I drive 20 minutes to get to regal tire. I have been there with many vehicles over the years. There service is professional and top notch. If I ever had a problem the got me right in and fixed it. I like it because everytime I go in I see the same people. I saw some reviews that people don't like sue. We'll she's my favorite and the reason I go there. You never leave and wonder what she meant.

Terrible service, just like every tire shop, they will try to sell you something you don't need, and if you disagree with anything, be careful they mite brake or damage something just to get more money out of you. If you do choose them, make sure you ask for the price beforehand before getting your bill she tried adding more money on there, and I corrected her and told her what I was quoted for each wheel and she was like oh yeah your right. They tried to pull fast one but not this guy. He won't ever go back

If I could give them zero stars I would. I went there to inquire about snow/winter tires and the older gentleman told me they don't make them anymore. Mind you they literally had a snow/winter tire on display with a bright green tag that said snow on it about 10 feet from where he was standing. They also had the local news on in the customer waiting area and they were talking about snow/winter tires at that same moment. The older lady that came up was very dismissive when I told her the brand I was looking for telling me they don't make those tires while I had the companies website pulled up on my phone with the tire I was asking about. They then tried to argue with me about the size I was asking for saying that isn't the size that goes on the car. Now my background in in auto mechanics and over the last 30 years I've worked at or managed various tire/auto repair shops. I tried to stay polite and wished them a good day as I left laughing at them. They are a local mom and pop shop that has been around for years but I don't understand how they stay in business.

Regal Tire: A living fossilIt s amazing how one comment can change your entire perception of a business. One comment can just make you pause. One comment from an employee at Regal Tire (Sue, I believe her name is) changed my views on what this business is. And I have mixed feelings. There is a lot to be said for how things used to be run. There is a human element that is missing in so many of today s businesses. Businesses were run with more integrity. If you had an issue, you spoke directly to a human, and often this human had major say in how the company is run.And that s the case with Regal Tire. I believe they have that integrity, those qualities that made 20th century businesses build massive customer bases. But we don t live in the 20th century anymore.I went to Regal Tire to show them two broken wheel studs and lug nuts. I removed the wheel in question to service the brakes. Two of the lug nuts loosened only part way before binding up, and I had no choice but to break the wheel studs to get them off. About a month prior to this, Regal Tire put on four new tires for me, so they were the last ones to have those wheels off.I wasn t really angry about this. I replaced the studs and lug nuts myself. I think it was an honest mistake on their part. I think they mis-threaded the lug nuts or something. I went there to inform them about what happened, and give them the broken wheel studs and lug nuts as souvenirs. Maybe they could sit on a desk or a shelf and remind them to be more careful.Overall, things were cordial, even with Sue. However when Sue asked for a copy of the receipt, I said Oh you can just look me up in the computer. She replied that they don t use computers, by choice, because computers go down. That one comment changed how I saw Regal Tire. That comment would be okay, if it were still 1991. It s not 1991 anymore. It hasn t been 1991 for a long time.I thought about the customer waiting area, with toys and games that have been there for decades. Things to keep children busy. They re a nice old fashioned touch, except for how worn they are. The chairs, decades old and equally worn. The only 21st century update is a 2010 s era HDTV, hooked to a pair of rabbit ears.I thought about how elderly Sue is, and the elderly gentleman that I spoke to. He and Sue discussed the situation with my broken wheel studs, and it was clear they took the issue seriously. Sue asked what I wanted to have them do about it, and I said I just wanted to drop off the lug nuts and wheel studs as souvenirs.I wasn t going to try playing up the drama, because I do think it was an honest mistake. A mistake made by two people who should have retired years ago, but probably can t afford to.I left the lug nuts and studs with them and went back home.I don t think Regal Tire, as it is now, will be around for much longer. They ve been in business since 1960, and probably stopped updating their business model around 1990 or so. Not having a computer for even just customer records, and relying on only handwritten receipts in 2024 is terribly inefficient, and costing them a lot of money. And there s no changing things now for them, because these are elderly people who are set in their ways, and they will continue to run Regal Tire like it s still the early 90 s, until they either pass away, or go bankrupt.I bet their employees still get hand written paychecks.

Older woman working on Tuesday November 28th purposely made rude comments and made a two hour wait time out of spite. If you don't like your job or working with the public, retire. It's better for the public that way. Being rude just cause is not a way to promote business or a be a part of a community. Do better.

Sue is the biggest problem with this place , Will never give her my business . She is without a doubt the nastiest most vile person I've ever had the displeasure of meeting.. Told Me I wanted "Discount Tire junk " when the tire I wanted is one on the best rated tires on the market .So Went to Discount Tire not only did they have the tires I wanted I scheduled installation for next day because they had 14 customers ahead of me . Regal Tire had zero customers !!!!

Regal Tire in Warren is the go-to spot for all your tire and auto repair needs. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, and can help you find the right tires for your vehicle and budget. And the prices are unbeatable - I've always been impressed with how affordable their services are.

My "low tire pressure" light came on and I saw this place. They took care of the problem instantly and free of charge. The lady at desk and polite gentleman with air hose are angels

1 star is generous. The staff was nice with the exception of Sue. The way she answers the phones, talks to customers and in front of customers is highly inappropriate. I planned to have work done on my vehicle but because I would have to interact with her, I will never return. She needs some customer service refresher classes.Everything else about my 2 visits here is good. Staff, work done, pricing, etc. Fix Sue's poor service skills and you may find you will get more customers and may even find people willing to work with her.

