Definitely not the good service that I received last time. I took my car in for a diagnosis. They had it for a week and a half when I called them for a status. They told me they fixed the stalling problem (it was not stalling) and they didn t do anything else. I went in to pick it up, paid $346.00 for what they listed as fixed stalling problem. I inquired about what was fixed. After she stared for a while, she said she was not sure. I told her I need to know what I m paying for especially since I didn t authorize the repairs because they never called me to tell me what was wrong. She went back and supposedly asked the tech and came back and said he unplugged something. I asked what did he unplug. She went back and returned to say he unplugged the 02 sensor. I asked about the other issues that I listed and she stared again and said we didn t get to it. I paid $346 for them to supposedly unplug an 02 sensor and not check the other issues I described. The car was running rough, not stalling. If they didn t want to take time with the car, then they should have said that. Very poor customer service and I feel it was a rip off.

I am very satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. Jeff is an awesome guy there. He communicated with me every step of the way. He was up front with me about my vehicle. Will return to them with all my auto repair needs. Thank you guys so much.

Had used auto trans repaired. The idea of trans repair was my a first for me and uncertain of where to go since many trans shops have poor reputations. This one came with great BBB rating as well as overall reviews that were outstanding. Down side is that trans repair IS costly. But if I have no further issues then the outlay is worth it. I like the fact that genuine manufacturer parts were used and no shortcuts taken.Thanks JB DLCO.

It appears that you did nothing but charged me for a service that was never provided. I looked at the trans bolts and they look like they have not been touched since the last service and nothing changed with the operation of the trans.I watched them pull the vehicle out of the garage and saw that they had not removed all the lift block and ran over it while backing out and there was no communication on the status of the vehicle, I had to call them

Excellent transmission shop everywhere I called no one in Michigan wanted to fix the transmission in my Audi most places say parts are hard to find the car is a 2003 making it 20 years old. I called everywhere trust me. When I got the car from California it had 102,000 and someone believed Audi when they said lifetime transmission meaning never change the fluid or filter so when I got the car the transmission was pretty much burned up. The car is driving like a new vehicle Jeff kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend JB DLCO TRANSMISSION/ Multistate Milex Auto Care.

They offered a veterans discount of 10% off and then after presenting the coupon and reminding them 3 times of my discount they told me that was only a discount off the service technicians hourly rate not the bill. So i save $30 not the $100 plus I thought I was going to. It took 3 day's to do back brakes, new lug nuts and replace a coolant line and cost over $1000. This place is a rip off! The folks at J.B. DLCO took great care of me! After a long drive from NYC to Michigan, the transmission in my SUV was completely shot and would not go in any gear the next morning. I was in a jam, and it was in the middle of the holidays. I called up J.B. DLCO and they were able to squeeze me in. Janet was super helpful and got back to me right away and set up a day for me to tow my car in. Jeff followed up with me frequently and kept me up to date on the status of my transmission replacement, and the ETA for the repair to be complete. I was definitely in good hands with Jeff and his team! Jeff and the folks at J.B. DLCO provided top notch, excellent service and my car is now back in action! My car sometime won't start there were times it would be rolling right along and then at the most inconvenient time it would not start. I took to multiple shops and no one could seem to fix the problem, then my friend Jim suggested take my car to Jeff at Multistate transmission they were a life saver. They found out that the linkage was smashed up against the transmission and that it was also rusted out and whenever the car was in park it wasn't reading the sensor but Jeff and the fine people at Multistate transmission took care of me and my car and now I'm up and down the highway again without worrying rather my car is going to start or not. Thanks you Jeff and the fine staff at Multistate transmission you guys rock!!!

Had my transmission go out in my 2018 Ford Escape. The 2 previous shops weren't confident enough to tackle the problem. Had my car towed to JB Dlco.. they were nice, professional, and thorough. Thankfully they accepted my aftermarket insurance. While performing my inspection, they found other things wrong with my vehicle, oil pan leak along with a suspension issue. He communicated with my insurance company every step of the way, and they agreed to cover all the additional issues!! They are honest, reliable, and I appreciate their integrity. I was without my car for a bit, but they do a complete and thorough job... so BE PATIENT!! I'd reccomend them to ALL my family and friends! I took my car in on a Wednesday morning and I did not get a call about the diagnosis until the following Monday . The car battery was not holding a charge so I authorized the company to fix it. I brought the car in because my dial would not go into drive. I did not hear from the team again until I went to the shop on Thursday and was told no transmission issue after battery was placed in. Everyone was polite however not efficient with calling me with car diagnosis cost me in car rental fees. I would not recommend this company.Services: Transmission, Battery

Superior work, not the cheapest place in town, but honest and they do great work. They didn't just replace parts, they corrected the issue so it doesn't come back. I had an excellent experience with JB DLCO Multistate transmission. They rebuilt the transmission in my F-250 for me. They were prompt in their diagnosis and to let me know it definitely was in need of repair. Jeff followed up with me and gave me a price to go ahead with the repair. They also found a few other issues (wrong radaiator in the truck, trans cooler was plugged, trans lines were rotted out, a bad u-joint on my front driveshaft) so I had them take care of those items as well. All in all they built my transmission so it can reliably pull my camper which is over 10,000lbs. And so it can hold up to more horsepower. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any work performed on their transmission!Service: Transmission

