Truly one of the best experiences I ve had with a speciality shop! Tom maintained open communication during the entire price, and helped me saving a lot of money in additional work needed! Highly recommended!

Ordered a hitch install on our vehicle. Went in to have it installed and after about 10 minutes the guy came out and told my husband it was all done. Wow - that was quick , my husband exclaimed. Come on back and let me show you something. So he and my husband walked into the shop and were shown that the car already had a factory installed hitch!So, after recovering from the embarrassment we got our money refunded and left happy.They could have easily taken advantage of the situation and kept our money while we thought they put the hitch on but they did the right thing.It s so refreshing to know that there are still honest businesses out there.Since I won t have the opportunity to use their services in the future I do want to share in the hope that others will read my review and use these folks. They re a dying breed.

This place and the staff are absolutely amazing!! They are very friendly and knowledgeable and have done a lot of work for me on my F150 and now on my Bronco. They stand behind their work too and their prices are also amazing! I will always take my vehicles here! In the photos, they installed the graphics, the drop steps, the grill and light up letters, and the flush mount taillights.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I had an appointment, after waiting for 20 minutes watching my vehicle still in parking lot, untouched, I asked how long the install would be. The owner went off on me about his garage being backed up, this is his busiest time of year, he had an issue earlier in the day that set things back, blah, blah, blah. I told him I didn t appreciate his attitude as I was asking a reasonable question and he tossed my key fob on the counter and told me I could leave along with I m the owner so this stops here, have a nice day. I have never been disrespected by a clerk (let alone the owner) like this. He could have:a) given me this info when I checked in or better yet:b) called me ahead of my 2:00pm appt and offered a reschedule.I drove 25 miles to do business with this man. Now because of his nasty demeanor, he didn t get my sale today, he s stuck with the running boards he ordered for me AND he won t get our print screening order we were going to place. Side note, when my husband called to talk to him, his son took the call for him and claimed he came from the back and witnessed our argument. No he did not, no one came from the back, his son lies.

Great place and prices are super good. Very knowledgeable and helpful people. They are willing to schedule, and they are on time and get done when they say they will. Very helpful on sorting out different mfg and parts for what you need.

The Accessory Shop is the only place I take my truck to when any work is needed. This place provides top tier professional service at affordable pricing. The Accessory Shop was actually recommended to me by my local GMC dealership and man I m glad that they did. Tom and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and honest about what work or parts are needed. They also will not try to sell or upsell you on anything either. If you want work done right and at an affordable price take your vehicle here!

I took my truck in for power running boards. I was given what I considered a great price for the running boards and installation.The work was completed on time and running boards look and work great. When I got home, I noticed something with the installation that did not meet my expectations. I called the shop the next day and spoke with Tom. He apologized and said bring it in and they would address my concern.As he promised, the work was completed the day I took it back and my concern was resolved. This showed me they truly value customer satisfaction!

This is the only place I will ever take my truck for accessories. Lifts,lights,off road and much more. They are always reasonably priced and have great selections. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

I have no idea where the negative complaints from some of you are coming from. Some of you complain about the smallest of things. This place is great. Everyone's helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. They also have everything that you need for your truck.Do things always run smoothly in a day IE appointment times, of course not, but that's everywhere. I try to do business with small family owned businesses that's what America was and is built on. And I guarantee you The Accessory Shop will stand behind each and every product that they sell /install. I will continue to do business there with great pleasure.And to everyone who has those small comments and complaints, if that's all you have to complain about in life, take a step back and look around you and be thankful that's your biggest/smallest concern in life.Thank you, Pete, for the great work that you and your staff had done on both of my trucks.I will be coming to you for many years to come.

(Recently noticed that I had forgotten to submit this review I had written, but better late than never***)I took my Ford Expedition here August 2021 for a lift and to install new tires/wheels that I had bought. Everything turned out beautifully. Tom is a complete professional with his work. I worked with Tom from start to finish and he was patient, kind, explained everything thoroughly, and was also very accommodative through it all.The labor pricing is also extremely fair for such high quality work they do. I'd urge anyone to always support honest small businesses such as this one.

I Called them to see if they could help show me installation of the weather tech side deflectors. They were super helpful when I went to the store and showed me tips on how to install them correctly. Highly recommend going to them for your car accessory needs.

These guys are great to work with. I have used them multiple times. From wiring up my new dump truck, putting on a new roll tarp for the dump truck, they have done all of my custom company shirts, and they even made my new sign for the front of my shop. They are now going to be lettering up all my company trucks from here on out. I highly recommend them.

Extremely rude and unreliable. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. I had an appointment to install a trailer hitch last Tuesday and they waited until I was on the way there before calling to tell me the part didn t come in. We rescheduled for this Tuesday at 9:30 and I got there at 9:25. At 10 o clock they still hadn t started on my van and I asked politely when they were going to get to it because I had a very busy day. The orner came Over to me and said, Listen, do you want to hitch or not. I told him he was extremely rude and I would post a negative review and he said, Go ahead...I ve been in business 38 years and I don t care. I run a very successful business and I would never do this to one of my customers. What a waste of time.

New to RVing and was alittle worried about my pre-owned 2001 Ford F150 factory equipped tow package being in good working condition, especially since I never once pulled anything behind it before. Pete was great to work with and answered all my questions and concerns. Pete also took the time to replace two useless latch handles on my fiberglass topper, even went above and beyond with one that was too short to latch properly. Pete welded an extention on it so it would latch closed. Fair and honest work at fair price!5 Stars to you Pete!Thank you again!Scott Lambert

Family owned business! You can get anything for your car, truck, trailer, etc. Installation is quality, tom and pete are great guys to deal with. They also do many types of screen printing!
