Recently had to have my transmission replaced. The staff was courteous and responsive in getting us a quote and the turn around time was nice as well. I appreciate you getting us back up and running.

Moe recommended I buy my own parts from Amazon. I asked him to order the parts to complete the repair like every other car shop does. He overly suggested that I buy parts myself due to his pricing . Sends me the link .I order parts and return vehicle to him for to repair just for him to say I need more parts! Lol but he sent me the link to purchase! Which means he didn t thoroughly invest the kit that he sent me to purchase. After I told them to give me back the car the way I brought it in, the attitudes went thru the sky as if he had spent money on parts or if it was his car that still needed to be repaired. Horrible customer service! Tried to charge me for a the initial repair just to give me my car back the way I brought it in. Don t let this place bleed you dry. Also after I got my car back from Henry s; I later discovered that they didn t put everything back together under the hood. Stay Away from this Place!!!!

I had a great experience with Henrys. Communications were straight forward and clear. Repairs were made in a timely fashion, and I was very pleased with the end cost of the repair! First time customer and I couldn t be more pleased. Dropped off just before close on a Monday, vehicle done before end of day Tuesday. Completely exceeded my expectations of service. I believe I ve found my forever auto repair shop.

They wanted $2,600 to do an internal water pump job,took it somewhere else $1,877 out the door. Have 4 cars at my house they will never see this place.

Update *** Still a great shop came in yesterday with a bad tire. They found a nail and patched it up fast. Highly recommend!This shop has helped me a lot. The front guy Adam is very nice and they're accommodating if you have an emergency. They really care about your vehicle and making sure it's safe for you.

Kind and accommodating until I declined paying the quoted $1260. After that, the customer service declined rapidly. I was sighed at, had eyes rolled at me, and was told, "Sounds like you have trust issues" because I was rightfully questioning why I couldn't take my vehicle home. There was also a hairline crack in my dashboard that is now completely cracked through after sitting in their garage overnight. Clearly, my car was thrown back together quite roughly. I guess customers who choose not to get work done because they cannot afford it do not receive the same outstanding care as customers who do. Personally, 0/0 do not recommend.

I have been using this repair shop for 20 years now. They are fair, honest and friendly. They get the work done quickly. The only knock I have against them is the hours. Being only open until 5 PM M-F makes it tough to drop off and pickup for me, but it so hard to find a good auto mechanic shop so it is worth it!

These are New owners and they are rip offs. They will charge you outlandish prices for simple things. I have found that they charge more than the dealerships for labor. The owners did my brakes with new rotors and brakes for $600 the new owners want it $355 to change a relay for locks and for actuator that s behind the glove compartment. I would advise not to take your car to these guys.

Didn't end up going here, But the place looks totally AWESOME!! Nice and clean!! Will go here when in need.. oh and the Very Nice gentleman that answered the phone told me they only charge $85 bucks for an estimate and if you get the work done there, they take it back off your bill...

I brought my car for a diagnosis to Henry's after having a terrible experience at a dealership in Wayne. The service guy at the dealership was incredibly rude and they were going to charge me $300 just to diagnose 2 issues. I asked them just to diagnose the one issue. I called later to see when my car would be ready that day and was told it's a 4 day wait to get diagnosed, which I was never informed. I picked my car back up with no diagnosis. I called Henry's and was able to bring my car in Thursday 3/18/21. The whole process was extremely stress-free and I trusted they wouldn't screw me over. I got a call around 12pm with a diagnosis and estimate if I decided to get the work done there. I went into this situation very stressed at the dealership but Henry's gave me a great experience. The lady at the front desk was incredible.

They lied and told me one thing and did something else that was never told to me! I know my way around a ca! Im older and don't work on them anymore! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! The business was sold a year or so ago to the Crook that owns it now! Do yourselve a favor and find a new place to have you vehicle repaired unless you like to be cheated!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Oil change

Henry's is a MORE than fair priced service center with Wonderful employees and always Amazing service. Becky is friendly and kind...a wonderful customer service representative! Matt is always informative, explaining any maintenance and repairs in great detail and in a way I understand what needs to be done to my vehicle. We have been using Henry's for over 10 years and we'll continue to do so in the future.

Took in for power steering, had it home for about a month and something happened and Caps came off, they got me in same day and had it back to me the following day no extra charges anywhere. Thank you so much. Very fast and friendly service, hard to come by these days so great job.

Went in because I had a piece of metal in my tire. They checked it determined that it didn t puncture the tire didn t charge me and topped off all my tires with air. Great service.

I had a bad experience with this shop I called on a Thursday told them the make and model of my car and what was wrong with it, i had a coolant leak, my hood cable was broke, and my my fan for heat was not working. They told me the could fit me in on Tuesday. I drop it off the following Tuesday, they kept it all day then called me the next morning and told me I have to take my car to dealership even though they new the make and model before I brought it in.. I wasted 5 days for them to tell the won't work on it, I was told because it would take 5 days to get parts and I was ok with that. All I needed was a radiator and hood cable and a fan control should be simple repairs for a profession mechanic. I asked him to at least leave the hood open so I can put coolant in it to drive back home until I find another shop. He told me that it would have to be towed , which was insane because I drove it there ,and drove it from Wayne to Ypsilanti everyday until the coolant started leaking. So I get there to pick it up the hood is closed, the coolant was very low, so I asked them to could the open the hood back up so I can put coolant in it to get back home they told me they didn't have time. I drove home very slow and made it without overheating. They were very unprofessional if working on a Volvo was above there skill level they should have told me from the start.

Amazing and helpful! They went out of their way to help me on a holiday weekend. I felt that I could trust them right out of the gate and they didn't disappoint. I was treated with courtesy and respect -- I recommend them highly and will keep them in mind if I'm ever in need of car repair, as I feel I will be treated fairly and not overcharged...that's huge to have that kind of trust for a mechanic shop straight out of the gate, without any prior recommendations!!

I took my car here after having a ongoing problem with my vehicle for months, after going to two different mechanics with the problem still unsolved. I can't remember the name of the mechanic that serviced me , but he was great. I felt he was honest and solved the problem in just a few hours with no appointment . He was very polite and gave great customer service. I believe the price was very reasonable after researching average cost for the service I received . I will absolutely use this shop in the future.

I've been to several auto repair shops in my life that have tried to take advantage of me and tell me that I needed a repair or replacement when that was not the case. Henry's is a place that I have grown to love and respect. No one is there to take advantage of you. They are an honest group of people who care only about one thing--and that is your satisfaction with their work and the reliability of your vehicle. I have built a strong trust with them over the years and will not take my car anywhere else. If you are looking for a reliable, caring, trusting, honest and fair pricing facility, then look no further than Henry's auto shop in Wayne, MI. Matt, the owner, runs a stellar shop with very knowledgable and first rate mechanics. If you value your vehicle, take it to Henry's.

I have had the unfortunate opportunity of using Henry's on multiple occasions now...I say unfortunate, because no one wants there vehicle to be in for repair. From the first phone call to the last, they will keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. They are competitively priced, and even if they were slightly more expensive than another shop, I would still and will still use Henry's. They don't try to oversell what is wrong with the vehicle making them trust worthy. I have never had to bring a vehicle back in due to something being not fixed right, or due to them missing something (which happened at another repair shop before I started going here). If you want fast reliable repairs, excellent customer service, and a trust worthy shop, then Henry's is the place to go; I promise, it will be the last time you "shop" around for a good mechanic.
