Damn good experience. My salesman, Dan, worked hand in hand with me through the process of buying my first racing seat. He accommodated me extremely well and aided me in finding both the perfect seat and harness setup. No upselling, no sleeziness, and very clean bathrooms. Couldn't have asked for more.

I did business with them before they moved into this grand building. I now am getting back into muscle cars with my new to me 73 Cuda.Hope to come up and meet everyone. They were always friendly and knowledgeable.

This is a gear heads paradise. The biggest automotive parts and accessories store I have ever seen. I recently purchased a classic car and the guys here have been so helpful in helping me upgrade my car. If you love cars, you gotta come here.

Giant warehouse had custom length pushrods and PAC valve springs in stock waiting for me (curb pickup) after quick phone order. Polite knowledgeable staff. Competitive pricing. Done right!

Incredibly unprofessional and rude, they took unauthorized money from my account not once, but twice. Was told it never happened, even though I had my bank account backing me up. They changed my total about 3 times, making everything inaccurate . A few of the salesmen seem inefficient at their job since they can t perform a simple task without making 5 million mistakes taking a toll on both my time AND money. Don t even get me started on the fact that if you re a woman, you ll very likely be spoken to like you re dumb. Go to Autozone instead. At least they know what they re doing.

They are the distributor for Sure Trax products. I have gone thru several of these in my pickup over the years. I only seem to get 1 to 2 years of winter use. I called the sales manager at Lane and he reminded me there was a 3 year warranty. He sent me one for free. I was pleased I didn't have to buy another. Well it lasted thru the winter. Second season I put it in and a week later it failed. I put it back in my building. Getting ready to install for 3rd season and remembered I needed to call Lane. I was told my warranty expired 3 wks ago. I was told further we replaced it once and we're not going to do it again. They only stand behind the original purchase. The 3 year warranty doesn't apply to replacements. What the hell kind of con is that. I don't overfill or use it on an unprotected bed. Im not a young man anymore and am handicapped so this was about my only workable option to get some winter weight into my pickup. I wish they were more durable for the money. But be forewarned. Lane Automotives warranties are to be taken with a grain of salt.

Mind blowing selection of anything you could possibly want for your car. I needed to fit a seat into my race car and space was tight. I took the car there with no seat and they brought out 6 seats for me to sit in and then test for in the car. Superb service here. They know what they re doing.

Lane Automotive is a very impressive store. The salesperson was very helpful and efficient. I recommend Lane if you're looking for nice aftermarket parts for race cars.

Always enjoyable visit to their showroom. People will work hard to find your needed product or a solution to an issue. So many items in warehouse not displayed in showroom... so ask.

I seen a bad review from a person posted several months ago about a Lane s Automotive employee. Well I had that same person today and he treated me with nothing but respect. As a person with brown skin I get so tired of people calling someone prejudiced. I didn t get that energy off of him whatsoever. As a matter of fact when I go back again I m going to seek him out for more parts. Maybe the person who wrote that review needs to look in the mirror. Maybe you are the one prejudiced. Maybe you are a jerk. The list of maybe could go on and on. Unfortunately we live in a world where that is a go to. Thanks for the help front counter guy.

Huge selection. Not to far from Gingerman Raceway if you forgot some crucial piece of gear. One of my codrivers didnt have HANs posts on his helmet and we were able to get them here before the lemons race.

I love the Allstar Performance tire spoon tool because it uses its perfect for remove tires off the rims and it better than a screwdriver because its long and it has curved ends, I love Allstar Performance which is Lane Automotive's brand of products, the only thing is that Lane Automotive seems to never restock there online store or have anything in stock online, I do understand the parts shortage in the racing industry but it would be better for the buisness, also I love the employees and the staff isn't rude, they are helpful and kind, very knowledgeable too.

Started off rough but after my order was found the people at Lane went above and beyond to make me happy. For sure will continue purchasing parts from them Al Grossman was a pleasure doing business with thank you.

Made a phone call before arriving for parts pickup, had to wait a little while to get the parts but the service was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable over the phone and in store. Very nice folk. Service was great, I forgot to mention the wide variety of parts. Excellent team, will most definitely be back.

The showroom may not stock everything, but the warehouse has it all, for race cars, show cars, trucks, you name it. The counter guy suggested I buy the less expensive part than I asked for since both fit perfectly. I chose the more expensive one for my own reason, but appreciate his help!

Tom has helped me tremendously with getting the right parts for my circle track car. He is very easy to work with and has a lot of knowledge to help with parts recommendations. I have actually had great service from everyone that has helped me there whether it was sales or or parts pick up.

Great place to get what you need for your hot rod. Got me the fuel cell I needed that they had in stock. Guys at the counter know their stuff. Got some good info about my build that I didn't know. Plus the car show every year is always awesome!!Thanks guys.

Fantastic people at Lane, we had a clutch issue at the track with my car on a Friday night and they bent over backwards to get us parts after-hours. I've never seen such a well-run and modern company so willing to go out of their way to help someone they've never met before.

We drive from Jackson to get parts there, great selection of bigger ticket car parts, good prices, clean showroom plus employees like Rich Farnsworth make worth the drive!

OUTSTANDING..always have what I need and believe me I HAVE challenged them with some out of the norm projects! Some of the best service across the board I have ever experienced. Special thanks to Lane and Mike in sales for going above and beyond on this last brake project for me..i worked with 4 differ ent companies on this and he was the only one that could get it done AND set the bar for what customer service should look like!
