We will have a long history of purchasing vehicles from this business! Jessie, and Tyler were so helpful, courteous, and a joy to work with. We purchased our first van from them, they brought it down from another store so we could test drive, the answered all our questions, helped us get our title transfered over and made sure we were happy with our purchase. We did have a slight mechanical issue come up and Jessie helped us work with a local garage and we were even able to get the work done over spring break so we didn't need a rental. This is a homegrown business that has amazing customer service in a world when that gets forgotten most of the time. They even had the best market price of two exact vehicles. Their team, home town feel, great customer service and willingness to stand behind their product will be the reason we refer family and friends and why we keep coming back time after time for future purchases. I can't say enough about this amazing business!! Thank you team for making this experience as easy as possible!

I just wanted to share this. I inquired about a used car here, with a rebuilt title, due to theft. I researched the car and knew a little bit behind it. I called and asked questions like I didn t.. They were 100% honest with me and seemed to try to hide nothing, they told me what they repaired, the condition they received it, I sense genuine people here at this dealership and I would not be worried about buying a rebuilt title vehicle from them.Some places are dishonest, I feel Broadmoormotors is someone you can trust!I wish I could have made a deal, but things in my end didn t work out.Thanks for being honest people!

I just bought a 2013 Ford fusion and love it, these guys here in Wayland are get I started off with Justin on Monday and Tuesday was running late I called Justin had just left I was going to be a little after 5 and the drive was 58 mins Ty said he would stay and wait on me. I appreciate you guys and love my car, thank you

Didn't realize that many if not all of their vehicles carry a salvage title. Salvage titles don't come from just theft and the car fax doesn't disclose how it earned the salvage title. They were friendly, but be very cautious and consult your insurance company and bank before going after a vehicle there.

I don't write reviews ever, but I bought a 2016 Honda HRV here a few months back and Tim made the entire process pain-free. They were completely upfront with the story of what happened to the car and why it was totaled by the insurance (Stolen recovery). They were very fair and I was overall very pleased with everything. If I'm ever in the market for another car I will definitely be looking here first! 10/10 experience. They were all very lovely people to deal with.

Ok. They are amazing. This is my 4th time buying a used car. This has been my best experience so far! Crew was amazing! He pretty much did 80 percent of our entire meet, sale, everything, through email. I live And work in an area with no service north. But I seen a jeep there I loved.So i finally made it down there to drive it. I didn't like it at all. Needed something with more guts. Found a trailhawk I loved. He did what he had to and worked with me all morning and put me in the car I didn't even know i wanted, but am so in love with!!! Thank you Crew and BMG. Been a full year now and still love my trailhawk. Only a couple issues so far. Best track record for used cars, hospitality, and heart. Then even mailed me back a spare part and my house keys I accidentally forgot while way down there Thank again CREW for your AMAZING service and desire to make sure I loved what I left in. Lindsey

Friendly and efficient service, my wife test drove a car last night and they had it ready for us to buy this morning. Few very minor cosmetic issues that were addressed and they are already working on scheduling them to be fixed. Car drives great and we are very pleased with our purchase. They are certainly experts in the theft recovery/rebuilt game. Very fair prices with a lot of great options.

We were very happy with our experience at Broadmoor Motor Group in Wayland. They had a nice selection of AWD vehicles which was what we were shopping for. Tim was friendly and knowledgeable. We haven't had possession for very long but have been very happy so far!!!

I had a great experience at Broadmoor Motors in Wayland. Jordan followed up with all of my questions and went out of his way to make sure I had a positive experience. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. I did not feel any pressure at any time. I made the purchase with no problems and they helped me with all of the financing as well. The entire experience was fantastic. From the first call to closing the deal, Kyle was responsive and accommodating. Financing was a breeze with excellent terms. There are a wide range of vehicles available for every price point. Broadmoor makes it a point to state that they stand behind their vehicles, and so far I have found that to be true. There was a minor issue with my car that the dealership agreed to fix with no hassle.One word of caution. The dealership is very busy. If you are able to practice the slightest measure of patience, you will be pleasantly surprised by the no nonsense approach and walk away with a vehicle you will love at a price you can afford.

