Very impressed with employees attitude and experience working with my 2019 ford f150.3 weeks ago I was hit by a semi truck in Monroe mi.I work across the street and dropped it off which they had to get to their sister shop in woodhaven.jeremy called me twice a week and kept me up to date with progress.Thanks Gerber collision for all your efforts.I will tell anyone that has a aluminum truck too come here and get it fixed.Plus when I got it back they cleaned it inside and out.

They were understaffed. I never felt like me, nor my vehicle was a priority. Customer service was very lax. I had to call and get updates on my own vehicle i never received a phone call or text photo of status until I called for it and was told I'd be updated late Tuesday and Thursdays via text.But insurance job for new hood was

Do not bring your car here the entire staff is completely incompetent. I waited a month to get in for an estimate, brought my car in for a collision repair in February of 2022. They told me that because my car was foreign that it would take a few months for the parts to come in and that they would call me when they came in to schedule an appointment for repair. I followed up recently and found out that they never ordered the parts at all. They blamed this on a change in management. No one apologized or attempted to rectify the situation, they transferred me to multiple people (parts,service,management) to which I had to explain the situation to each time. Don t waste your time, you will find better service elsewhere.Service: General repairs & maintenance

From start to finish the staff was great. Kristen up front was courteous and helpful. Jessica explained the process for our insurance claim to the nuts and bolts of the repair. Great professional service. I would definitely recommend them for your services.

Had to use this place a few times for insurance repair items and they are always great. They are small staff but they are very helpful to accommodate your needs. I Just picked up my 2021 Silverado after hitting a deer at 72MPH..the truck is brand new again. Gerber did a great job...the paint matches so perfect with no orange peel lack of quality. and the detail of keeping my personal magnets that even got ruined from the deer they put back in the exact same spot I left them. when I was trying to work around them picking my truck up, they made sure I picked it up that day. Dropped my car off on September 13th went a full week without hearing anything from them. After one week I called just for them to tell me that they have not started on my car yet, and it was going to be another $600 on top of what I was already quoted. After eight more days they called me again just to tell me that they have not started on my car yet they had other projects that they were trying to take care of. This is the worst shop and the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire life I recommend you find any other shop besides this one. On top of everything else inside and outside my car was left filthy. Ended up just picking up my car and taking it somewhere else.(NICE TRY BUT NO ONE HAS EVER TRIED TO REACH OUT TO ME AT NO POINT, AND NONE OF MY INFORMATION HAS CHANGED)Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

Great Collison shop. Everyone is so helpful and makes you comfortable leaving your vehicle there knowing that your getting the best quality service. The paint job that was done on my vehicle was absolutely amazing, looks like nothing ever happened great workers!

5 Stars all the way!!! Gerber in Wayne, MI has amazing staff! They were so helpful and explained everything and asnwered all questions. I even got my vehicle back almost a week before originally scheduled. They even vacuumed, and washed it. I am so grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

This is by far the worst place to take your car for ANYTHING. They balloon up estimates, have zero social acclimate, and are in bed with insurance companies. My 62 year old mother got in a slight fender bender. She has full coverage insurance, and this despicable place ballooned up the quote so the insurance would total the car, saying that the damage was exceeding the amount they would pay to get repaired. Took it to another shop, and within A DAY the other shop gave an estimate that was 1500.00 cheaper, and my Mother's car will be fixed in half the time this place said that they would do it. Do NOT take your vehicle here.

The process you have to go through after getting into an accident is nerve-racking. Gerber Clawson made the process of getting my vehicle fixed a smooth one. It is never easy to be without transportation, and I was scared it would be weeks until I had my car back. Taylor got my car back to me within a week. Not only did he get the car fixed in a timely manner for me, he personally brought the vehicle to my work. I am blown away that the manager personally brought me my vehicle so that I would not have to worry about getting transportation to get it back. Thank you everyone at Gerber Clawson!

I WILL NEVER GO TOO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN THE WORSE CUSTOMERS SERVICE EVER.. I CANT THINK OF ONE GIRL NAME THAT WORKS IN THERE. I THINK SHE'S LIKE A MANAGER OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. BUT SHE IS THE WORSE. SHE TALKS AND DONT EVEN BREATH IN BETWEEN SENTENCES..
