My wife and I bought a 1988 Travelcraft camper from Darrin at D&L Auto Sales, and the experience was better than we could have expected! The owner, Darrin, had a great video tour on You Tube, and we had several communications about the vehicle. Darrin responded promptly and answered all of my questions. We didn't want to spend $70 to $100K, which is pretty easy to do, nowadays. D&L Auto Sales has historically bought, re-furbished, and sold quite a few older camper vans with fairly low mileage, and we are completely comfortable with our purchase. If you are in the market for a camper van, and want to spend a lot less money in the process, D&L Auto Sales sells some really nice ones, and they stand behind the ones they sell. We would definitely do it again! Thanks, Darrin!

Although I have not purchased a vehicle from D and L, I have done business with this company. Darrin is very friendly, courteous, and professional. I can't imagine anyone ever saying otherwise. While doing work for his company at his location, I've seen how he handles customers. He either answers the phone when a call comes or gets back to his customers quickly. He is always friendly and honest. If you're looking to purchase a vehicle, I would absolutely recommend that you give them a call. Even if they don't have what you're looking for in stock, Darrin can find the vehicle you're looking for at a reasonable price.

Darrin recently purchased a vintage camper van from our family. He made it a very pleasant experience, the full asking price was wired to our account and he sent a transport service to ship it 300 miles. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Grew up in a family of car wholesalers. I know a bad car or car salesperson when I see one. Darrin is not only knowledgeable but honest. Communicated well with my long distance purchase. Held the car for me for 30 days. Had it well sorted for my 400 mile drive home. And finally stood behind the product when I had a fuel pump go bad. This was a small purchase too. A 35yr old, $5,000 camper van. Plenty to go wrong with it and not a lot of profit in it for him. Highly recommend buying from Darrin.

We had an awesome experience purchasing our 19 foot 1992 Chevy G30/Coachman Motorhome from D&L Auto Sales. Darrin sent us plenty of well taken pictures and met us with the camper van in the shop and ready for us to look at. He told us the history and run down of the van and how he picked it up. He explained that after checking through it all they found the vehicle to be mechanically sound and included a list of non-mechanical things that he knew were wrong with it. We are stupidly thorough when looking at a used vehicle. Darrin patiently gave us all the time we needed to go through our check list and answered all our detailed questions. He allowed us to take it to our own mechanic. When it was time to talk price, Darren was very kind and gave us a really great deal, including a small amount of work that needed to be done. About 3 weeks after the purchase, we noticed a noise that none of us had noticed before the purchase. We called Darrin and without hesitation he used his valuable time to call around to his network in the auto industry and get it checked out right away. He came with us to see his friends Joe and Nick at Niewiek Auto Sales and handled all the communications and negotiations for us. Even though there was no warranty, he generously helped us out to get the issue taken care of. We were looking for a camper van to take us on a trip across the country for a year. Darren seemed genuinely interested in us having a safe, reliable vehicle for our trip that was ready to go when it was time for us to leave. We are so very happy with our new vehicle/home and extremely appreciative to D&L Auto Sales for the amazing service and experience they gave us. D&L has many options on their lot including their special interests of vintage camper vans and used vehicles that are not your run of the mill rides. We recommend them!

I recently purchased a Chinook motor home from D&L Auto Sales. I live in Slidell, Louisiana. I was unable to travel to inspect the vehicle. Darrin went out of his way to video the entire coach inside and out, with all systems in operation. I purchased the vehicle unseen other than the video. Darrin arranged for shipping the vehicle at a very reasonable rate. The coach arrived a week after purchase. During the transport, the coach received minor damage. I notified Darrin who said to take it to a RV repair facility and have the damage repaired. Due to the minor damage, I decided to repair the damage myself. I sent Darin the cost of the parts. He sent payment and included a labor fee I didn't ask for.I would definitely recommend D&L to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. It was a pleasure to deal with D&L and in particular Darin.Thanks Darrin.

Absolutely recommend D&L auto sales if you re looking for a quality used class b rv. My wife and I purchased a van from here and drove it 900 miles to Virginia over the next two days without a problem. We ve had the van for a couple months and are very happy with it. Darrin was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Great customer service, down to being picked up from the airport after driving a rental from PA to get my camper van! Darrin was very helpful with any questions I had before I came to get it and even sent me a few videos with the van running and giving a better view of the interior. Very happy with my purchase, would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a camper van or some other vehicle!

