Over the weekend, I had my daughter s car serviced here. I had my daughter come with me so she can become familiar with oil changes as she is a new driver. They really took care of us and taught my daughter what to look for and they also checked her tire pressure. This is the only place she will be coming for all her future visits and so will I. The guys are hard working and very honest. Thank you!

Came in today for an oil change! Loved how professional and nice all the staff were! Took care of all of my car needs in a timely fashion and made sure to show the process along the way! I recommend to everyone for all of your oil change needs! Thanks again guys!

Would give it 0 stars if I could. I had my oil changed last at this location. Upon getting a new routine oil change at a Valvoline during my travels, I was notified that my oil filter was on so tight they were unable to remove it without breaking the filter/oil housing unit. I had to try several business before finding a full service repair shop which advised the oil filter needed to be broken off and the remaining metal required torching to remove all pieces. Ultimately - this was a very costly repair that would have not needed to occur had my initial oil change been completely correctly. As a result - I will never be returning to this business.

Best place to do all kind of oil change.i have been going for oil change in this place since 4 years. Stuff are friendly also they gave satisfied Service. They checked everything check tyre air also lots more I recommend to everyone should check out this place.

Def a great shop to go to. Always making sure my 2019 Equinox is running healthy as I put about 20,000 miles a year on it. The wait is never too long and they get me and in out pretty quick.

I love that they have the factory recommended Castrol oil for my jaguar, and get it done for a fraction of the price of the dealership. Also was in and out in less than 20 minutes, where at my dealer would have tied up half the day. They did an awesome job and explained everything that was needed for the oil change and filters. These guys were great!! Would definitely recommend this place!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Was waiting 20 minutes for the car in front of me, spent 30 minutes in the garage. When it was over the workers did not screw my cap back on properly so I was greeted with an oil covered engine and a soaked starter the next day. Very unhappy this turned into a 150 dollar cost for something so simple.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Been going to this location for over 10 years. Excellent service, trustworthy crew. I once even had a problem with my car where the check engine light came on and some smoke was coming out from under the hood...the owner immediately identified the problem and offered to have it fixed there or by my own regular mechanic - no pressure. Chose to have him do the work. They definitely have earned my business and I highly recommend this location.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I have been coming here since 2018 and didn t have any issues until last month. My husband took his car here for an oil change. They didn t change out the oil filter after opening it so all of the oil fell out over a span of 2-3 days. We only noticed it when my husband s car stopped on the freeway after all the oil ran out, which was EXTREMELY dangerous. We took it to the shop and were shown the open oil filter as well as a crack from them cranking it. Now we are out of $587 over something that should have been a simple oil change. Never coming back here again.Service: Oil change

Oil change while passing by by chance. They couldn't get my oil filter off. Said someone stripped it. I've only gone to the Clawson Pennzoil location for years. They recently closed. They tried and failed. Left the old filter on. Not too impressed. I'm sure I can get it off myself. Geeze.At least they didn't charge for it

3 Star for oil change, 0 for CUSTOMER SERVICE, They forget to Service a Service they offer but want to recharge you again for wiper blade. I work at Jiffylube they reimburse their mistake, check what you paid for, they won't do no refund unless you come back. We shouldn't have to worry about service not being done too. CSA James NEED TRAINING.After speaking to the manager Herald, Herald made it right for me Thank You!!

Herald and James did a great job fast. Didn t wait at all. Friendly greeting. First time coming here and I am very happy will always be back. Thank you guys, everyone please take the chance to come to this location the guys are nice hard working and they are pros. Keep up the good work guys. My visit was at 3:40pm on June 5th. Herald even asked about if I needed my cabin filter changed. Most places they do not asl you. Thank you for the good service.

Its hard for me to work on my own car with the simplest things such as checking my tires. All the guys up there are great especially their technician BEN he s an awesome guy ,So I recommend anybody who needs a oil change go on twelve mile 1 block east of Dequindre, to pennzoil oil change ,Keep up the good work guys! Best place to get an oil change they will have you in and out very professional I have been coming to this location for over 10 years Ben IS THE BEST!!!! There is an pennzoil right on 9 mile and I drive all the way to this one every 3 months...they treat you like family
