Out of town a few months back we managed to get a nail through one of our tires that was unpatchable. The service team quickly found us a tire that would fit our car and at a reasonable cost. They realized how frazzled we were from the long trip and I truly felt like extra effort was put forth to look after us. What could've been a horrible weekend was saved by this amazing crew. Thank you so much again, your crew was outstanding.

Brought the car in for brakes and oil. They refused to use the pads I bought, even though it's the same pads they used, but I understand the liability.Well, when the job is done, Jeff leaves on a service call, without giving me the bill of sale. Hour and a half later, find out he filed it under the previous owner's name, not mine. Massive headache. Brad though I can't say enough about. Great guy, friendly, and highlight of a bad situation.

New to area, referred by my neighbor. Have a 1998 Ford F-250 that needed a starter and some A/C work. This place was professional and courteous in their communication as well as excellent and affordable in their service. Good honest mechanic. They have their own wrecker as well!

Horrible place!!! since the new owners bought it, they ve priced everything way higher than it needs to be. i brought my ford taurus in a couple years ago to fix the brakes. they wanted to charge me $1000 in order to fix it. went to another shop and it was less than $500 to fix. The other day i went for my new car chevy blazer and the brakes were bad as well. they told me it was $1500 to replace BRAKES! Again, went to get a second opinion... WAY LESS THAN $1500!! DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to spend a million dollars just to fix a minor problem on your car! Horrible service, i will NEVER go here again.

Love this place. Get all my batteries here as well as tire mounting and balancing. Real old school feel to the place. Towing is top notch. Guys all know what they're doing. Convenience store stuff is always a little cheaper here too. Won't get fuel anywhere else.

Horrible, just horrible. My vehicle broke down a while back and they provided awful service. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle and just signed over the title to them. Fast forward roughly a month later and I got pulled over in their parking lot where there was a mixup with my plate and registration with my new vehicle. They did not have to tow my vehicle. The charged me $125 to move it 25 feet and store it for 2 days and that was with a $30 discount after telling me they only got $100 scrap weight out of my 4,750 lb vehicle a month earlier. I thought I had done them a solid just giving them my other vehicle. Tom was extremely rude and very pretentious thinking that his 4 mile trip at 1:45am is worth $90 to move my vehicle 25ft with the keys provided. I will never ever do business with this company again and I will steer my friends away too.

Don t take your vehicle here. Bunch of scam artists here, they fixed someonething on my car that didn t need fixed two separate times. So nearly 300 bucks later what really needed fixed is my head gaskets. If you do decide to go here good luck lol.

They towed my car over the weekend and the following Monday I received a call from my garage saying that the key was not in the drop box. After several lengthy back and forth phone calls with Wayland BP and my garage, initially being told that the key was under the mat in my LOCKED car, then that it might be by a back door - instead of where it should be placed in the key drop as instructed. It was found in a snow bank by the garage door. 0 common sense they also we're not even remotely apologetic about my experience. I was referred to them by AAA and if you're ever referred ask for a different company, not worth your time to waste it here.

I cannot comment on the new owners. The staff and the service department have always been phenomenal with the Damvelds . I am really sick of the covid shot propaganda on the screens, so I'm going to fill my tank elsewhere.

I brought my car in for an oil change and when I left my car was pulling really hard to the right. When I got home I looked and my front tire was almost flat. I gave them a call and was offered zero help and a lot of attitude. Basically their answer was you're out of luck. I won't go back.

They answered the phone..only reason they got a star. Flat tire at work..all I needed was a spare mounted and balanced on a rim...had to schedule it for 3 days away for literally 10 mins of work. So disappointed.

Guy who answers phone in shop was extremely rude. Not sure if you guys were busy and he was stressed or what. But I know a few people who work in the shop and i ve never experienced something like this so it s pretty disappointing to say the least.

They are all awesome! Jeff explains in detail what needs 2 be done in the repairs! If the state police! And wayland police trust in them you know they are awesome!!

Bp is the only place I trust to do fantastic work. They always provide me with options, they are extremely friendly. My family and I have gone through them for years and never once have we had any problems.

Great place to buy fuel and have your vehicle maintained. I feel like some of the bad reviews people are writing are the ones who wear pajamas at 2pm.
