This is the second time I ve done business with Showcase Collision. The first time was for a minor repair that was done on my Chevy Blazer back in 2005 or so and they did such an awesome job that I said if I ever needed another repair I d go there, well I did and I m so glad I did! My beautiful Mazda 6 got hit on the driver side door with significant damage and it s like it never happened! The work is still excellent and so is the customer service! I love that they detail your car before releasing it back to you. Thank you Kathy and Jason for your great customer service! And thank you Showcase for doing such great work! I highly recommend Showcase Collision in Warren! You won t regret it!

After living w/check engine light for over a year, Showcase diagnosed a serious exhaust issue w/my HHR very quickly, same day service!! (I kept hearing clunking sound and didn't think it was related since I was told by my previous free-lance "mechanic" that it was nothing to worry about. I will no longer bring either of my vehicles to dealership, as I do not trust them after bad experience w/ tire rotation after oil change where lug nuts were not tightened enough, causing potentially a dangerous situation.Now I have to bring my truck in to Showcase soon to get to the bottom of why brakes feel squishy. (Same mechanic installed new brakes only 6 months ago).I think I've finally found mechanics I can trust to diagnose problem and provide a cost-effective solution. Thank you, Showcase!

Because I like the truck so much, I decided to have Mark Sykes remove rocker panel and other rust from and repaint a number of panels on my 2006 Ford Explorer. The truck is kept in a heated garage, and, aside from the rust, was in great shape. Mark deleted the rust completely and gave me a new looking truck. I couldn't be more pleased. I appreciate this truck because of how well it handles my car hauler, and now the two of them look terrific going down the road.Service: Body & Trim

Showcase was a life saver for me after a recent collision. They were able to get me in for repairs much faster than other shops and did amazing work. They maintained consistent communication throughout and the pride they have in their work is evident with the quality outcome, chosen parts, and follow up inspections they do before returning your car to you. Oh and my car was returned even cleaner than it was when it went in. 5 stars!

Once again Showcase Collision did any amazing job. I am NEVER disappointed when they do repairs on my vehicle and they even cleaned it inside and out which I was not expecting. Showcase did a great job on my car. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. The only small issue I had was that the parts came in shortly after Jan 1st but nobody called to schedule my repair.I called to check in on Friday, Jan 13th and they got me in that following Monday.They did a great job on the repairs and it looks like new! They even detailed the interior which was a nice surprise.I would definitely recommend Showcase Collision.Service: Body & Trim

Having used Showcase in the past, and being happy with their work, I decided to return to have my vehicle fixed after being rear ended. The whole process was smooth and the results were great! Kathy and Jeff were extremely professional. Jeff walked me through the process while providing updates along the way. They completed the work in a timely manner with great results! Great customer service and amazing work! They did an awesome job replacing my car s dented in door, repairing the damages to the other door, and matching my very unique paint. Also did an amazing job cleaning the car. This review has been a long time coming as I have been a totally satisfied customer (at least 10 years). I have utilized the service department as well as the body shop for three of my vehicles. I am very happy with the work this shop has done on my caddilac (front bumper). The paint matches perfectly, and the quality of the work looks great. Pleased, with the service and the time it took to get done.

The service, communication, and most of all workmanship is excellent. If you unfortunately need body work/repairs on your vehicle trust Showcase. They repaired my vehicle 10 years ago, and they were the first place I thought of when I need help again. When you pick your vehicle up it will look like new!

Jeff was awesome from the start, told him the initial problem I had and gave me solutions immediately. Car looked fantastic after they painted my bumper and touched up some scratches. Will only take my car there for body work and nowhere else.Kathy was awesome as well, super nice and caring you could just tell she wanted to help. Was very nice and both were very professional and offered great customer service. Would 110% recommend.Service: Painting

Jeff was very good at communicating with me through the whole process. Mike did an amazing job painting my vehicle. It looks brand new. They returned my car cleaner than I dropped it off. My only complaint is that they were TOO EFFICIENT! You see, my insurance company approved a 2020 Ram Truck for 20 days. I was hoping Jeff and his crew would take longer with my repairs so I could enjoy my brand new rental. LOL No such luck. They were done in just a few short says. I highly recommend Showcase Collision.