I can honestly say that rude doesn't begin to cover how badly I was treated by the older lady behind the counter. Even listening to her talk to a customer on the phone I was in utter shock at how she treated the customers. In this day and age when shops are closing daily you especially need to realize that it's great customer service that gets the repeat customers and it's the word of mouth referrals that keeps a business running. I'll be talking to the owner, Sue, this weekend to discuss the horrible experience but they will need to get rid of this lady if I'm EVER to put so much a foot in this place ever again.

This facility has reestablished my trust with non-dealership mechanics. They did my tie rods, control arm, ball joints, and front-end alignment; all decently and fairly priced. I asked them to do work within my budget, they did so accordingly, to where I feel neither party lost. They did the work with utmost professionalism. I honestly couldn't have found a better facility that serves the consumer, and does an actual PROFESSIONAL job, and not a jerry-rigged job.An extra thank you to Sue, for working with me. Most mechanic shops love taking advantage of women who are clueless about cars, and this is not one of those places. Much love to you guys. You now have a solid customer for future work that may be needed down the line.

If you don t know what your coming in for just save yourself the time and effort. The older lady behind the counter will sell you anything. Words cannot describe how rude, impatient, disrespectful, ignorant and oblivious she is. She has a nasty demeanor. Do not come here with a blind eye. She was very knowledgeable and didn t want to hear anything I had to say apparently because I was to young. Constantly got my car and tire size mixed up and refused to help me find the correct size that I had on my car. 96 impala wheels oem came 255/50/17 from the factory and she just couldn t believe that, constantly saying that I have on SUV wheels and I m driving a tank. She said that I have to go to college in order to understand that what I have factory on my car in unsafe. I can stand to tolerate negativity and go elsewhere but I m leaving a review in order to help someone out because the lady behind that counter is horrible.

I've been bringing all my business here, exclusively, for over 20 years. The only people I trust with my "tire needs" are Sue and family! Not just fair prices, great prices. The best part, if you don't need it they won't try to sell it to you. If you need something that you didn't know about, they'll inform you of it and if it can wait or not (say, if you're working with limited funds). I inquired about the "no flat" tires years ago, Sue told me not to waste my money. What business does that?! She could've sold me some expensive tires, I didn't need, but she would rather be honest and have you come back... I not only come back, I send everyone who needs service there as well. She may not remember your name, but she never forgets a vehicle LOL. THANK YOU Regal, for the fantastic service!

Absolutely the best tire shop anywhere near Warren. It is really simple, don't have a bad attitude walking in there and you will not get any attitude. People act like they should be treated like royalty everywhere they go, and that is just not the case. This place has saved me money when I thought I needed something and I only found out I didn't when I went there, I'm sure plenty of other places would have no problem doing things that I didn't need done. This place will always be the first call that I or my family makes, hands down. Always a pleasure to come here.

Took my truck in for an alignment after replacing upper control arm bushings and steering components. Be aware, all this place does is set toe and let's you go. Had to take the vehicle back three times, in the same day, and ask to please set caster/camber, which they never set correctly. Had to take my vehicle else where to get it done properly. The mechanics are rude, they kept claiming I wanted it perfect. All I was asking for is to adjust my vehicle's caster/camber/toe to factory specifications, that is what I was paying for. I am attaching proof, the professional print out is from Good Year and the chicken scratch B/S is from Regal Tire. BE AWARE.

Great place. I found this place randomly and couldn't be happier. Friendly owner, good staff and work, and fair prices. They did extra things I hadn't noticed free (apparently aluminum rims that leak don't need replaced just cleaned) and offer pretty good deals. I'll tell you, in a world of big box company's that don't have any investment in you or your car this place is great. Deffinetly will be my go-to spot for tires.

Friendly and did the job at a very reasonable price. Definitely will be back in the futture. This review was true months ago but....After buying several sets of tires from Regal, my husband took a tire in to be repaired ( plugged or balanced) she accused him of wanting the repair so he could come back to sue them. Needless to say, we will not be back!!

I bought a used tire on a Saturday and in 6 days it was flat. There was no warranty and they gave me a hard time about it. There was a plug in it, and they replaced it. WHY sell me a bad tire to begin with? The guys are nice that do the service, but the lady behind the counter is not a happy person. She was very rude both times I was there. This will be the last time. I live in the area and there are 6 tire places in a mile radius.

Made an appointment for the morning, get there and find out the mechanic isn't even there to work on my vehicle. I was made to wait for an hour before anyone even looked at my vehicle. Why even have an appointment system if you can't honor the appointments you make? I had to put off all my other plans for the day.The woman working the counter was hostile to me from the moment I walked in. All around, I have no reason to come back here, and I'd warn anyone else to take their business elsewhere.

My family has been buying tires here for years. Family owned small business that is honest with no BS. Sue is a straight shooter and will tell you how it is which is so appreciated . Support this small business. They have intergity and will work with you. They also do more than tires. Mechanics are very great as well.

Regal was very accommodating for my last minute tire emergency. They were very professional and educated me on the various options I had. It is obvious this business has been in service for years, they sure do know what they are talking about. Convenient location, very reasonable rates, friendly staff. I will be taking my vehical back should I need their services again and I will definitely be recommending this shop to others. Thank you Regal Tire!

Great family owned shop. I popped in 5 minutes before closing with a bolt in my tire and they said "pull on around by the door, we'll help you". Love the signs in the store. Humorous, kind and real people. I will be back when I need tires for sure! They don't plug tires, they patch them and save your radials. Thanks y'all.

Two down-to-earth women who have made a 'go' of the business their father started. Good prices, good service and and an attitude that shows they care about you and your car. They've been my tire dealer for 20 years.
