I just bought my very first KIA and could not be more pleased!!! I walked in to take look around and was approached by Jeff York, he is very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. We discussed my budget, he recommended a Seltos. I took it for a test drive and was very impressed with the quality, it was exactly what I was looking for. Two days later it was mine!! What a great experience!! He made certain I drove away a happy new KIA owner!! Thank you Jeff!!

My wife dropped of the car for service on January 8th and explained to Teresa we want to do the normal 16k maintenance check that she showed her in the owner s manual. No extra services. When I picked up the car I saw she sold my wife fuel injection clean and align check (additional) services which increased the bill from $175 to $397. Teresa was also unaware of the warranty log that needs to be updated. I know Kia is not premium brand, but the customer care and misinformation received for my 2nd service made a foul impression. I will not go back there nor would recommend this place to anyone. The only reason I give 2 is the shuttle service as it was helpful.

The service desk girl said that she would call and didn't. I was charged for service, and my car was on warranty. I called Kia Customer Support and never received a return call. Not good service. When they made my appt. for the 14th and then sent me a text reminder for the 19th! Pretty disorganized at the service/parts desk.

Car had 3k more miles than advertised. Tear in the backseat of a 2022 with 8k miles. TPMS light on. Unperformed open recall. Only 1 key. Tried to jack the financing rate by a percent. This place is SHADY.

Dave the New Car GM, and Monica our sales representative, were Fabulous .I hate going to the dealership every couple of years, just a lost day.Not in this Case. They spent a great deal of time explaining the difference in platforms advantages and disadvantages of each.Once we decided what we wanted They found the exact vehicle that we wanted.This is only vehicle I was ever excited to get.The 2 week wait seemed like forever, but when we got it, well worth the wait.Fantastic Experience

This was the single best experience I have had at a dealership. Our Sales Rep was Brian and he did a wonderful job. We didn't meet until the day we went to pick up our vehicle, but we communicated with each other for about 3 months prior to vehicle pickup. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we got any extra information we may have needed. He kept us updated with the vehicle as it was being shipped and got us all the paperwork we needed so we were ready when it was time to pick up. I didn't feel pressured at all to add anything I didn't want. I wasn't asked to look into other vehicles that may have been "better" than what I was asking for. I was referred to some extra "warranty" type products, but it wasn't forced on me in any way. I said no for now, and that was it. If I ever get another Kia (probably will), I'll be heading back to Serra.

Don t buy a used car from this place . Keith Bailey scammed me into buying a 2014 Kia Soul for a little over 11grand that was ready to break down . He refused to negotiate and guarantee all used cars are examine before they put them up for sale obviously somebody decided not do their job . I ended up having to take it in 3 times within the first two months I had it have to get multiple parts replaced. the only Reason I was willing to buy the car was because I know people who bought brand new cars from here and they ve been great cars . Despite of my experience buying a car .I would say Theresa, who I believe is in charge of scheduling and billing for when you take your car in . she was phenomenal she went above and behind , for me to make sure I had a working car .

My salesman s name was Keith. He was so amazing to work with. He truly cared about my safety and satisfaction. He went out of his way to make sure I was aware of all my options and made sure I was happy with the decision I made. I would absolutely recommend him to any of my friends and family looking to purchase a new vehicle. I waited quite a long time for the finance department. This was the only thing I wished had went a little smoother but it was a very busy day for them so I understood the long wait time. There was also a small scuff on one of the car panels, but Keith ensured I was able to come back in the next few weeks to have it buffed out for free.

Tom was great to work with! He went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted, plus they're one of the few dealers selling Tellurides without markup. He also made sure to get most of the paperwork done before I got to the dealership and finishing up my purchase only took about 20 minutes (last time I did this kind of deal, another dealer took about 3 hours to do it).Jim in finance was also a pleasure to work with over the phone. No high pressure sales for upgrades or their financing, just covering all the bases and options available.I recommend Tom and Serra Kia highly!

Theresa and the service team here made my service visit easy. She explained what would be done, outlined the pricing, and checked in to let me know how things were going. My service call was quick (my air deflector shield had come loose), but the team made sure to do a full inspection and checked out my car to make sure there were no other issues. Everyone was friendly, and the waiting area felt like being in a friend's den. I was very happy with my service and will be back in the future.

I got my 2023 Sportage Hybrid with help of Tom Graskewicz. He is extremely nice, professional, informative, and quick. I was able to have all the paper work and finance taken care prior to my visit. I did all that over the phone. I would recommend him to anyone. No mark up, he is very honest and generous. FYI, he gave me the best deal for APR compared to 7 different credit unions local/national.

