This is a great place to get tires as the management is very friendly and the pricing is great. Saved me $500 on a set of cooper tires compared to discount tire.

Friendly honest and care about people. Jay is an incredible young man with a fantastic staff. Replaced my right inner and outer tierods, plus a front end alignment. Took about an hour and the price was as nice as they are. Wish i knew about them sooner.

I'll say this couple of months ago I came in and I had a tire that needed to be taken off and it took a while to get off and they worked really hard to do it and thank you so much for that good job twins now two months later I end up having some problems with my van I drop it off they went beyond good job great job that's all I can say amazing when they said they were going to call they gave me a call when they wanted me to call they said hey give me a call and then I did great great they took care of me they did extra stuff they even the picture that I showed that shows that my bumper was kind of just hang in there they put a screw in it so it stops slapping that's amazing to me my van was kind of running all not very fun I feel like I can actually go to Toledo zoo within safety and not feel like I'm going to die I recommend these guys whoever's working there right now is awesome like good job thanks twins I will be back for sure anything ever needs to be done thanks for taking care of me right that's hard to find

We brought our truck here with four new tires and rims. All we asked was for them to switch the tires. We noticed after driving it about 10 miles it was making an awful knocking noice. My husband was walking by and happened to look down and the lug nuts were able to turn with his bare hands!! Both front tires were not tightened and a back tire was missing 1..... we are a family of four including two children, this could have ended very very badly!!

Jay really is the best! He always takes good care of my car. At twin tires they are very efficient and helpful. I only bring my car here because I trust them. Thank you for the great service always!

They're fast and affordable, quality work. Most importantly though they're polite. My rear alignment was fine but the front was out of wack. I appreciate that they only charged $60 for the front alignment instead of doing all 4 wheels for no reason.

These guys are the best. That's why I keep coming back. I brought one of my cars in today that I had purchased new tires and tire pressure sensors and need to get the new tires mounted, balanced & programmed. They got me right in. I was there no more than about an hour and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend.

I like that this place is a family run business Just got new tires from them The service was excellent From the front counter to the service guys And the waiting area is very clean I thought that I lost my tire lock key I called to speak to the owner He was so helpful and was even willing to drive to another city to help me find it But fortunately I found it Overall excellent experience And the owner isn t hard to look at either!

Got an alignment, said it'd be done within two hours and it was. Very cool and respectful despite me being all needy for questions. Saw them interact with other customers and they were prompt and respectful. Would definitely go again.

There was low pressure alert on my dash board so I came here to check, they checked everything and there was no punctured on my tired. But they checked my sensor, balanced tire pressure but DID NOT CHARGE ANYTHING! because there was no actual repair. They have great business mindset. Will definitely come back here if there is any problem on my car!!

Multiple vehicles, some of which are foreign. They take great care of my vehicles each and every time. The service is always great even during the current times, I've watched them handle customer service issues accordingly. If something is not right, they make sure they see to it that it is. Everyone I've encountered that works there is pleasant. Will forever be a return customer.

Super reasonable and quick. This place turns out A LOT of cars everyday, for good reason. Oil change and a car wash for $40 can't beat it, not when you need 7 qts of oil like I do for my big truck

Twin's was exceptional from start to finish. I had a pretty big bolt stuck in my Rear passenger tire, they were able to remove, fix and have me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. The technician was personable and I will be giving them my business in the future. Stay positive, test negative!

I like this place! Have used them a few times when buying tires online. They are an installer for TireBuyer. You got a great price for installation, prompt service, and attention to detail. And I was able to have the tires shipped directly to him and make an appointment to come in for service.

I got a car wash today at the attached car wash (not the coin one). Paid $12 for all the extra stuff. Not only did they do a TERRIBLE job, but they BROKE MY TAIL LIGHT. They didn't do my tires (which I paid for) and now I have to replace an entire tail light. Smmfh. Don't go here.

Ordered the tires from tirerack. The whole process couldn't have been easier. The prices for installation were great. They were able to handle my car which is lower. They were careful with my rims. They hand torque to your specification. Ask for Mike!

Spoke with the manager/owner Jay, and he gave me a quote for a new set of tires, price came out to be lower than Costco for the exact same Goodyear set. I made an appointment came in and was out in about an hour. I even got a wheel alignment because the shop charges 50 bucks for alignment. For the service and the price couldnt beat these guys.

These guys are Awesome! I had rims shipped there and bought tires from them. They did a great job and were very fair on the price. Later on when I felt a vibration, they didn't try to blame the wheels I didnt buy there..they pulled them all and rebalanced them and its ridin smooth again! If U need tires go see Jay at Twins Tire!!

I got a tire from them and when something went wrong with the tire they replaced it with a brand new tire. They also replaced all my lug nuts for free do to the fact 1 was striped from other people trying to get my tire off. I was also getting an alignment & because I needed other repairs they didn't charge me for the hoist fee & they are going to fix & align my car cost. Everyone there are very friendly & very very helpful & they explain what's going on with your vehicle while they are working on it. They are now my new to go place for whatever I need done with my car. I'll be referring all my friends & family to them
