Pizza and subs were very good. Ended up ordering a large pizza fresh and took about 25 mins. It was delicious. Everyone inside working was very nice and welcoming.

Tried a slice of the bacon breakfast pizza and the ham breakfast pizza today and it was great! Still warm when we got home and put groceries away. The 2 employees i interacted with were very friendly and helpful! Its not "just gas station pizza" like i've heard people say. Loaded with toppings and nice fresh crust. Will certainly be coming back to try other pizza flavors.

Staff here has always been friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of food and their salads are amazing and made to order. They have a wide variety of food choices and a great fountain pop area. Casey s has a great reward program as well for fuel discounts or in store discounts.

If you are going to use the restroom, DON T!! They don t stock ANY toilet paper or paper towel products, so you can imagine how that would go. I asked an employee stocking stuff if I could speak to the manager, he claimed to be the manager. I stated the bathroom has NO toilet paper and someone needs to stock it. He literally just ignored me and kept doing what he was doing. Completely unacceptable. I called the corporate number to file a complaint. Avoid this awful place!!

Never disappointed with their pizza or their subs. Easy to order online and pick up for both. Friendly staff and a great place to pick up snacks.

Stopped for gas and a soft drink. Gas was paid for by card. It is 1040pm. Went into the store to get soda and a candy bar.. clerk states... Card only. We are closing soon and I counted my drawer. Another customer wanted to prepay cash for gas and was told.. sorry. I counted my register and it is card only..

I have complained about this place several times. Their gas pumps don't work half the time they have employees smoking everywhere outside... and they don't make your to go order when you place orders online. Today I went inside and the assistant manager was throwing a temper tantrum saying if one more person complains that's it!! And I was left standing there with no food. I put my order online went to pickup he said the order had never came but I could see my name and order on the screen behind him. Then he walked out of the store with zero explanation for my food. Leaving what I assume to be a off the clock employee not dressed in caseys gear left to make my food....what the hell are you serious???? He WAS THE ASSISTANT MANAGER!!

This Casey s USE to be really nice. Clean, good pizza. In the past year it has declined dramatically. Often no toilet paper, restrooms a mess. In the past 6 months there has not been window solvent for cleaning when getting gas or paper towels. Most often can t get a receipt at the pump, you have to go in. I ve come here 3 or 4 times a week for four years at least. New management??? Very disappointing

Good variety of both hot and cold on the go good. Clean store. Surprisingly vast selection of energy drinks, ice cream and coffee. Food smelled good. Frozen cokes and donuts. Everyone was congenial. Will be back.

Great drink selection. Three times I have had their pizza. 1st pretty good, 2nd undercooked, 3rd ordered jalapenos on a "pepperoni pizza" got a jalapeno pizza instead, not one pepperoni. Also don't get the jalapenos they taste like jarred ones you have had in the fridge too long

I've been wanting to stop here for along time, today it worked out. I got gas and pizza. Great stop for me. New location for Casey's in Michigan. Yea!!! Casey's is known for their high quality pizza in the areas that they serve. Pizza was 2.69 a slice on the day I was there.

We ordered a pizza and snacks online. When we arrived, only the snacks were ready. They apparently never got the pizza order on the kitchen side. The employees were rude and dismissive. They acted like we did something wrong and never once apologized. We asked for a refund (mostly due to their attitude towards the situation) and they seemed upset at us for asking for a refund.We had to wait 15 minutes for them to even give us a refund. The line just kept getting longer, while 3 employees sat there murmuring about the situation (one refunding and the other 2 standing there). She handed me the money roughly and walked away with an attitude. TERRIBLE service.Definitely lost us as costumers.

Slow moving employees, literally heard an employee tell a customer if they don't like the store go somewhere else while one sat on the floor behind the counter with a huge line waiting. Out of stock on a ton of their hot breakfast items as well. 5 months later I've still seen no improvement in this place. 4 employees standing around with a line around the store waiting to checkout.

I love Casey's. But they need to fix their hours on their website. I Just drove out of my way for breakfast. It says their kitchen is open at 4:00 a.m. I was there at 4:15 and a girl told me they're not open until she turns her computer on. I didn't have the time to wait.

Rude customer service. The store is dirty or telling you how you didn't place an order when you have the email proof. All of the employees look dirty and come straight back from smoking to handling food.

First time and I this place! I"m a big dew fan and I had a slurpie Mountain Dew and it was great. They have a huge variety of snacks and drinks. You can also order hot food like and stuff. Just a great place to fill your gas tank and your own tank! Keep up the good work Casey"s.

