L auto ran a last minute diagnostic on my car after it started doing some weird things. They checked it out when no one else would even see me for a week. I was told my car was safe to drive and they offered to get me in as soon as they could. Genuinely nice guys!!!

Not at all happy with the "work" that was done on my vehicle. If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my vehicle to them back in March of this year (2023). By June the part they replaced failed. Dropped my vehicle off before the 4th of July. After a week and a half of not hearing anything on my vehicle I stopped into the shop (due to them not answering their phone)for an update only to find that they hadn't even touched it because someone didn't highlight my vehicle on a sheet to indicate that it was even there. 2 days later I call the shop for an update and am told my vehicle is fixed and ready to pick up. When I return to pick up my vehicle they have no paperwork to show what work they did on my car. I leave and don't even get a mile down the road when my car stalls out due to the same reason I initially brought it in for. I call the shop and they tell me to bring it back in. This ends up happening 2 more times, they take my car for a period of time, I have to call or go in to inquire about it because no one follows up, I'm told the issue is fixed, no paperwork is provided, and then my car breaks down on the way home. The shop ended up having my vehicle for the ENTIRE month of July. I was told multiple times that they "fixed" my car. The last time I was even told that they took my vehicle (without my consent) to another shop and had a diagnostic ran as well as some updates performed. When I requested paperwork for what they did and what this other shop did I was told they didn't have paperwork for what they did or for the other shop because a buddy was just doing them a solid. Again my car did not make it home without the same issues occuring. I ended up taking my car to another shop to have the faulty part L Automotive put in replaced as well as had additional cost for damage caused by the initial issue. To say I am not impressed with their service or their work would be an understatement. I have already reported them and filed a complaint with the state and BBB. If you're needing repair work done I highly recommend saving yourself the hassle and money, and take it somewhere else. Don't be as trusting as I was or you may find yourself sitting on the side of the road with your kids with a broken down vehicle that L Automotive "fixed".Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Fantastic people!!! Exceptional service!!! Had an alignment done as well as steering rack replacement. They were absolutely amazing!! Use these guys for alot of frequent work! Would highly recommend this family owned business! Knowledgeable and hardworking! Fair pricing doesn't hurt either but the could certainly charge more for the quality!

Walked in for a tire plug repair they were on it quickly and fixed it. Guy was friendly and charged a fair price for the repair. Would go back there anytime. Thank made a loyal customer.