I highly recommend this facility!!! They do great work and are honest about what needs to be done. I took my car to a different shop when it broke down and they replaced a perfectly fine transmission. When the car was still not running right, I took it to JB DLCO and they diagnosed that it was a bad Catalytic Converter. Audrey and Jeff are fantastic to work with and honest about what needs to be fixed. THEY DO IT THE RIGHT WAY!!!!Service: Transmission

I have used multi state on two occasions and both times the craftsmanship was outstanding. Recently i took a work truck into them because I thought the trans was leaking, within three hours Jeff call back to tell me it was a radiator problem. Less honest shops probably would have told me that the trans needed repair. Transmission work is NOT cheap but with multi state you get quality work. Keep it up!

I m not happy about writing this because I used to like this shop, I thought they were fair pricing and did trustworthy work. I needed a catalytic converter bank 2 repair and they charged $700, I thought that s a good price. It took a week for them to not fix it, the welder was sick. I picked up my car and agreed to return for repairs on Monday; my car was driving 100% times worst, then when I brought it in. I thought the converter was breaking down, so I hurried to getting my car back to the shop. It took another week to fix it, because I asked them to replace break pads because they were squeaking. That repair turned into the differential needing repair; but no, it turned into a rear axle repair and needing fluid in the differential. I paid $2800 and my car was cutting off while in idle; misfiring cylinders. Driving worst then when I first brought it in 2 weeks ago. I called, they told me I need a tune-up, however I had spark plugs replaced 3 months ago. I was sick, and called them back 2 days later, they told me I had to make an appointment for next week. My brother recommended his mechanic, turns out the boots were off or poorly connected to the spark plugs and I paid my brother s mechanic $20 to connect them, and now my car is driving well again, just like before I even took it to Multistate. I haven t called them to ask what did they do to the spark plugs covers. But, if they test drive the vehicle after repairs they would have noticed the cylinders misfiring. Now I don t trust Multistate and will have the rear axle and converter inspected to see if they actually did the repairs. The service is bad because it takes them too long to do repairs; and I m suspecting scamming practices. I will be using my brother s mechanic; Multistate lost a loyal customer.

I couldn't say enough good things about JB DLCO. My car was a bit more of a handful than anticipated due to a warranty on the water pump that was leaking, but taking advantage of the warranty stood to save me a lot of money on the repairs. They were insanely patient with the phone tag going on between my father, the family mechanic in Bay City (who had installed the water pump back in Nov), the warranty company, and me. Once all of the payments were sorted he got right to work on my car. He was down a mechanic at his shop so I know he worked longer hours than he usually does in an effort to get my car done in a decent amount of time. Always and will forever recommend JB DLCO.

Bring someone experienced with you. Once they have you sign that first "diagnosis estimate" it's just their way of trapping you. Took a whole day to call us and tell us they needed 800 to simply diagnose. Went and got our vehicle took it to a different shop and had our diagnosis and quote within 3 hours. We kinda knew it was gonna be a rebuild/replace. Which is pricey. But it doesn't cost 800 to tell us that.

Poor response, vehicle there for 15 days and each time I checked for status Jeff said he was not able to look at it. Car remained outside in the cold, never put on hoist. Two days in I had been told I was next. Rented a car after 15 days to go to shop and see what was happening. Still said he was full could not put it up on hoist. Gave me a detailed estimate without searching for other possible alternatives for replacing the transmission. $6500. I asked for keys, got second opinion at AAMCO total care Garrison Automotive 14021 E 10mile in WarrenDiagnosed in 4 hours fixed next day $402. Riding smooth again.After such poor service the "standard written response" you have provided doesnt feel genuine. You should be calling ME. Not me calling you AGAIN .

I took my vehicle in for several repairs. Week one of repairs was an oil change, oil flush, trans flush, and a new radiator. I get my car back and it s running everything is fine. They tell me there was only 1/2 quart of oil in it. My car has a light come on for just 1 quart low. It would ve been on when I dropped my car off. I brush it off as bs. They tell me I need ball joints and tires. I drive my car into the shop a week later to do the ball joints and tires, I bought from owner. They said they had to send it off to level the car (I can t think of proper term) a week later I go to pick up my car and it won t start. I had to have it towed to the dealership to get a brand new engine. When the mechanic was trying to help me start it he was like well here s the problem your oil is filthy. I m like it shouldn t be, I paid for an oil flush and an oil change.Services: Transmission, Electrical, Oil change

The allison in our truck was having some problems after about 150,000 miles of towing and hauling service. I brought it here for a rebuild and was pleased by the experienced and professional service. The shifts are firm again and it pulls our fifth wheel up steep grades with no worries.
