By far the best collision shop in warren, and probably the entirety of metro detroit. Everyone is extremely nice, and they went above and beyond all expectations. I live an hour away and it was well worth it, solely for the peace of mind that my car is in great hands. I told them my budget, and they truly made sure I got my moneys worth. You don t have to worry about a single thing coming here - they make sure you re aware of the entire process and treat you like family. Consider this place the Apple of body shops.

I chose Pole Positioning because it had the best review of the choices my insurance company gave me and I am so glad I did!I was % satisfied! They were all very polite, kept me abreast of what work was being done and had it done when they said. They did a great job with the repair and even cleaned my Jeep inside and out looks great! Also, when I needed to bring the Jeep a day later than scheduled they said no problem!Thank you Pole Positioning my Jeep and I are very happy with the service and repair! Highly recommend .

Amaizing work. My insurance company talked about totaling my car when they saw the damage but Pole Position was able to fix it and you can t even tell I was ever in an accident. She looks brand new again!!! I cannot praise them enough for the work they did. They even told me up front that they would not use subPar replacement parts and if that is what insurance insisted on I would have to go elsewhere. Love the integrity and commitment to what is best for the customer. Obviously, I got it straight with the insurance company and got the good parts authorized for the repair. I have trusted Pole Position with both my current Cadillac XT6 repair and my classic car repair after I hit a deer, which wiped out the front quarter panel. Having grown up in the industry (my family owned a body shop) I knew I was in the right place after a close friend recommend Pole Position.Bob, Mo, and team take their craft seriously and treat the customer right. Two of their strengths, in addition to a flawless fix, are communication (send texts and photos of work in progress) and going above and beyond. On my classic, the car had an electrical issue (windows did not work) and they fixed them proactively even though they were not on the original request.It also helps that they are a trusted Statefarm shop which speeds the estimate, fix, payment process and gives the customer less work to do. Keep up the great work! I highly recommend them, and hope I never need to come back, but if I do I will continue to entrust them with my 4-wheel babies.

So I was referred by my sister to take my truck to Pole Position, it s always a stressful situation being in accident. I made my claim and spoke insurance people and was told could take 4 weeks due to parts! I was not happy, but rest assured I spoke with Hugo and he set my mind at ease. Not a lot of people have positive feelings about progressive insurance , I called dealership where I purchased my truck they pretty much told me no way they don t deal with Progressive. Pole Position and Hugo assured they have a great working relationship with progressive. I would say the level of customer service is top notch. The quality of my repair was outstanding!!! And they even detailed my truck and fixed a scratch I had previously! The gentleman at the front desk is so professional and courteous, they were so polite and happy to have your business. I had pole position paint the taillights for my truck. The work was absolutely amazing. Service was friendly and efficient but didn t lack quality. I would recommend pole position to anyone needing or waiting any paint work!!

Hugo was very helpful and friendly when I came in on a Saturday on a whim. He brought me right in and got me sorted right away. The work was done beautifully and I had my car back in less than a week. Would highly recommend! Thanks for getting me back up and running, team.

Pole Position is by far the only body shop my family and I will ever go to! They did such an amazing job fixing my mom s car after she hit a deer!They were extremely accommodating- They were very nice and absolutely professional, and this is one of the cleanest shops I ve ever been in. They also were much faster than any of the other estimates we got.Not only did it look like a brand new car on the outside, but the inside was cleaner than when we left it! Thank you guys!

Pole Position is by far the best Auto Body shop!I have been their customer since shortly after they opened.Bob, Hugo and Mo are amazing to deal with.They are extremely knowledgeable, efficient and skilled.I highly recommend Pole Position!

I can t say enough great things about Hugo and the entire staff at Pole Position! Long story short my car was in a bad accident and very close to being totaled. After being laughed at by dealerships and told they won t even be able to look at my car for three weeks, I found Pole Position! Hugo was so kind over the phone and agreed to take on the huge job. Not only did he finish the job way before expected but he called me weekly to update me on where they were at. Ive only dealt with dealerships in the past and I don t think I EVER got one update phone call without having to call first! I truly believe that customer service is the key to every business. This shop has the best customer service I ve ever seen from an auto body shop or in the car industry all together. I HIGHLY recommend Hugo and team!

Hugo and the rest of the staff were so incredibly helpful throughout working with them. I am so HAPPY that I found Pole Collision. Over the summer we had an extremely bad hail storm, unfortunately my vehicle took a beating. Right from the beginning with Pole Collision my experience was awesome, from front desk work to the guys actually fixing my repairs on my vehicle.I m not one to leave reviews but I was so pleased with this company that I wanted to pass on my experience One very happy customer,Kim Miller

Hugo and pole position are great. I started off bringing my vehicle there for a few minor scratches and they would get it in out within 10 or 15 mins. Then I got in an accident and they made the whole process very simple. My insurance low balled the estimate a few times and pole position requested the money that was needed to fix it the correct way, I liked that they don t cut corners and the work came out really good. thanks again Hugo.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Pole Position is the best!!! AAA++++. My vehicle was worked on and finished in a quick timeframe. The staff is super friendly and concerned with your needs. Hopefully never have to use them again but would come back to them without hesitation. My car looks like new!!!

Bob and his team made a horrible situation smooth and easy. Following a hit and run accident, I brought my car to Pole Position for an estimate. Within 2 weeks, Bob got my car in, ordered hard-to-find parts and made the whole process seamless. He followed up with calls and emails throughout the process and returned my car on time as promised. When I went to pick up the car, I couldn't believe how fabulous it looked. It was like showroom quality. The workmanship was precise and meticulous. My 10-year-old car looks brand new. I absolutely love it. While I hope to never have a car accident again, I will only go to Pole Position from now on.

I have . used POLE POSITION since 2019! POLE POSITION has taken care of all my needs for my Dodge 2003Caravan (most recently 10/25/23)After every repair van is cleaned inside and out. My first visit they found the last 2 original car doors on the planet! I have peace of mind with them.

I had a very rough start to my birthday month (may) my 2014 dodge challenger got stolen it was recovered then the police impound lost my key but when my car arrived at Pole Position auto body they made me feel soooo much better they did an AWESOME JOB my baby looks brand new if you need any work please come to this body shop CUSTOMER SERVICE was A++

Pole position took care of my insurance claim on my new 2023 , I needed some small body work done , they were extremely professional, clean , quick & always carried a positive , welcoming attitude . I was nervous to give my car to just anybody , but they were highly recommended. The initial appointment was quick and painless , I dropped my car off to them and IN MY CASE I got my car back with in and on the 4th business day (6 days total) you couldn t tell what so ever my car was in an accident , they did beautiful , Great work and detailed my entire car inside and out before they gave it back . I ve never had full coverage this year I got a brand new car and I decided to get full coverage after two months of having my 2016 jeep patriot someone open the door on me at Walmart and I learned that I could make a claim and so my car was suggested by my insurance agency to come to pole position and let me tell you I will be using them for every single thing that I need!!! My car looks great they went above and beyond change some bad lights clean the inside and outside of my cart it looks amazing and I feel like a princess. The owner even stayed after Me Memorial Day weekend so a lot of us could get our cars if you want personality if you want honesty you need to come to this place and get your car fixed!!!Service: Body & Trim
