My third time having work done at US Auto and all the guys have been great. Very fair, very communicative, and financing options if there are costly repairs. Thanks Jamie, Roy, and crew!

This place is awesome! They TURNED THE HEAT UP to 85degrees when I needed it while I waited for the repairs to get done in the lobby! Very great customer service! With no problem! Oh, They also do great work for a reasonable PRICE in a very speedy manner!!!I needed my linkbars replaced and it cost less here than two other places I got an estimate from!! I recommend USAutoCenter in Warren for your car repairs hands down. Oh... plus they did my mom's suspension system for cheap too. So this review is for her too Mom's was happy with their service also!

1. Took my jeep when the transmission started to go. Didn't have $6K so I decided to coast it home. Jeff said, "It drives?? " This suggests to me that they just took my description of the issue and gave me a quote based off it, without actually checking anything. Figured it was a one-off. But2. Took a used vehicle in, in April. Describe a couple of issues. Check engine light was on. I was told that I needed $2K of work. Brakes, rotors, suspension work, including calipers which "will take care of the shaking you described." Got all the work done. Engine light was never addressed. When I took it back because it was still shaking, I suggested that the shake might have something to do with the unaddressed engine light. I was told "You should've told me so I could have the diagnostics guy check it out." But if it had actually been test driven, wouldn't the light have been seen? Turns out the shaking that the calipers would supposedly fix was actually a misfire because of the catalytic convertor, which they quoted $1800 to replace. At the second visit, I also got two rear tires. After leaving, my tire pressure sensor light came on. And my rear brakes are squeaking already. Are they friendly? Sure. They also tow and will give you a ride if needed. But at this point, I feel like it would be a waste of time to even take it back for them to fix whatever issues they overlooked and/or didn't fix correctly.

I have a 2015 Dodge Journey SXT. It has a 3.6, front wheel drive engine. The dealership I bought it from fixed my problem the first time. Even though they did not take care of all the problem as they should. It took until the warranty was up for my car to start ticking gradually louder. I must include, I always did my oil maintenance on time. The mechanical issue was my lifters and rocker arms. Everytime the sound came back the mechanics would only fix which ever rocker arms and lifters that were damaged. I replaced different rockers and lifters 4 times and both sides to of something else that goes with it, I can't recall the name.On 9/18/23, I took my favorite car to FirstChoice and US Auto Care. The Mechanic by the name, Roy was alerted by the sound of my vehicle when I pulled into the shop.I asked if he could replace all 24 lifters and rocker arms because someone told this needed to be done. He wasn't a mechanic, but it made sense.Sure enough, Roy took a look at my vehicle and he was not willing to change them. Roy explained whomever did the job before, should have changed all 24 of them in the first place, because that's why I continued having the same problem one by one.Roy said to me, that my engine has been opened up too may times. He won't recommend replacing them again, actually he refused to take my money only to have the same issues sooner than later.I spoke with a kind and friendly person by the name, Wally. He is Counter Representative, I believe that is his title. He took his time to price me a engine by finding a place we both have done good business with, LKQ which is a used engine distributor. Wally gave me they same quote that was given directly to me for the same engine.Roy removed and replaced all parts required. From what I was told the price was reasonable due to the hike of prices on everything. Plus I have already done my homework for the engine itself a while ago.It did not take more than a week for engine delivery and to complete the job.I had one hiccup when they called to tell me there was another problem, which was the motor mount. They took a picture and gave me an option to replace it or not because it was usable, unsure for how long. They could have use my same motor mount and charged me for a new one. I seen my engine they took out and parts they replaced. My husband and I would not have noticed anything because the engine ran so smooth and quietly. The main reason I am doing this complimentary survey is, because of their honesty first and thentheir great work and customer service they preformed. I have had my share of dishonest mechanics. If asked about their services as far as replacing an engine, so far, I would send my parents and children to them.
