Progressive Insurance dispatched this company to come help me with a flat today. The wait-time was over 2 hrs. I called and spoke to a gentleman to confirm my location and asked where I was in the queue. He told me there were 2 people ahead of me. While waiting and stranded off a highway..I get a call from progressive asking if I have been helped. I told her I had just called the number again as I saw on the map that the driver was on site but did not see anyone come to my aid. I got no answer and the progressive rep apologized and said GunLake Roadside has canceled the request. Still left here with no help. Terrible experience.Service: Tires

Had my car towed here after it broke down. They only do trucks or diesel repairs but referred me to affordable repair services who completed my repairs and got me back on the road in no time. Affordable repairs is next door to gun lake repairs and does excellent work .