I reached out in the end of November 2021 after seeing a very low mileage (34k) 2005 Mazda 3 SP23 hatchback that caught my interest (they made <4000 of these). They re located in MI, while I m located in MA. My loose budget was around $10k and with shipping costs, and it was in that range.They got back to me very fast via text and we were able to make the deal happen. I sent them the money on 12/1, they received it on 12/2, they shipped it out that same day, and the vehicle was delivered to me on 12/3. I did take a risk of not being able to test drive it and check out the vehicle at all, but I fully accepted the risk. I mention this as I failed to ask if the car was mechanically sound, as it needed a new front motor mount (but this is an easy fix and relatively inexpensive). That s completely on me though and I took responsibility for it. However, seeing the amount of photos posted and how in-depth they were, it made me feel more comfortable in taking this risk.I was surprised at how fast the money was wired and how fast the delivery for the vehicle was. Thank you to Crew for making this deal happen. It was very easy to communicate with you and at no point did I feel pressured at all. Thank you for being able to ship out the vehicle (in an enclosed carrier as well) in such a timely manner and I would definitely purchase a vehicle from you again in the future.

The Wayland location is excellent Tim and the entire team there are excellent they will go above and beyond for you when It comes to service get your vehicle in fast and provide a loaner car for warranty work could not be happier with my purchase of this 2007 GMC Sierra 2500 HD classic big thank you to all of you there again

My boyfriend bought his car from here in Oct 2019. We ran into some issues with the car itself, but thank gosh for the warranty we got with it. Jordan and his team took care of the issue and make sure the issue was diagnosed correctly and ensured that it was fixed entirely. The car is running like brand new again and my boyfriend and I are very happy with the purchase. If you're looking for a good deal on a nice car, go here. I'd recommend Jordan and his team for sure as their customer service has gone above and beyond for us!

Wonderful experience at BMG! This was my first time purchasing a car so I was a bit nervous. Jordan walked me through the process, was very friendly, easy to talk to, and helped me purchase the car in an easy and timely manner. We test drove a vehicle at Broadmoor Motors in Wayland. We worked with Tim and he was great. The car ended up not being what we needed, but we really appreciated his customer service. He was very friendly and helpful without being pushy.We asked for a local bakery recommendation and he suggested Simply Celia's in Wayland and then handed us a $10 gift card! It was over the top and very nice of him! We went out for breakfast and it was delicious!I would go back and work with Tim!

Absolutely love this place!! My car was involved in an accident and I needed a car quick, I gave Jordan a call and we made a deal within ten minutes and had a beautiful 2017 Ford Escape waiting for me at 8 am the next morning!! I live 2.5 hours from Wayland, Jordan had all paperwork completed when I walked through the door, I was at the shop MAYBE 20 minutes. On the way home I noticed a few chips in the windshield, gave the shop a call and they set up an appointment near my location to have it fixed and paid for by them as well. Customer service is excellent, service is fast, will buy from here again. Highly recommend!!!!

Super great guys to deal with-Justin and Tyler were so friendly and there was no pressure to buy. It was the first time I dealt with a car salesman and didn't feel I was being ripped off. Whatever issues I had , they took the time to listen and dealt with them pronto. From the office to the garage- friendly, honest, professional, and just plain nice folks to deal with. I will share my experience with others- so they can enjoy car buying like it should be. Thanks guys-luv the convertible!

Awesome experience!! Jordan was absolutely perfect and I couldn't be happier with how they treated me. The morning I was supposed to come out I got a surprise call from Jordan explaining to me that they just discovered a crack in the windshield of the truck I was interested in. He told me they would replace the windshield the same day at their expense but that they needed a couple extra hours to do so. He also texted me pictures of a minor scratch in the truck's paint as well that they had not noticed before. I'm sure they could have swept both issues under the rug and I likely would have been none the wiser. Once I got there I also noticed the truck had about 3500 more miles than the ad stated. I'm not sure if the ad had a typo or if they had the truck in their possession for a while and the listing was from old data, but when I brought it up they were willing to negotiate with me and make it right. These guys were very honest and forthcoming and even though it cost them a little they did the right thing.They were more than fair and I am extremely happy with my new truck and the deal I got on it. I drove from across the state to find this rare vehicle (Ram 3500 Mega Cab with single rear wheels) and they made the trip worth my while. I really appreciate all that you guys at Broadmoor have done to help me. Thank you very much.

Tyler was amazing! We were trying to buy a van during a very stressful time. Our son had totaled our van and thank GOD he wasn t injured but we had also sold my husband car the same day! So we had to buy a van fairly quickly. He was very Accommodating. The whole team was! They went out of there way to make sure we had a positive experience during a stressful time. It couldn t have gone any smoother! No sales pressure ever! We really enjoyed getting to know Tyler and would highly recommend them. Thank you Broadmoor Motors!!
