Really helpful. Jeff was awesome, very polite and offered great advice to not only get my money back but to help with future lockouts. I think its important to state that I don't ever give anyone Google reviews, I'm just way too lazy. This service was good enough to deserve it. They showed up within MAYBE 5min, my car was unlocked 30s later. I've waited over an hour for a tow before from other companies. Number is saved in my phone and I refuse to use another company in the area again. Truly impressed.Service: Car lockouts

I called Frazier's just to ask a few questions and before we were done I scheduled an appointment! I spoke with Jennie, she answered all of my questions and I felt comfortable with my decision to take my car to them. Nice people, affordable pricing, I would definitely recommend Frazier's Auto Service!

Frazier Auto Service Towing is a great place to go if u need work done to your vehicle, right way. My alternator went out while driving. I had to get it towed they towed my vehicle within an hour. The next day early they were calling me to tell me what was wrong and started to work on it. By the end of the day, they were done and got the parts. I would definitely recommend them because they do have reasonable prices and will work with you. I shopped around because this was my first time here using this shop.Also they tell you things that need to be done in the future to keep your vehicle running. Overall very great experience

I called Frazier Towing on Monday in the middle of this moving deep freeze because my 18 year old son had his first experience with sliding in the snow and hit a curb pretty good. Within 15 minutes they had a tow truck picking up my son s car. I could see right away that he had broke his lower control arm plus more and today is Wednesday and Larry from the shop said it will be ready for pick up tomorrow. 2 days Not too bad for the work needed done. A good honest mechanic is getting harder and harder to find these days and I feel I don t need to look further they have earned my continuous business!!! Thank you!

Great service. They picked up my car within probably 10 minutes after i called them. Had my car fixed the next day and the price was very fair. Way cheaper than expected. A1 service!! not only did they come get my truck but they figured out what was wrong with it after three different mechanics couldn t, these guys here know their stuff! they got my truck up and running and they were so reasonably priced I was also able to get my driver widow motor fixed because of the discount he gave me, I just want to say thank you Larry I will definitely be back when I need a fair and honest businessman.Services: Auto power window repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Special vehicle towing, Fuel delivery, Vehicle safety inspection

Excellent Towing Service. Called on Friday at 5:20 pm because my mother's car broke down at the gas station. They came and got the car and had it towed to our destination approximately 5 mi away from where it broke down by 6:00 p.m. . Any other place would have took forever to get to us. Thank you Frazier Towing!

My car broke down today at my daughters school. I called this company and they right away hauled me to their shop & fixed my car less than 15 mins. They got there less then 5 minutes. They guy was absolutely amazing. He did me the favor going the extra mile to take my son to school and then back to his shop. The best customer service ever. Just the fact I that I just moved from Texas I m happy that I was able to find someone that could assist me in the time of need & fix the issue. I highly recommend them! Fraziers tow services were fast and very professional. They towed my car for me. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly. I have no problem referring there services for anyone. I have found a lifetime mechanic that knows what he is doing and does it honestly No funny business just very reliable and dependable. Thanks for everything Larry im grateful to you.

The guys at Frasers did a good job I had a car that would turn over and idle but as soon as you touch the gas it was losing power and didn't want to run the guys at Frazier's were working on it for about 5 days before they figured out what was wrong with it and they fixed it now it runs great

Frazier was recommended to me through a friend and I m glad it was! Larry went above and beyond not only repairing the suspension on my wife s car, but taking care of an exhaust leak that he found for free. Will definitely be bringing my cars here for service, and recommend it to anyone looking for quality work at an affordable price. I appreciate you guys!

I'm only doing a two-star for right now, I was in need of help cuz my truck wouldn't run when I was on my way to work. So I had it towed to Frazier's Auto cuz I was in need of my vehicle. It's already been 2 days and they have not even looked at it yet or called me to tell me anything. So I sit here with no work and no money to pay my bills, and no one is even calling me about my vehicle yet.

They understood the fact that me been a contractor my truck is a necessity to keep working. Where other shops were telling me it would be a week before they could see me Fraziers squeezed me in to their already busy schedule and got my brakes repaired in only a few hours. Can t say enough good about them. They won my future business.

I asked a friend if mine if he knew a good mechanic that was decently priced he trusted. (Him being a business owner as well i knew he would know someone) he told me to hit up Jeffery Frazier. He got back to me within minutes and got the car in that day. The guys in the shop were honest and up front and very honestly priced. I would highly recommend. Will be going thru them for now on. Thanks again Jeffrey the rest of the guys in the auto shop.

Jennie is phenomenal. Her customer service was awesome. I bothered her for two days and her customer service remained the same and she was very helpful throughout the process. I called for a simple tow which was reasonably priced. Didn t know they serviced vehicles at the time. They picked up my truck, assessed it and fixed it the same day. I had my vehicle back within 3 hours. They were great. Communication, professionalism, pricing and service was awesome. I ll be returning. I d highly recommend this business. I needed a tow to a tire place because I lost PSI so quickly, there was no way I could make it there myself. Service was excellent-- I was picked up quickly, driver was friendly amd helpful, and pricing was good. Thank you for making a difficult day much easier!

I was out of the state when my car broke. A friend of my girlfriend recommended this place. They took good care of me. Knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. I was able to drive back home the same day. I recommend this place to anyone.
