Courteous and knowledgeable staff willing to take the time to answer questions with navigating insurance process. Work was completed earlier than the estimated finish date and very well done. The paint color match looks great as well. I would work with the shop again.

Young staff, good management and everyone plays their part and helps out where needed. Things get done in a timely yet efficient manner. Haven t had to use personally yet but mom works here and have been here more times than I can count. If something were to happen to one of my vehicles this is the first and best place I would consider. Big Blue out.

I dropped in last week for a simple 5 min. quote on a front bumper fascia replacement on my 19' Silverado. The lady behind the desk, without ever removing her eyes from her computer says "you need to make an appointment". Absolute horrible customer service! Lost any future business from me!

Unfortunately, I have experienced the same poor customer service that so many others have before me. I had read that the staff is not clear on the process of the steps to be their customer. I went through the exact steps that Paige and Kim instructed me to do. I was told that the repair would be performed on or about the first week of October 2022. This was discussed and confirmed via email in August. Now it's the 2nd week of October and I've heard nothing from them. So, I called today to ask for an update and was informed that I wasn't even on the list for service. Paige now says that I was supposed to do a second call to them to schedule a repair date. She NEVER TOLD ME THAT! Her words were that she needed to order parts, would provide a list and then once the parts were in their possession, they would contact me with an exact date to bring the vehicle in and that it would take 2 to 3 days to complete. I don't know what can be done to correct their incompetence but they've lost my business going forward!!! I strongly recommend that you avoid pursuing any business related steps with this company/location!!! Learn from my mistake because a mistake it was!!!

Fantastic customer service. My car was hit by a deer and needed repairs on front quater panel, hood, headlight and bumper. The repairs were done quickly considering parts shortages. Paint work was done well. There were some broke body parts after the car was returned (plastic clips). Marcel handled it amazingly, got the parts and worked in a time to make the repairs himself. Not used to having such great service. These guys are really down to earth. If you're in the area and need body work done I'd recommend them hands down. Thank you.

We ve had two of our vehicles repaired at Gerber. They have been great! They give very timely updates which I love. Whenever we pick up our vehicles they have been totally cleaned out...vacuumed and wiped down! The repairs are done very professionally. Great experience from beginning to end. Their communication throughout the process of fixing the damage to my car was great. They even got it done early! The final product looks great. Highly recommend them.

Poor customer service! Attitude of front office employees extremely rude and didn't want to be bothered when trying to inquire about getting a quote on our vehicle.Finally just ended up walking out.!
