Auto Body Xperts did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle! I got several calls during the repair to let me know how it was going, plus they washed my car and cleaned up the inside for me. Great job guys!

We took our vehicle here because there was no one at the auto shop across the street. We are so glad we did! We had such a smooth experience, and they kept us in the loop the entire time our vehicle was being worked on. Customer service was outstanding. We will be back if we ever need vehicle service again. I got in a wreck this past November, they weren't able to get me in until February. Which I felt was a long time, but I guess they're super busy because of their awesomeness. I've never been in a wreck and had to go through an ordeal like this before. I can honestly say that everyone that I have come in contact with at the Wayland location has been pleasant, professional, and transparent. I was estimated to have my car back in 2 weeks over the phone. Then the gentleman assessed my car and he estimated that I would have my car back in 2 and a half weeks. My car was ready in 2 weeks and 2 days. Rewind to when I dropped my car off, it was filthy. My boyfriend had been using it to go to work and he works in construction, it was mega dusty, mud smashed in the carpet along with dog hair. The trunk had straw intertwined in the carpet for years couldn't get it all out. Y'all, they detailed my car inside and out! Even the trunk! So I'm super impressed, I noticed all of this while switching items out of the rental to my car. I go back in to sign some forms and the lady hands me this card that has 12 FREE car washes AND 1 FREE detail! Was not expecting that! If I ever have to get my car repaired again I will definitely go back here. Oh year, I have a warranty on the work that they done

Wow! What a great place! From the people in the office who bent over backwards to help me, the mechanics and the people who detailed my car before I picked it up, I can't thank them enough! It's cleaner than when I bought it, the repair work is excellent and I got free car washes to boot! I will use them again if the need ever arises again.

The body repair work was fine but they completely cracked my windshield in the process. They never called or explained what happened when I came to sign paperwork and pick it up. We were handed the keys and when we walked to the parking lot we found our vehicle with multiple obvious cracks across the windshield. When we went back in to question what happened, we were told to just drive it home and file a new claim with our insurance company and now we have to pay another deductible. They were not professional at all in how they handled this problem, I will not do business with them again.

My family have used Autobody Xperts for years. They are easy to work with and super friendly. When the repair was delayed, they helped me out and saved me a few hundred dollars. I will keep using them if I ever get into another accident, crossing my fingers that doesn't happen again.

Always helpful, always communicative, always timely repairs. They are also a big help when dealing with insurance adjustors! These guys have been helping us out for many years and we will continue to use their facility for all of our body work needs! Highly recommend!

Auto Xperts very professional. Car turned out great. They even set up my car rental and had it delivered. I didn t have to go out of my way to pick it up.My car was super clean inside and out. Definitely would recommend.

As always the professionalism and courtesy that will an auto body experts surpasses most any place I deal with I've had them work on several vehicles and I've never had a problem with it and will continue to go there

Very disappointed. The first impression your business leaves with a customers is lasting... You only have one chance to make a good first impression and it was not good here. After reading the company reviews I thought I would try them for a small scratch in the RF fender of my GMC pickup. I have been in the automotive industry for over 45+ years and I have never seen anyone try NOT to help a customer like this employee. The lady in the office was rude, short and just wouldn't answer my questions. There was no one else in the office so she had no reason to be shoving me out the door. At one point in our conversation she told me to go across the street and see the body shop that was located just out their front door . Who tells a possible customer to go to another shop I don't know. She just wanted me out... I politely gave her 2 of my business cards and asked if she would have the owner or manager call me. I believe in direct contact with the owner when you have a complaint. Well it's been 3 weeks now and no one has reached out to me. If a phone call was made I would not be writing this review today. Do the owners or managers not care or did the office personal not give them my card. I guess I will never know. One thing I do know is that I won't ever go back and will for sure discourage others who ask me not to go there either.

I ve worked with body shops in my life. When I was younger, there was a local shop I took work to and built a relationship with to a point that I simply demanded my work go to that shop. That shop closed, and I moved 45 miles away.I ve had a couple things that needed to be done since I moved to the area, and tried another shop that was well recommended. While they did good work, the personal touch was meh, for lack of better word.I tried Autobody Xperts this time because one of my previous quotes just gave me a vibe I should have taken it then. The personal touch added to the professional work and impeccable service is exactly what I felt with the old local hometown shop I used to have.While I hope I never have to use them again (let s admit, if you re calling a body shop you re having a bad day), I will not hesitate to do so. Brought my work vehicle in to have them repair the damage to my vehicle after an accident and repaint the areas. They were reasonably priced, very nice and easy to work with. Did a great job and can't even tell now it was ever in an accident. George and Pam did a great job. They even washed and cleaned the inside before I picked it up. This is our second time using their services. We are completely satisfied with all the work they have done for us. They were very professional and the quality of the work was great. Our paint color wasn t easy to match but somehow they did it. The available loaner car was a huge help. I always feel like my car comes back having been to a car spa. It s cleaner in and out.
