ZERO STARS*BEWARE* do NOT take your vehicle here. You will receive better service from the Mc Donald s on Belleville rd. This place is a chop shop and a joke.My vehicle had very minor damages. I was told 2-3 weeks to complete repairs. I did not receive my car back for 2 1/2 months. They had every excuse in the book from ordering parts late, barking the parts one they came in. I was finally offered a loaner car 2 months and 1 week into this ordeal. When i came to pick up the loaner i checked out my vehicle to see what had been done and i was so shocked and frustrated i couldn t help but cry in front of smucks (embarrassing). The inside of my car was covered in some type of dust. Absolutely no plastic laid down. They treated my stuff like garbage. When i FINALLY was able to get my car back they returned it to me on an empty tank and with a dead key fob. They drove the car 80 miles and didn t think to put gas in it. I had to demand gas and a battery for my key fob. I am writing this about a month after i got my car back and Ive been feeling bad for not writing a review and possible saving someone else s from this nightmare. So if you re reading this please GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

I've waited 77 days for my SUV (less than a year old) to be repaired. I've called only to be given a deadline of September 20th. Today is October 1st and it's still not completed. It was not a major accident. If you call you're sent to voice mail. They reply via text that has an "update". Unless you're prepared to be without your vehicle for months don't go here. They are either incompetent, dishonest or both. My insurance company had to send a representative due their inability to reply to voice mails requesting to speak to anyone. I've researched excepted repair times and major repairs shouldn't take longer than a month. I've been extremely patient but i feel that's been taking for granted. I will have to take my vehicle for an independent inspection once received. I'm extremely concerned about the quality of the repairs. Save yourself the headache. Always do top notch service and body work super fast Lori in body shop is so nice and polite and pat in service always makes sure the vehicles are in tip top shape using them for 7 years on all my fleet

What a joke. Recevied a system upgrade for my ford sync, the dealer wants to charge me 145.00 when it's their own equipment and electronics. Also heard another service parts person say $1400. For rear back breaks and routers!!! Are you crazy?? It's less than 100 for pads and roter cost $45 for pads and $79 each for roters!!! Dealers are crazy to charge that much money they should be ashamed of themselves.

Great experience having some body work done here on my new F150. Lori was awesome. Cant say enough about her. Give her a raise! Guys did a great job with the repair.

They gave an estimation for $2000, we were OK for them to do it. But they called insurance for additional $2000 more without letting us know. We found out from our insurance after our premium got dramatically increased. It was a very small incident, the other party didn't even file the claim.
