I lost my ID...I took the correct action and went to Secretary of State and got the paper for my replacement ID... Dawn the general manager of this speedway has decided that the only thing they will take for any sales requiring ID are licenses that can be scanned... This isn't Speedways policy.. This is Dawn's policy... This isn't following the legal requirements for tobacco and alcohol sales... This is following Dawn's rules... Because her store was caught selling cigarettes to a minor now they are denying legal forms of identification that cant be scanned... So if you forgot your license and have a military ID? NOT GOOD ENOUGH per Dawn bc they can't be scanned... Passport not good enough .... Legal paperwork from SOS not good enough... This isn't the legal requirements set by the state... It isn't Speedways requirements this is Dawn's idea.. Rather than train her employees about how to ID individuals and when to ID them she took the lazy way out and instead is now denying sales to people with the legal forms of identification...I will never go to this speedway again... And I don't recommend this speedway to anyone bc who knows what new crazy rule Dawn might set for her store... And I don't live in Dawn's world and won't put up with lazy rules that don't make sense

I've lived in Wayland for the past 6 years and couldn't be happier with the service and employees here. Everyone is always friendly and I've never had a problem.

Dirty and not safe for food. We stopped in to get some snacks. We ordered and paid. As we waited we saw something small drop onto the food prep area. We looked up and were shocked at how dusty and dirty the menu boards were. They are right over the food prep area. The County Health department should shut this place down.

Your staff needs training on a) acceptable forms of identification to purchase alcohol in the state of Michigan which is: Acceptable forms of ID: U.S. or U.S. Territories Driver's License or Identification Card 4. U.S. Military Identification Card with both picture and signature 5. Other U.S. or U.S. Territories issued document that meets the following criteria: Document must be unexpired.I stopped in to buy a case of beer after working out at Fusion across the street (July 4, 2023) and had people waiting for me, ribs smoking etc. I realize i didn't have my DL with me but did have my military ID (picture, not expired, clearly states DOB on the back). Cashier tries to scan it. I mentioned that likely it wont scan unless you can scan that type of barcode. it doesn't scan so he says "sorry i cant accept it". I said you most certainly can so he brings over another rude girl that looks at me and the ID card in disgust and says "Nope- cant scan it, cant accept it". Wow- that was the dumbest thing i heard all week. Anyway- went back home and then to Chief Noonday down the street from me, which is a much cleaner and friendlier establishment.b) Staff clearly need some training in customer service skills (rude girl). Lose the rude girl and do some training on ID and ill be back otherwise i can get my diesel down the road from me.

Good place been shopping here for years my only complaint is I'm a tobacco chewer and they've always carried my brand and flavor until recently and I'm always told they would have it but every time I stop they don't. The gas station across the street always has it but I don't like going there because I like your coffee.

The best thing about this place is the cashier's Shelly And Byron! They always remember what we buy and always have it ready when they see us walk in very welcoming and friendly this place wouldn't be the same without both of them! The other cashiers are just as sweet and kind! We love coming in and seeing them every day!

I didn t realize when I got out of my truck that someone had spilled diesel on the ground so after setting the pump up filling my truck, I go to get in and slip in the diesel. Not happy won t go back.

This place has gone down hill so bad! Only half the gas pumps take cards! Now the store is clean inside except for the bathrooms are hit! Who ever owns this cleanly doesn t care anymore!

I love the coffee here. The machine doesn't work well, though, for iced coffee so providing instructions on that may be helpful (especially in regards to proper quantity of ice if someone goes that route - it makes a huge difference for the flavor profile of the coffee).

The truck lanes are tight and can easily back up, bit it's better than nothing! The cleanliness of the bathrooms is pretty hit or miss but usually okay. Apart from those details this store is great. Lots of parking in the front and back and very open inside. The selection is good, but not remarkable. The people here are always friendly!

I needed quarters to get air for my tire because the card reader attached is always offline and the cashier told me he didn't have any. He definitely did. I even made a purchase so that I was a paying customer at that moment. I get gas here all the time. Luckily a stranger getting gas was able to trade me so I could have enough quarters to put air in my tire so I could get home. If you're going to require quarters to use your air machine at least tell your cashiers to let people trade for quarters. It was literally $2. It's pretty ridiculous that he wouldn't trade me.

Love the speedy cafe. Good food at great prices. Service pretty quick. Paninis, pizza, burgers, subs, etc. Made to order. Great for breakfast, lunch, dinner... Like subway but better prices and more variety. And open 24 hours! Gotta try their speedy suds! Yum!

This is a very nice speedway! Plenty of pumps, nice building but that isn't the best part! They have a huge variety of Speedy Freeze drinks! I try to make a point to stop for the different flavors when I am in the area!

I love Speedway, stopped in to buy 100 gallons of diesel at 10:45 pm. Wanted to order 4 chicken waffle sandwiches as a trucker it is breakfast time. Manager said I could not order those until midnight... WTF. Decided to fuel elsewhere .... was it worth losing a customer that used to fuel hundreds of gallons of diesel fuel? ...

The store is generally clean and the employees seem to be friendly but they ought to change the practice of cleaning all of their coffee machines at the same time four of them and maybe doing half and half or leaving at least one machine available for coffee come on that's not hard to figure out

One of my favorite Speedway's to go to! Located close by, and the selection is amazing. Any time I can, I try to come here for gas.

While it is thier choice to ask for a 50 year olds id to buy a pack of cigarettes it is my choice to shut off the gas pump half way through and to ban work trucks from getting gas there in the future. Otherwise it is a nice store which is why 2 instead of 1

Big spacious place with decent restrooms. Everything always seems to be well stocked and there's a little extension to the parking lot in the back where I can hang out and take my lunch in my work van in the shade.

I order two breakfast sandwiches, one that should've had egg, bacon, sausage and the other one should've had egg and bacon neither of them had egg so one sandwich was bacon and just bread. Then come to find out they ran out of eggs and neglected to tell the costomers so when you order it you get no egg, then when we calld and they said they had no egg, we found out when we got home so I payed six bucks for bacon and bread and sausage bacon and bread and they didnt even have a sign up or anything.

Normally their food is pretty good, but tonight we order food and the fries weren't done. The two chilli cheese dogs we ordered had no cheese or chilli just onions. The wifes sub was absolutely disgusting. If it wasent for their food usually being good I would have left a 1 star review.

This is a great speedway. They always have fresh, hot coffee. They have both coke and pepsi products on tap abd ready to go. They also have a big assortment of speedy freezes. If none of this suits you they have a full assortment of drinks in the cooler. This speedway also has the cafe which serves up hot, fresh sandwiches. Theie help is great and moves right through a line

Love this place, from ez of getting gas to there yummy food and drinks. They are fast and made to order. There staff is fantastic, friendly, helpful, I can't say enough good about them!

My husband and I love Speedway mostly because of the rewards this Speedway specifically is kind of small and as is the parking lot but we love it anyways but it would be nice to be able to expand or move to new location where it can be bigger

I go in here all the time I love this store they have a Speedway like restaurant where they cook everything fresh even like to tornadoes and stuff you can order them off the screens which is really nice.

My local gas station. The cashiers are always nice. Food is fresh, but the atmosphere keeps people coming back.

I stop here often for gas..I love their deli where sandwiches are made to order...great place to pic up a quick drink too...

The food is ok when you can actually order. As someone who works overnight it is great to have a place to get decent food at when working but half the time their cafe is closed.
