expecting much. But boy, was I pleasantly surprised! From the moment I walked in, they exuded professionalism and efficiency. There is a level of disorganization in management at this Quicklane. I have never yet had a seemless, trouble-free service from them.

Arrived at 630am. Waited for shop to open at 700am. I was 3rd in line and was in and out of the shop in 1 hour. Oil changed, tires rotated and in car filter changed. Good seating area and TV to watch while I waited. Coffee and a vending machine was available. I love this location. But I made an appointment a couple of weeks ago to get an oil change. Just pulled in to drop my car off and it's closed. Why did the website allow me to make an appointment for a day the shop is closed?! Super imconvenient.

Was fast and friendly. The only thing that was bothersome their message on the phone said they opened at 7 and they open at 6:30! Luckily I was out on time to get to an appointment!

Online it says they close at 6:00, but when I showed up for an oil change at 5:30 and called, I was told they were closing in "about 20 minutes" so I would have to come back tomorrow. Public hours should be accurate to when customers can be serviced. If it takes 30 minutes for employees to clean/pack up, listed closing time should be 5:30.

I am not from the area and my tire light came on. I pulled in and asked for help with air. YAYA your employee was very friendly and checked all my tires. Thank you for such great service

Kyle C. at the Wayne location was great! Communication was amazing and had it done in a timely manner and made sure to ask if I had ford pass points to use. Reasonably priced, good customer service and honest. I am an early bird so I really appreciate their hours. I was very impressed by my first visit. We resolved an issue caused by another oil change facility and they probably saved me from experiencing a catastrophic engine failure. This Quick Lane now has my business.

Absolutely pathetic. Came at 5:03 one day was told they stop taking card at 5. Show up at 4:50 the next day and am still told they can't take me. Mind you they are open til 6. This place is garbage. Makes me regret buying a new vehicle sadly. 11 months later and this is still true. Why even say your open til 6 if you stop taking cars at 4:30? No cars are even in the shop. Nobody in line. Worst business i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Should just be restaffed.

Not ever again. Was told to be there at a certain time. I was they couldn't keep there time. I've heard certain tecs that are lazy make up the excuse that it's unsafe if you have rust on your vehicle. Good luck I would go elsewhere .

Very professional, reliable report given on what needs to be taken care of in a timely fashion. The only thing that was very uncomfortable was the waiting area being so cold, other customers said the same. Will definitely be back for service again....

Fast friendly service and prices that no one can beat (nobody else would match their price on tires) believe me I tried them all! Make Quick Lane your first and last choice and save time and money.

Why is it called "quick lane" when you can't even schedule a basic oil change in two weeks.. this is the second time I've gone here in the past year and cannot get an oil change in less than 15 days. Their service was adequate and I had been bringing the car here since my father previously took the vehicle to this location, but waiting weeks for an availability for an oil change is excessive.

This place is alright. They did a good job. They had the best price for a set of tires. The service manager helps out with any discounts and coupons which may be available. Do ask though.I did 4 tire replacement, balancing and alignment. I called ahead and ordered the tires but they were not there on the promised time. And they were slower than average. Alignment took for ever. But hey they did a good job, I had no issues with balancing or alignment.I would go back here but will give enough time and be flexible, so they can take their own time and do a good job.I saw lot of people waiting(sleeping) as this place being, no appointments needed. It's unpredictable.All their work is backed up with some kind of Warranty period, most of them for a year. That's peace of mind.

Seems like every time I go here there's a 2 hour wait. Service in the past was excellent. Not anymore. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

To say they were excellent wouldn't do them Justice they all came out in masks and gloves that gave me comfort that they care about safety. When I called for appointment they gave me an approximate time of 45 min and they hit it right on the nose... Props for all the service crew over at Quick LaneJack Demmer Ford....

Watched while waiting for service the mechanic skip my car in line to take the next one and hand mine to a mechanic who wasn t finished working on what he had and went to the next car. It is supposed to be first come first serve but not when mechanics pick and choose what they want to do. The car behind me had sale service so no reason to skip mine. Both were cars so lately service has gone down hill since Dave left.Service: Oil change

Alex and Dave are always spectacular!! Highly reccomend them both!!! They will both take great care of you. Had a flat tire over a train track in Downtown Detroit. Got me right in for a set of tires. Unfortunately the tech decided to go to lunch in the middle of the job, but still not a long wait. Get there early as possible or after 2pm