I was referred to Serra Kia by a local mechanic when it was suspected that my car may need some warranty work. I was told that he has worked with this location for a long time and that they will always do right by you. I trusted him and had my car towed here. They provided excellent communication and service. From the first call to the last I was treated with respect and felt as if I was their number one customer. I will be returning to this location for all future repairs and maintenance. Very happy with my experience here and highly recommend them.

My salesman was Brian M. He was awesome/helpful with helping me order the car I wanted the way I wanted it! He wasn't trying to sell me something I didn't want or something that's just in now and sacrificing what I wanted out of my next vehicle. Breaking down everything. There were no "hidden fees or surprise taxes. He told me how long it could take and kept me updated every week. My car was originally eta of 4-6 months and he started updating me after 1 month. It ended up taking 10 weeks! Paperwork went smooth and he took the time to go over every gadget and introduced me to the service team. I got treated like dirt at summit place in auburn hills. I was glad I went here and got treated so nicely!

Purchased to my first Kia here in 2012 and have not been disappointed. The sales team is not agressive and the service department is the best I've dealt with. What keeps me coming back is my service advisor Teresa. She's extremely knowledgeable and make sure that I am in-and-out as soon as possible.

I brought my 22 Sorento to this location because I wanted an oil change, and also because I received a recall letter about the transmission, and I was kindly welcomed by Teresa and Alex. Not only was I able to setup an appointment in less than a week, but they were extremely hospitable, and knowledgeable. My Sorento drives/shifts noticeably smoother due to the updates the transmission needed. This was my first time at this particular KIA dealership, and I must say I was genuinely impressed with the service. I ll be sure to bring my vehicle back to this location for any future servicing needs

Only have experience with Keith Bailey, and I would stay away from him if you are in the market for a vehicle. He treated me as a sub-class human and told me i wouldnt qualify for a good financing option as well as not wanting to really work with me. Let me also state that i was going to put half down on a new car in cash.I went to Kia in Lansing and was given the "special financing that people dont usually qualify for (Keiths words not mine" and have been happy with my new vehicle.Keith is pushy to get you to buy something you dont particularly want, and isnt quite knowledgeable on financing and the car inventory in general.I cannot speak for all salesmen at Serra Kia.... but i can say STAY AWAY FROM Keith Bailey.

This dealership is not the closest one to my home, but I am willing to make the drive because of the exceptional customer service provided at this location. My dad made a purchase from Serra GMC several years ago and has returned to them multiple times now, as well as going to Serra Kia in the past 2 years. He started recommending them to all of our friends and family for both sales of new/used vehicles, trading in a vehicle, and using the service department, and no one has been disappointed.

Very good and pleasant experience. They offered MSRP during high demand period for cars while other dealers charged 3000 to 5000 over MSRP. We worked with Keith Bailey and he was phenomenal, very transparent, knowledgeable sales consultant. He returned to our calls and inquiries within few hours. If you are considering to buy a Kia, or GM cars, Serra Kia is your go to place.

When we bought our Sorrento from Serra we decided after long discussion with their sales people to pay extra for the extended warranty coverage on tires.This year we took our vehicle back for a service check in preparation for a trip.Serra service told us the car was fine, including the tires. One of the tire treads separated and blew off on the way. We had to find a similar tire in a rural area of Georgia. The tire dealer was a small business, with english as a second language, in southern Georgia and were the only place within 50 miles that had the tire. They gave us a hand written receipt. We replaced the tire and submitted the receipt to Serra for reimbursement. It was denied because the warranty company did not like the way the receipt "looked" . According to the Service Manager it needed to be a receipt from a "reputable" company.We don't feel the dealership worked on our behalf hard enough to get the reimbursement after they worked SO hard to sell it to us. We could have replaced the tire with them if they had inspected them closer when we brought it in.BE CAREFUL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.We learned the hard way and we will not spend another dime with them

Bought a used jeep here, It was ok i did not get the jeep i wanted not sure if i will go back when the time is right but nothing stood out. the 2 jeeps i test drove one the back wanted alot more money down and the next one i test drove had trans issues so i only had one to pick from a small red 2017 Jeep Renegade i should have walked but i needed a good running car, so i and liking it more now after driving it but it is still not what i wanted. they should have offered to fix the 2nd jeep i wanted before sticking me in one i did not want, but i think it works like that. Anyway i call my little Red Jeep Mushu
