Great place to go for a new or used car. The receptionist is definitely the face of the showroom! She was so helpful and made my mom and family feel so welcome and appreciated. We will be recommending Alex ! He was prompt and on point. As a business owner, they have an amazing team. I will recommend to everyone I know. Thanks again to Twins in Wayland.

Definitely one of my best experiences at a dealership! Only about 2 hours after my arrival, Alex set me up with the car I knew I wanted! Very courteous and knowledgeable. The car isn t too bad either. Would definitely return!

I had a pre-approval letter through Capital One and this dealership had a deal with them so getting a car should've been easy. I was terribly wrong.I had to call THEM several times to set up an appt to view the car in mind.The person I initially talked to on the phone was telling me I was approved (not a salesperson by the way), to come out and see their lot but I live an hour away and I wanted to be certain we could get the car.The car in question, wouldn't start but yet it had pictures on the website, ready to be sold.I asked the manager, Matt, to put the contract through Capital One, since I had another car through them and I liked their business practices. Matt swore up and down another lender, which turned out to be GM Financial (all to save a few dollars on the monthly bill), has some of the worst business practices I've ever seen, thanks Matt.When on the phone with the salesman, Andre, he told me that my old car would be towed by them to the dealership, which was wrong. I had to come up with a way to get it down there in 4 days, 2 of which I worked fourteen hour shifts so planning was tough.Before I left after dropping the old car off, they gave me the 2nd key to my car, which they should've given me while I was waiting 4 hours to sign the contract.Andre also promised to fill up the tank on the car but his manager Matt, initially said no, that they only do it for new cars. Then he agreed to do it like I should be thanking him.The car is also going to be taken to a shop for front end work and I haven't even had it 3 weeks yet. I didn't see anywhere on the website that the cars were sold "as is." Thank God I got a warranty.I still did business with them because I had no other choice, I needed a car.They took advantage of a combat veteran with smiles on their faces.This is the worst experience I've had at a dealership, even worse than Rightway in Lansing. I will never do business here again. They've only been in business for a few months, it's time to go back to the drawing board and get staff that aren't incompetent at their jobs.

Be CAREFUL here! They had the audacity to text me 10 minutes before my appointment to make sure i was coming and then didn t even have the vehicle i inquired about. They tried to sell me 3 lemons in a row. Cars with leaky batteries. Cars with damage they try to hide. Even a car with only 1 brand new tire and 3 that were overdue to be replaced. Do not do business with these people. The sales staff assured me they d contact me when the vehicle i originally reached out about would be out of their service garage after i didn t fall for their sleazy practices. Have heard only crickets. They offered me 100$ for my trade in. Might as well have spit in my face. These people are corrupt and shady.

Mike was phenomenal. I liked a few 2020/2021 vehicles but they were not all ready too see. He gave me a few options one being this 2023 Malibu. Low miles. Great rate. Lower down payment then planned and my car came with tints. He was patient with my insurance company giving me the run around and answered all my questions. I didn t feel pressured or rushed. Absolutely love my new baby. Going back this week to take pics!
