Eddie and his crew are great! When I'm in too big of a rush to change my own oil or rotate my own tires, Romeo Quick Lube is the only place I let touch my vehicles!

They do a basic oil change. They look like a run down hole in the wall on the side of the road because they are. If you are in desperate need, go here, they ll do fine. But I did not get my coolant flushed here because the Tuffy around the corner is more professional, friendly, attentive and cheaper!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

If you want a dump and run, cool but seeing as they couldn't be bothered to remove the skid plate to access the oil filter, I can't in good conscience leave a good review. They will dump it, assess if the filter is too hard to access then at least pump the old oil out. They'll leave the old filter if they think a bolt will break

Worst experience for an oil change by far. Not only did you pull me into your garage and then proceed to have both employees just sit down and eat their lunch while I just sat there with out mention of what was going on You also failed to do the job. I paid for a full service oil change and even have paperwork stating you filled tires, topped fluids, checked filters etc. The only thing touched was my oil. Came home to empty coolant, empty power steering fluid, windshield washer fluid etc. Will never return and would not recommend.Service: Oil change

The guys here are very friendly, never pushy with up-selling. The oil changes are quick. I've gotten mine done during work breaks a few times. They make conversations which is great! I love small businesses that take the effort to get to know their customers.

I had my oil change done their yesturday and my oil pan shield was not put back on correctly and i scraped it up driving it home. Only one of the four bolts was put back on.

BEWARE!!! These guys flat out lied to my face! He came around my car and and said my coolant was dirty, and I need a coolant flush. I watched him walk around my car and he didn't touch my coolant tank, and neither did the guys working for him. When I told him I just changed it 10K miles ago, when I rebuilt both cylinder heads he didn't ask again. You see I just rebuilt the top half of my engine when the timing chains skipped a tooth. I had it all the way down to a bare block. My coolant system is sealed, and the surge tank is in front of the windshield on the driver's side and its black. That means I would have seen him or someone else open the tank and look, which they didn't. And you can't see in the tank from the outside because it's black. I know my coolant is good and I know how to maintain a vehicle. They are hoping you dont! I have had my oil changed by them before, and yes it's overpriced, but I'm sick of changing my own oil. I don't have a problem paying someone to do it, what I have a problem with is him lying, and trying to upsell me on something that I absolutely don't need! Be especially careful here if you don't know how to maintain your own vehicle. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU!Service: Oil change

These people are ridiculous and have no customer service skills whatsoever!Literally just there a little more than an 1.5 hours ago for oil change. First they put the wrong oil in then claimed the car needed a new air filter (got it)..then they said they put the synthetic oil in..after $136. Check oil light pops up. Went to a friend's house and the car died in their driveway...opened the oil reservoir (no oil). Like seriously! How do you forget to put the oil in?Service: Oil change

Romeo Quick Lube will now be the only place I will get my oil change! Ed, the service manager is extremely honest when it comes to the repairs needing to be done & never tries to scam you out of money like most other place. Sent my wife up there to get a oil change while I was at work. Total came to $75.45. They told her she needed a new air filter. ( I replaced it myself a month ago) the air filter cost $26.99!!!! It was fine and didn t even need to be replaced. I feel like they took advantage of her because she doesn t know vehicles and figured they could make a up sale on her. Never going back! Shame on you guys. I wonder who else this has happened to?

Just had an oil change at the end of December, sticker says to change it in March or when I reach the miles, just got a warning that I need an oil change and it's not March and I am not even close to the miles the sticker says so I can only think that they charged me and never changed my oil because the oil is black. The first time I went they charged me $27 then I went again and it went up to $37 and when my husband took it in December they charged him $40 so I don't get why change the prices everytime, trying to rip people off. Never going back, I found a better place to take my money to.Service: Oil change

I could not find an oil change place that would do some simple lubrication service on my trailer and check the tire pressure. I was desperate because I was running out of time before an important inter-state trip. They came through, willingly servicing the small trailer and giving me piece of mind for my trip. :)

They charged us $86 for an oil change on a Jeep Wangler. They lied and said my son wanted synthetic oil and that was not true when he only asked about it. Romeo Quick Lube rips people off and I would not recommend them to anyone. They are argumentative and have very poor customer service.

They do a great job at changing oil and the price is reasonable. However, they try to constantly up sale you on tires, wipers, flushes, etc. I get it it, every business does it. But it's to the point where it's obnoxious. Then there's the annoying dog jumping on your car, making small scratches. I'm done with this place.

Went for a transmission flush and filter change. After I got home I looked underneath and they never removed the transmission pan to even change the filter. Beware of this place!

I went to Romeo quick lube in dire need of an oil change. The manager was very friendly and brought to my attention that my vehicle could use a differential fluid exchange. Being a mechanic myself I figured what the heck its better than doing it in my driveway(pain in the butt) so I said go ahead. The turn over time wasn't too bad but as I sat in the vehicle I could hear the mechanic breaking bolts that connect my air dam to the sub frame. The mechanic nor the manager mentioned breaking these bolts to me and I waited for them to say something. Instead he took my money and sent me on my way. I got a couple miles down the road and decided to check out the situation. Sure enough to no surprise the mechanic broke the bolts then to reconnect the air dam he stuck foam in between to avoid chattering and zip tied the dam to the frame. Why would they not bring this to my attention. They broke it! I think its only right that they should've fixed it! All they had to do was drill the broken bolts out and install new ones. Instead they tried to hide it! Is that proper customer service? I think not so I suggest no one seek service from this unprofessional establishment. Spare yourself and your vehicle the wasted money and lies and go to any other place. I would've understood if they had just told me the situation. Heck I would've even paid for the new bolts but instead they lost a customer that was planning on returning for future service but not now, not after the deception. Romeo quick Lube is untrustworthy. Believe me! Do not go there by any means necessary.

Great friendly service, honest reasonable pricing.. They didn't take advantage of me being female and assuming I don't know how much an oil change costs like the previous oil change shop I had left to come here.

These comments below me bad mouthing these men are SO false. I came here for a pit stop to change my oil & I was in and out within 10 minutes! They are nice,friendly, & very affordable. I recommend them to almost everyone.

Great guys very friendly fast service been going for about 8 years oil changes radiator flush I always go in on my vehicles scheduled times and never had any issues love this place always recommend them too

These guys saved my holiday weekend! I was passing through, head in north for the weekend when my tire started losing air suddenly. They were the closest place open but would be closing in less than an hour. They didnt have the tire I needed so they called around, found a place that had one, went and picked it up for me, and replaced my tire. They went way above and beyond for me today. My gratitude endless. If I lived around here, I wouldn't go anywhere but here. Thank you Romeo Quick Lube!!

I have been going there for over 10 years and always have found them to be honest and fair. They actually kept the place open for 1/2 hour after closing time this busy Christmas season, so that my son could get an oil change. They're the best!!

I started going to Romeo Quick Lube 5 years ago because I got so sick and tired of Serra and waiting hours for something that these fine men accomplish in less than 10 mins! They have ALWAYS guided me in the right direction and they have gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and safe on the road. I will never go anywhere else but to Romeo Quick Lube!