I had a great experience getting my bumper replaced through Showcase. Jeff and the team are incredibly professional and polite, yet also very personable. They really took car of me and my vehicle through the entire process -even going above and beyond the services expected (and paid for). While I m hopeful I won t have any additional repairs in the near future, I will definitely be returning for additional service when the time comes. Jeff & the whole team helped me through the whole process of my first insurance claim. He told me I could call 100times if I had any questions or concerns. Always communicated and it was ready on time. The app they use was helpful for time and estimate too! My bumper was beautiful and looked like a brand new car when they were done- even polished up a few scratches for me:) I'll always go back and refer people to showcase. I just moved into the area and needed some collision work done. From the curb appeal of the shop to friendly staff. Jeff was always polite and truthful. No B.S. The finish job is spectacular. Flawless.I just got my car back today and it s was also Spotless inside. It looks amazing inside. Better then when I brought the car. Totally unexpected but that is what separates Showcase Collision from everyone else.I will continue to use them for ALL my car needs. From collision to mechanical needs.As for Paul on the repair side was just awesome. I told Paul what was wrong and what I expected. They were very detailed on the inspection. It needed a lot of work done. My expectations was for the car to drive like a touring sedan. Nice and smooth. Paul assured me it will ride good. Well Paul was wrong. It doesn t ride nice. It rides like I am on a cloud.Amazing. It has Never drove this nice.Thanks to ALL at Showcase.

Came in to get a quote on my driver door after my neighbor hit my parked car backing up. Jeff was super helpful with walking me through the process of how my door was going to be fixed and also how to deal with the insurance folks. I think he even talked to them on my behalf because I really didn t want to get my car insurance involved at all. After picking up my car, the door was better than what it looked before. They also detailed my car and gave me a little showcase collision air freshener that made my car smell nice. Amazing service.Service: Body & Trim

I took my car here after a car accident , and they did an amazing job ! It looked brand new when I picked it up! Jeff and Kathy are so amazing and kept me updated along the whole process ! I highly recommend this place not only because they are professionals but because of the kindness and helpfulness of the staff! I d also like to thank all the guys who worked on my vehicle ! I had a new side view mirror assembly painted and installed on my 2004 vehicle. Not only did Showcase do a great job of completing the work, but they finished right on budget. Competitively priced and very professional.They encountered a few minor issues, but Jeff honored his original estimate and finished on schedule. The car looks great. The first thing I noticed when I called was that Kathy was eager to help me get the process started - friendly and helpful. She and Jeff ensured that everything was aligned with my insurance company and that process, from beginning to end, was seamless. Kathy's greeting when I arrived was attentive and super friendly. Jeff, who managed the repair, was prompt and thorough with his communications. Like everyone else there, he held a happy demeanor. As promised, Showcase even buffed out a few body paint flaws that were not even associated with the accident - at no charge. Doing business with showcase was a surprisingly pleasant experience and they exceeded my expectations. They ordered all the parts in advance of my repairs. It's always horrific when you need collision repairs but when you are able to have a great experience with a business that cares, not only about doing a great job but also in helping through the trauma, it's such a relief. Showcase Collision is just that place. The staff was fantastic, relieving the unwanted stress of the ordeal and completing the job as predicted. My car is now back to its original beauty and I thank Showcase for making it so! This is a topnotch business that I truly feel well worth the 5 star review.

Jeff, Mark and the whole team do a great job with their customer service and top quality collision repair work. Everyone I refer to them has commented positively about their experiences. Their prices are competitive and their work is second to none. They also provide detailing services and I've used them to touch up scratches and chipped paint on my lease turn-ins. Lastly, they're approved by many insurance companies which means they're held to a higher standard and additional requirements and inspections.

I took my mustang gt to showcase collision after getting rear ended. The rear end of the car was hit higher up and the rear quarter panels needed to be replaced along with the rear bumper and trunk. Through the whole process Jeff gave me updates on the repairs and allowed me to come down and take a look at the car as the work was being performed. The whole process was very smooth and the staff were very nice and friendly. The car looks amazing like nothing ever happened when I received it back. Drives and handles just like it did the day I bought it off the show room floor. For any collision and body care needs head over to showcase and ask Jeff to help you. I used Showcase in 2011 and had no issues with them so when it came time again I called them up. I had to use them twice in the last year for body work. Jeffrey at Showcase is great to work with. He is honest and takes time to show you everything. Showcase does great work and in a timely manner.
