United Collision did a fantastic job on the typical corrosion problem on the hinges on my 2020 Jeep Wrangler. Looks brand new. I took a couple of weeks to get the job done but they made me aware of the that up front. I was well worth the wait. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and courteous, would highly recommend their work. Thanks for a great job!

Poor management and sat on my car for 4 weeks to replace a bumper and headlight. Left me with a dead battery and refused to accept blame for letting it sit in the cold for 4 weeks without running it. NEVER GO HERE. They are the worst customer service I have ever had and I will never go here again. Family owned doesn't mean good people turns out.

I called to ask when I could come in to get an estimate. I was told I could come in at anytime. Well, I came in on a Wednesday during their "open" hours and there was NO ONE there at the desk. I waited for about 5 minutes, and I eventually left and went to the auto place across the street. I would not recommend this place to anyone as they are unreliable.

United did a great job fixing my vw bug after I hit a deer. Even with the current part shortages, vanessa worked her butt off to find all the body parts needed to get it repaired. Brought my truck in for dent repair. No complaints on the metal repair. However the paint doesn't match the door or the box. It is a lighter shade and sticks out. Tried to discuss with painter and says it is computer matched. Have had multiple people tell me it sticks out. Overall not happy with the outcome of the repair.
