They should change the name of this place Above and Beyond. That was the service I received courtesy of Willy and H&N. I live out of state and was unable to put eyes on the car, the list of things this man did to not only ease my apprehension,but also sweeten the deal even after the deal was made at no extra charge to me. Even adding some upgrades to the car at no request or mention from me, just because he wanted to. That in its self is amazing. I literally could go on and on listing the unexpected and great fully appreciated things he did for me. 5 stars is not enough to give. Will gladly do business again with him, and recommend to any and all. I can't say enough. Truly blessed

Very Pleasant encounter. I bought an Jeep Liberty and he was very honest about every thing that was wrong, fixed a problem that a rised, he even came to my house and looked at it for me. He will go above and beyond what he should have. He even called and got me deals on tires due to I didnt like the tires on the Jeep. He works with you financially. Very highly recommend him. They even detailed it for me.

Just purchased a 2010 crv today from this dealer. Willy had already given me a great price on the car, my wife and I got there to test drive, while on the test drive, the drivers side had the ac working, the passenger side had the heat working, which is what we wanted. Told willys dad that when we got back, and they diagnosed it to just a small issue, rigged it up to have the heat working, gave me a little money off the car, and I'll fix it when I get it home. These guys were great to work with, and I completely understand that some things just happen when something sits for a little while

I am looking at potentially purchasing a car. I asked the owner I believe to let me take it on a test drive and now he is letting me take it to a dealership to have a pre-purchase inspection done to the car. I could not be happier that he would even let me do this before I make this decision. I hope everything goes through I would love to purchase a car through him! Very professional and open about issues with the car!

Bought my truck from H&N, Willy was a great honest guy to work with. He was super friendly and willing to work with my situation to get me in my new truck. When I got there to look at the truck he informed me that the dash cluster had messed up on him and his brother put a different one in there but it wasn t the correct one for the year. He said he would have his brother find the right one and come to my house to install it or I can find one and he would take care of it. I had a pretty tuff time finding the correct cluster for the year and ending up finally finding one on eBay cost me $371 dollars. I contacted Willy and told him I found one. Without question or complaint he said no problem, I will have my brother come out to you when you receive it to replace it with your reimbursement and license plate that came in. I would highly recommend buying a car or truck from these guys, good honest people that have been nothing but a pleasure to do business with. Thank you H&N auto sales. Chris.

Went out today looking for a new. Well came across H&N and stopped in. Willey was great to work with. Honestly everyone there was great. The car we went to see originally was not the right car for me. So Willey suggested another one. My husband looked it over and test drove it. We ended up getting a 2010 Escape. I'm super happy and will recommend H&N to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle with amazing customer service. Thank you all again for making this the best Christmas ever.

Looked everywhere for a vehicle we could afford for our family. They were nice, honest, and gave us just what we needed. We were in and out within an hour and drive our vehicle home the same day. Bought a 2012 Town and Country. So far our family loves this vehicle. Took it into the shop a few days after we purchased it just to have them check it over and were told it was in excellent condition. Will definetly be returning when we are ready to purchase another vehicle.

Jordan was my salesman with my transaction that i had with this dealer! All i can say are kind words for these folks, they took care of me, got me in a new vehicle and gave me top dollar for my car with a price i was very pleased with! Decent people, but when pointing out some major repairs that were needed for the vehicle, and a moderate barter; just to be told that coming down at all isn't in the cards.Then to drive it an hour home, to have it die in my parking lot.Took to a mechanic and was quoted over 2500 dollars for repairs! And that price didn't include the new brake line system, or the replacement exhaust (that they promised would be repaired).Stay away. Find more honest people.Edit (response to the owner): You wouldnt find my name, because the person who bought the car from you is my partner (interesting you went digging for me in your system, kinda glad im a proxy for the real buyer).Understand i DID bring up all of what i noticed when i went in to purchase the car. I said brakes, rear hatch, and exhaust is broken. And after buying the car, (after you and your young seller PROMISED repairs) and bringing it to a shop (which i had to tow, because as i said, it died the very next day), they have suggested the things i noticed and am now paying for.You "believe i left this review for the wrong dealership". I most certainly did not. I am also very much never doing business with your company. Aint no way Im letting your mechanics hands on my vehicle after you butchered the "exhaust and brakes fix"."As is" to these people means "you may break down on the way home".

