HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!I called asking for a part they told me its on the shelf, I drove more than hour and 30 minutes to get there and after I got they charged me 25$ extra from what they told me on the phone. They made me wait outside in the sun for like 15 minutes to pick up but no one came to assist me. After I walked inside and asked them about it they told me they don't have it. No body even bothered to walk outside and tell me that they can't find it. They refunded me and told me that there's nothing we can do for you.Bad customer service, not organized, careless employees, not professional, and not honest.Don't waste your time with them

Called 1st thing in the morning (8-9am) for a part spoke with a female and asked her to verify if it was a complete unit. She stated she'd call back. About 1pm still hadn't heard anything. So I call back, same female states oh yeah it's here and complete I forgot to call back. So I tell her I'm coming to get it. Drove 30 min one way to get this part. Get there, they don't have it. She stays I dunno I asked someone else. Complete waste of time. If you have ANY other option go there. NEUNERS is a complete waste of time if your speaking to the female in the office selling parts.

Called and verified they had a rear axle assembly. Drove an hour to pick it up. Was told when I arrived, there was a core charge, which I wasn t aware of. Waited 20 minutes for them to bring it out. Than told they do not have it and have no idea where it is at. Approximately 2.5 hrs of wasted time, $25 waste of fuel, because they cannot keep accurate inventory, and have the ability to lose entire truck axles. Too much trouble for them to check their inventory for you.

Sold my wife a head that had 2 broken off siezed spark plugs and 6 studs broken offIn it at full price.Very disappointed with there service.Head is complete garbageNever should have been sold. Yet aloneAt 125 bucks

I could give them zero stars, I would. These guys have given me non working parts every single time I ve been here and wasted my time on multiple occasions, do not come here! save your money for another junkyard.

THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL CAR PART PLACE I EVER BEEN TOO I PAID FOR A STEERING WHEEL WEDNESDAY THE LADY TOLD ME IT WILL BE IN FRIDAY & THAT SOMEONE WILL CALL WHEN READY WELL HERE WE ARE FRIDAY & THEYRE SAYING THEY DOUBLE PAID TWO PEOPLE FOR THE SAME ITEM, BUT YET NO ON ONE CALLED ME I HAD TO CALL THEM AND FIND ALL THIS OUT THE GUY GOES TO TELL ME HE DIDNT HAVE NO CONTACT NUMBER FOR ME I PULL OUT MY RECEIPT & MY PHONE NUMBER IS ON THERE . SO IF YOU NEED ANY AUTO PARTS I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

40 miles per hour down frazho, between mound and Ryan. Also blew a stop sign and didn t even slow down. No way I m going to trust you guys with my car if your drivers can t even follow the law in a residential neighborhood.

These people are nothing but thieves.Someone rare ended my car and totaled it. So while I was on my way to the hospital, the city took the car to these people.When I went after the hospital they wanted to charge me $75 for each day. The car was there or I can sell them the car for $350.After I agreed on selling it to them, they only end up giving me $ 150 because they changed their mind.They are just kind of people who try to take advantage of others and take advantage of the situation they are in.Nothing but scammers and thieves. Unfortunately, the city of Warren take people's cars into their shop.

This is one of Best Places I ever Used Automotive Recyclers Parts. The staff is friendly Great prices no one can beat them. They top of the line in everything they do. When I need something else I know who to call they get for you so fast. Thank you for being a Great Business.

Worst experience ever. They are robbers. Their prices are high compared to others. They are very hard to deal with. Nit flexible at all. They have their own rules that does not align with state laws. Staff were not willing to help except for one that was really nice. I got a price on the phone and i told them i will pay with credit card. After driving one hour they added 3% to the price because im paying with credit card which they failed to mention on the phone. They charge 3% for debit card. Im a business owner and I know bank are not allowed to charge business more than 0.99% on debt card by law. So this robbery place is making 2% profit on debit card payment claiming its not theirs.

Gave me wrong part and wouldn t exchange for right one because I was a few days over the 30 days. I m not a mechanic, I m a single mom trying to make ends meet and had to find someone to put part on and when I finally did find someone to help me I found out they ( neuters)gave me wrong side. Would it really been that hard to exchange since it was never put on my car. Could have gotten a good review instead you get this review. I understand policy, but I also know that kindness matters too. Will take my business elsewhere next time.

I wish I could give the guy behind the desk zero stars. I think he was the owner idk but he had red hair. Basically sold me a bad tire. I had paid to get it out on and the tire shop shown me a bubble in the tire. I called for a replace and they charged me for another tire. So all and all I had to pay for two tires because they sold me a bad one and had to pay the tire shop twice because they had to do they services twice. The staff basically laugh at me while saying I understand the spot your in Update - after I buy another tire turns out it was bad as well. Thanks Neuner s

I share from a former claims employee and present customer. Customer service is a plus especially Jessica who answers phone 90% of time by second ring! Always pleasant. If the guys overheard and can help, they chime in when I'm there...and that's a lot lately (I have 31 bonus kids lol). I pass at least 40 parts places to shop here. Thank you for great service!

i called them for a bumper for 2014 they said they have it but i have to pay a deposit and after two days it will be ready to pick it up . i asked them again to make sure , is it 2014 ? they said yes 2014 , i asked them if i can pay over the phone because it's about 56 miles away from me they said no i should go and pay there . i was like ok . i drove 56 miles and i told them i came to pay the deposit for the 2014 bumper . they told me the car they have 2009 . i told them i just called you and you said yes 2014 . they said sorry it's 2009 that's what they have . i got very upset and i had to drive 56 miles again to get back home . it's really sad to deal with people who are not honest .

These people were polite even when I was put on hold I wasn't on hold for very long when I got there to get my part there was four people in line the line moved moderately decent pace my part used was probably $40 cheaper than a regular part at the store so this was a good visit

They are garbage do not waste ur time thereI called them i wanted a hood and i asked for exact color they gave me price and told me its ready to pick it up and after i went they gave me a wrong color i told them i need this color they told me u have to pay extra to get the color u want I explain them i asked on the phone for specific color the lady there told me i can not help u

Told me they had a part on the shelf, asked them to check but she said "for sure its there". Drove an hour. Waited 30 minutes to tell them its not there. Save yourself some time and go else where.

Very Professional and polite, Called and asked about a salad tosser for sale at the location and the employee was very helpful and knowledgeable about said vintage salad tosser and answered all my questions.

Terrible service ordered 2 parts from them 1 they didn't have but never got a call about it 2nd order a new cradle from them with hardware they lost the hardware and then wouldn't give an adjustment on the price very disappointing