We sold our Classic '99 Anniversary edition Roadtrek campervan motorhome to Darrin from D&L Auto Sales. I've never felt so comfortable buying a used car. I have always wanted a Volvo when they were still "boxy" (80's or 90's). I saw a 1999 black Volvo S70 for sale so I had to go check it out. When I got there they were very happy to help and after I took it for a test drive I noticed a couple very small issues. Unlike most car dealerships who would take forever, or maybe not even actually check it out, they called me the very next day telling me what the problem was and they already fixed it for free and there was a very small pinhole leak in the exhaust which they quoted me a very cheap price to fix. ALSO....if you own a Volvo and don't want to take out a small loan to have work done at a Volvo dealership bring it to these guys. They have a very trustworthy "Volvo aficionado" on staff who is just as knowledgeable but a fraction of the price. Thanks again Darrin. My sister-in-law will be coming to take a look for a used car within the next month or two.

I have been a long time customer of D&L Auto sales for 9 years and I have received nothing but consistently excellent service. I recommend Darrin Tosh (owner) highly to everyone who tells me they are looking for car. Darrin is honest, hard working, and as reliable as a Toyota Camry. I never buy elsewhere.

I don't even know where to being when leaving a review for this place, I fear that no matter how hard I try I won't fully be able to do the quality of service provided by D&L Auto Sales justice.Darrin and his team are the sort of people that just genuinely care, and not because they need too to make money. They're all incredibly friendly and very helpful with a laid back attitude that doesn't feel forced nor uncomfortable. I had driven up to buy a old roadtrek campervan, which was on sale as a budget van, half expecting it to be parked up at the back out of sight and not in the best condition. When I had arrived the van had been fully cleaned, fitted with brand new tires, wipers, filters ect and was sitting inside on charge waiting for me!The exhaust manifold gasket was broken on this van, but this was clearly communicated to me the whole way through and pointed out when I was there as well. On top of this he had helped me with advice on how to fix and even given me some spare gaskets to do the job and reduce costs!I left with an absolute bargain of a van that has been an absolute pleasure to drive since! I could not recommended this place enough due to the quality of goods and incredible service I received. Thank you so much and all the best!P.S if you're still not convinced this is the dealership for you, you might as well give up your search.

Every time I need a car, I head straight here! The owner is up front and honest about the positives and negatives of each car he sells, and he is an excellent "car matchmaker." The products are great, and the customer service is superb. I've even seen him hunt out specific cars for customers. The cars, like the owner, are trustworthy and reliable!

They were upfront and honest with everything that they done with it and anything that it might have needed. The kind folks at D&L Auto are a pleasure to deal with. My girlfriend and I flew in from Pennsyltucky to look at a 1984 chevy g20 camper van that was posted online. Darrin & his wife showed a warm welcome by picking us up at the airport and taking us right to the their lot. They made us feel right at home when we got there. Darrin showed us the van. Went over all the details extremely thoroughly. Told us the van's story and how he acquired it. Gave us the run down of all the minor issues that he was aware of. Let us test drive it for a few hrs around town. We are so happy how it all worked out. Obviously flying in from out-of-state it's a big gamble that everything will go well. But we felt totally comfortable once we arrived. And are proud to say that we are now the owners of that 1984 chevy camper a.k.a. Charlie Brown! Was great to have met the super nice people at D&L Auto. If your looking for quality & honesty your in the right spot. Thanks again Darrin! You guys are awesome!

I'm a driving guy, not a car guy.A few of my professor friends at Calvin College have been buying exclusively from D&L Auto for years. About six years ago I found myself in need of a new vehicle and knew I'd be heading down to D&L.My wife and I began our search at D&L forty-nine dealerships later we circled around to where we began and bought the 1st vehicle we had seen earlier. I drove out in a maroon Volvo station just right for my 6'4" 350 lb body. After three trips from Grand Rapids to the east coast and a dozen or so to Chicago and Detroit someone wrecked it while parked in front of my house. AAA totaled the vehicle and we got a check for 20% more than we originally paid for the car.Darrin Tosh jumped right on it with urgency as I was beginning chemotherapy and he wanted me in a new vehicle before I started on that journey. While I was thinking another Volvo wagon, Darrin called me one evening that he had found a Volvo XC (SUV) and did I want it? He knew what I needed, in spite of what I thought I wanted.As luck would have it that wonderful XC 90 was also wrecked parked in front of my house and totaled. So, after two trips out east and a three week family road trip to the Pacific NW had dropped a bunch of miles on the odometer AAA cut me a check, this time 15% above my purchase price.Again, within two weeks I was in another Volvo XC 90. Plus, Darrin put my wife in a wonderful red Ford Focus.I'm a driving guy, not a car guy.Tosh is my car guy, I wouldn't buy from anyone else.

This place is the worst place I have ever dealt with! Sold me a truck that the Vin numbers were removed and kept telling me they would put me in something else so I kept taking off work and going to the lot and hell no! They are a joke, very unprofessional and my lawyer is going after them! They are rude and can't eleven return a call! Your better off walking to then dealing with these scammers!