Avoid this place like the plague. Three times I ve ordered pizza online, I go to pick it up and they tell me they don t have a pizza order. The lady acted like I was lying to her until I showed her the email. No apologies, no nothing. They acted like it happens all the time. The service is also slow and employees are rude. Not worth dealing with the hassle of the store.

I ordered a pizza on the phone. It was a special 1 topping for 10 dollors. Wanted a extra topping they said they can't do that. Don't know why I can't pay more for a extra topping but ok. I got two pizzas and 2 for 3 candy bar. Casher rang me up and I had to go back was charged for 3 pizzas. She waited on me but then let 3 people go ahead of me. Finely rang me up again. On my recept it said two pizza's and two extra toppings at 1.75 each. She did that instead of the candy. The candy was only 3 dollors not $3.50. I was upset because I was told I could not have a extra topping but in the end I was charged for two. They could have gave me a extra topping and rang it up the same way. I was upset so I called and got really rude costumer service and was lied to about the price of the candy. Will never go back again. Next time work on costumer service if you want to stay in business. Without costumers you have no business.

Went into this location at 4:30 on a Wednesday morning. The night employees were rude and doing their own thing instead of assisting customers. Nobody behind the register and took 6 minutes waiting to actually be helped.There was 4 slices of pizza (night before) in the warmer and absolutely no breakfast food other than their dry donuts. I will NOT be giving this Caseys anymore business. The girl in the kitchen thought I left the store and started talk derogatory until I looked over the donut case and she seen me.The property was being cleaned by 2 gentleman, thank goodness because these people let this property go to heck. It s always dirty and littered compared to other locations I have visited.

Caseys is a lot better now that they got rid of that manager in there. I'm not judgmental at all no matter what. But when you feel negative energy in a place, you're not gonna go back there. When they hiredgood help she would run them off because she was intimid Because they did outstanding Better work Then she did. poor thing. I'm glad they got rid of her. I wish here Eko ti all the best

Probably just about the grossest Casey s I have ever been in. Half of the mens bathroom floor consisted of nothing but Urine. the decaf coffee I got was just about all water. Stay away from this dumpster fire.

Wow. Umm, where do i start?The taste of the pizza and helpfulness of the cashier is the only reason i will ever go back for food.I left so angry because the cook was making my pizza like The Count. "1 pepperoni, i count to 1. Ha ha ha. 2 pepperoni.." But slower.They forgot to give me my salad, then they forgot to give me my breadsticks. I was there an hour waiting and trying to fix what they forgot.But the cashier was exceptionally helpful and was apologetic. I loved her.And then i tried the pizza and....I'm not even mad anymore.

are there new mgrs at the watervliet locaction. VERY DISAPPOINTED TODAY 10-26-21. i knew to good to be true. no more free tire air. credit card only. with all the scams you should not use your CC on a machine like this outside. next went inside to make purchase CASH ONLY, the gal behind counter said machines have been down since last thursday...not good for business. thankfully i have other choices for my purchases.

Terrible!! The meat galore had very little meat but was ok taste wise nothing special. The "Buffalo" wings that came with it were just plain chicken wings no heat no sauce. Ordered by phone at 4:30 told pick-up at 5"20 at 5:30 it wasn't even started yet. The supreme was so raw you could not pick it up and when you did all the topping slid right off. Wont be back ever.

We had heard of Casey's donuts, so we decided that as we were in the area we would stop and get some to take home. So, around 3:30 p.m. we went in and purchased some baked goods. I had my chocolate-covered chocolate donut after dinner. I was so disappointed. The donut was very dry and if I didn't know that it was chocolate (by sight) I could not have told what it was. There was no chocolate flavor in the donut or in the frosting. Sorry, but the donuts in Wesco are definitely better flavored ... even if they might cost more.

I love Casey's and get it any time I am in an area with it. My issue with this one ( only one I have come across like this) they don't put out the Pickles and Onions for their sandwiches. So if they have a line ur waiting to get ur fast food topped. Makes no sense and NO other Casey's make the employees top it. Not convenient at all.

This would be a primary stop in the am but they are short staffed during morning rush. The deli is very slow as well whether busy or not. Other than that it's a great store with a lot of variety.

The only reason I come back is because Kim(one of the cooks) treats me good and always has a smile on her face. The rewards program could get better though. So other than the cooks that I'm cool with, I wouldn't come back
