Booked an appointment for 7am right when they re suppose to be open and here it is 7:18 am and all I m seeing is workers looks through the window at me. No one came out to say anything and the garage door is still down. Tried calling the number they have online and no one answered. However I hear their loud music being played while I sit in my car waiting. I read one review saying go to Sterling Heights instead of this location. Definitely will never come back to this one that s for sure

Used my tire warranty for flat tire. They were pretty quick servicing for me and all great!Waiting room was a few chairs, but of course it s Walmart so I wandered around the store. It was maybe an hour to get my car serviced.

The guys in the Auto/tire shop were great. They had a tall order with the massive tires I needed, but they got through it. Highly recommend. The prices were great as well. Walmart needs to allow the guys the option to receive tips.

This store service to much bad . Last time my brother car he need 1day ago. But he return 3rd day . To much bad service. And so bad behavior.I tell everybody you don t go this store. Do not waste your time.

If you call for a simple question first of all they are not gonna answer you. If luckily you are answered then they put you on hold for unlimited times. I was on hold for more than 40 mins then I hanged the call. And if you go to instore only one man is serving customers & he usually runs here and there. So you have to wait at least 30 mins. They never value your times. I will try to avoid them next time.

I drop my car and they say pick up my car they take like 3 hour, but they take like one more day. There is a service, so weird & bad.

If it was a possibility to give it zero stars, I would today I visited their center first one there. No cars in the parking lot. No cars in the garage. Went there for an oil change left three hours later. It does not take three hours with a five man crew, and one Cashier, while they chitchat and crack jokes and their parking lot well, I waited

The auto department cashier this morning was rude and unprofessional. I am new to the area but have been going to the Walmart in SC for over 6 years for oil changes but after today I will take my business somewhere else.

The staff, particularly Mr. Sabah, at the auto center were exceptionally friendly and professional. Mr. Sabah displayed impressive expertise and knowledge, making my experience very satisfying.

I don't even know where to start. First of all it's almost impossible to get someone on the phone. I spend all Saturday morning trying to get someone on the phone to ask a simple question. At some point I got through and the person answering the phone right away answered with" thank you for calling...can you hold?" Not waiting for me to say anything, he placed the receiver down on the counter I assume. From then on I could hear anything that they were speaking with the customers. Waited for, what it seems to be forever, 20 minutes then place got quiet. I guess they left the counter and probably forgot about me. I waited.... At some point I start yelling on the phone, Hello Hello! Thinking since it's quiet more likely someone to hear me. No results! I started hearing voices again, screamed on the phone, HELLO, HELLO! Nothing. I decided then to just go in and see if they can help me or answer me the question in person. I went to the place, they just had only one person up front and probably most of them they were at lunch, since by now it was noon or so. Needless to say for something that can be answered in 30 seconds too, it's to much waiting and just plain waisting time.Customer's service was something that the stores around out areas were striving at, it's sad to say that all that went to the drain lately. It's almost like they don't care, I'm assuming they thinking " We will make our money eventually, we should not worry about the customer service anymore" Shame on you, guys! With my next opportunity I'm going somewhere where at least they care....

They never pick up the call. Once received then put on hold for 35 minutes. Unfortunately I didn t have the entire day to talk to them, so I hanged up.

Had great service here this morning. The staff and mechanics are super nice! Great prices! Four Goodyear tires and a synthetic oil change for about $450! Get there early. I was the first customer at 7am on a Saturday and there were six more about 20 minutes later. I was out in about an hour.

No one was rude, the price was very competitive. HOWEVER! Their understanding of a customer's time needs severe improvement. I was the first person there and waited patiently to be served for a simple tire repair. After an hour I get up and see that my car has only just now begun to be serviced. No one told me that the tire technician wouldnt be in for another hour. Then I watched this same tech leave my tire to assist with another customer. I left an hour and 45 minutes after they opened the doors. What a ridiculous experience.

Took my vehicle here today Jan. 20, 2018 for one front tire that was riding on a donut, but the price was so good I ended up getting two front tires. I was told one hour & it was not even an hour when it was ready. The gentleman that waited on me was very helpful & nice. Was not at all taken advantage of at this facility. Definitely will go back for tires, oil change, etc.. Very pleasant experience

I came here for an oil change this morning: I was here at 8am when they opened. There was only 2 cars here at the time and the guy told me that my car would be up next. I asked how long would it take for my car to be finished being that I wasn t getting anything else but an oil change. He told me 45 mins to an hour. So I walked around the store just killing time. I come back after an hour and they tell me that they haven t even started on my car yet. I asked what happened and there was a lady stating that they had 4 cars in front of mine and one took longer than expected. I immediately get irritated because why was I given the wrong time frame just to come back and my car still not be done ? Then the guy tells me it ll be 30 mins or so before I receive my car and that I need to chill out . I came here on my break. I calculated my time spent and all. Why give your customers a stated time just to have them sit and wait around while you leisurely do your job? If there are only 3 technicians in the store why are 2 of them just walking around? Make it make sense. Definitely trash serviceService: Oil change

The lady at the front desk needs fired. I called earlier and spoke to the technician and was assured they had my tire size in stock it even says they do online.When I called back some rude chick tried to tell me that I was lying and that they dont carry my tire size. I Nonsense thatI'm stranded less than a mile from this location and now I have to drive even further on a flat when your store is close. Get rid of her she will ruin alot of business for you.Service: Tires

I went here to have tires replaced for a 95 Camry the prices were so good I had all four replaced and did not even spend $300. I also had the lights renewed and that was very affordable also. They took the car and did the work and text me to let me know that the car was ready to be picked up that way I didn't have to sit down and have my whole day tied up. From drop off to pick up it was less than 3 hours . I would recommend this Walmart if you're in need of minor car repair such as tires batteries and the like awesome service very affordable value. :-)

We came by for an emergency tire repair. The tire tech was very kind and did a great job with the repair. He had a great attention to detail. Everywhere else was closed on Sunday, but Walmart was open.. Will definitely drive here again for any tire repair needs.

Old guy at the front was extremely racist. He let another couple customers ahead of us even though we were waiting way before them. Then when it was our turn he rushed, and literally left us before letting us finish our business here.

Wish I had 0-star rating. Came here to replace front passenger tire. The guy at the front is extremely rude. Think his name is Ray. Got the tire replaced and next thing you know, my all 4 tires sensors failed. Came back an hour later so they had me wait to check what was wrong. After 2 mechanics checked the sensors, they said they all failed. I said they weren't bad before the tire got replaced. They said it's not possible, indirectly indicating that I was lieing. The guy didn't have any patience and left me hanging with no solution. I asked them what's next, he said come back next day amd talk to the manager. Very unprofessional.

Very professional and reasonable price, manager Kent is very helpful. I bought tires for my car and interestingly they offer best price compared to other Walmarts in the area.