Where is the 6th star at Willy deserves more than 5 stars great customer service goes out of his way to help you get the car you want helped me get my 2017 Ford Mustang roush even though I been looking for one for the longest he was able to get it for me in no time I ll be back for another summer car next season Willy the next car is going to be crazy

This dealership was SUPERB! Willy went above and beyond to make sure that my sister and I left satisfied with the car purchase. He gave us advice and showed sincere interest in helping us pick out the right vehicle. We decided on a 2015 Cadillac ATS and the whole process was professional, quick and flawless. One word...FAMILY. Definitely recommend H&N for anyone looking to buy a clean and affordable car.

I just most recently went to see cars at this lot and all the cars had check engine lights on, the one car I was interested in was taken for a test drive and was extremely loud & was hesitating when hitting the gas. One of the cars that I asked to look at he had to jump start lol, it was too much trouble for me. They are really nice people though. But if I had to make a living off selling those cars I wouldn t have any choice but to be nice as well because no. Tires were flat on most of the vehicles and he explained that because of it being cold that s what happens. But if you think about it that means none of the cars were touched or serviced in a while so that was a red flag for me too . I wouldn t recommend getting a car here.

PATTY DUBOSEI left this place feeling VERY THANKFUL!!! Got a GREAT DEAL on my 2005 Mercedes-Benz. Very nice beautiful car that I just love but more importantly Very Professional and Tentative Service! They listen to you and do all they can to address your needs. I was especially impressed when Sales Manager Mr. Willy took my car to be detailed, but they were backed up and unable to service my car at that time, Mr. Willy actually detailed it himself! Unbelievable but true! He came in with sweat dripping after doing a GREAT JOB, smiled and hand me my keys! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Much appreciated!!! THANK YOU H&N AUTO I will definitely tell all about your great business.

First thing I want to say to the team at H&N is THANK YOU!! They were very patient with us on the purchase of my daughters escape !! Willy went above and beyond what any salesman has ever done for us in the past !! If you are out there reading these reviews believe them! If you are looking for a great used car at a great price Then H&N is the place for you! I highly recommend the team at H&N!!

Literally the best experience I ve had when it comes to getting into a new car! The team is helpful and always ready to serve you. The environment itself was pretty calm too, which was nice considering the typical chaotic/stressful atmosphere other dealerships tend to have.

This was my second visit to this location for a car wash and unfortunately it may be my last. On both occasions, there was no Soap to clean my vehicle and apparently no one to file a compliant with, either on-site or at the dealership next door that displays the same name. PLEASE BE ADVISED, take your business elsewhere if you want a service that you have paid for!

This guy was great! So personable and professional. Answered all of our questions and we left with a beautiful Chevy Cruze. Totally worth the two hour drive. I highly suggest this business if you are looking for a new car, we don t have one negative remark.

My experience at H and N Auto Sales located in Wayne, MI has been a very pleasant experience. Mr. Willy and his dad are people who stand behind their product. The cars are price accordingly to the Kelly Blue Book value. I would highly recommend this dealer to everyone.

I walked in to this dealership pretty scared actually. I m only 19 and this was one of my first times in a car dealership. I was greeted by this tall man named Willy. He made me feel very comfortable and gave me a sense of trust about the prices. Got my car from there and next time I need a car, I know where I m going! 5 STARS.

Willy is a great guy and a great salesman so I don't blame him for my experience; however, I was either lied to or they didn't know about the truck I purchased from them. It's basically a beautiful piece of junk. I was told the oil was changed already.... lie. The oil hasn't been changed since at LEAST 15,000 mile ago and the engine was suffocating from it, it sounds like a diesel now. But the worst thing is my drive train is ruined because the caliper was seized on the front driver side. They said they changed the breaks, they would have definitely know about the seized caliper. My buddy and I scanned the obd2... 25 codes. I don't regret the purchase whatsoever, it'll be worth more once I get finished with it. I guess I just like honesty.
