Customer service was amazing. Needed a wheel bearing hub, they inspected the whole car and after even took me back the to show and talk to me about all of the problems and explained them to me. Got my car fixed and it drive soo much better. Thank youAlso shot out to Rico who was the one who helped me. Stay blessed my guy!

Came in at 8am on a Saturday with the car slightly smoking. Driving out by 930 and she's riding great. Ryan was honest, fair, and very knowledgeable with the diagnostic! If you come see these guys. Talk to Ryan. They'll get you back rolling fast and affordably! I recommend this location *

Ryan was so wonderful, helpful, and respectful. Helped me to fully understand what was happening with my car and went far above and beyond with everything we had done. Went for an oil change which was done. Unfortunately I found out I had more extensive work that was needed which they pointed out to me and explained everything about it. Joe and Tommy were awesome. I will be back for service in the future. Thanks again! Also they fixed my hood as it was not aligning and shutting properly at no charge.

I own a sprinter van and I decided to buy tires from this shop. This was back in January 2022. When they replaced the tires they did it outside because they didn t have right jack/hoist to lift my vehicle since it was very long. When they finished i drove off never looked close at my tires. If I did I would be able to see that they didn t put LT tires on my vehicle. So after around 30,000 thousand miles I noticed that i have wrong tires on my van. And they were almost bold. I took my van back in August and there was different manager now. He admitted the mistake and after he spoke to someone on the phone they agreed that they will put correct tires on but I need to pay extra $247. He also mentioned that the previous manager shouldn t sold me the tires at all because they don t have right jack/hoist for my vehicle. So he ordered new tires and after a day or two he called me and said tires are here. I had appointment for August 6 at 8 am. When I got there I was told it will take them around 2 hours. So I went for a walk and i came back after 45 min and I saw my van inside the shop! I remembered that he told me they have to do it outside because of the jack/hoist issue. So me trusting him didn t ask why my van is inside the shop . Van was finished and I drove off. A month later i was washing my van and I noticed that my van was damaged. I looked under and I knew right away that it was damaged by hoist last time it was in the midas shop for tires replacement. Few days later I tried to talk to a same manager about the damage that was done right here in the shop but he kept saying that they didn t damage my van. I didn t have my van serviced anywhere else after the tires installation. I filled a claim with my vehicle insurance and I will have them handle this matter. Worst experience in my life! I came back so they can fix their mess and they totally wrecked my vehicle!!!

Look at the reviews and notice that a large majority had extra work come back. Please know that the "lifetime" warranty they try to sell you is only for the "lifetime" of the part. Which is about 2 years give or take. They will mark up the prices as much as they think they can. I've been quoted twice as much for work here as I have at other places. Just don't recommend this shop because they will take advantage of you if they can. Please get second opinions get multiple quotes for the work from multiple places. and don't put up with the gouging these guys do.

All seemed good. Then tire pressure gauge didn't work. Assured it would reset. It didn't. Took to dealer. They reset 3 tires. The other one says 81 psi. $150 to reset. Said no. So something happened at Valvoline, or just crazy timing.

John Etheridge is a amazing store leader and a great person to interactive with. He is very compassionate about making sure his customers needs are met and he will over and beyond the requirements to make sure we are satisfied. My husband and I are so happy. The mechanic tanz was super fast and super careful with my vehicle. He is very trustworthy. Thank you so much. We are out of georgia and no where to go in detriot. I highly recommend them.

This location provided atrocious customer service, exploiting my mother and displaying blatant dishonesty. They overcharged her by 370% for a part that didn't require immediate replacement, alongside other excessive markups. Despite claiming a "lifetime warranty," they later contradicted themselves by stating it was only two years. Upon contacting the owner, he seemed oblivious to the actual charges and defended the manager's actions. Multiple Midas locations quoted significantly lower markups, indicating clear exploitation based on gender. Despite my efforts to address the issues, including a double credit card charge, there has been no resolution. The manager's attempts to deflect blame and the owner's lack of awareness reflect a deeply flawed system. I strongly advise against patronizing any Midas locations due to their poor communication, deceitful practices, and exploitation of customers.

Terrible experience! I brought my truck with stock tires from the factory to this location to swap them out for another set I had laying around. They damaged 1 tire and scratched all 4 wheels. This truck has only ever had rotations and oil changes from the dealer cause they were free with a NEW lease. I was told it was like that when I brought it in. They denied any responsibility and said it could have happened at the factory. Yea right a damaged tire from the factory. I even spoke with the owner and he said the same thing and even added to it. He said I was there to get something for free and that it was apparent. Then said it was my prerogative to call corporate. Do not bring your car there for anything. They can't take care of the most simple of jobs without damaging anything. I don't foresee this location being in business very long if they continue to do this kind of work and treat people the way they do.

Great customer service! Brought my Jeep in today without an appointment to have an exhaust leak checked out and they had me in and out the door with the leak fixed in about 2 hours. Could not ask for more out of a repair shop. Keep up the good work guys!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Worst service ever. Took our car here 3 times! And it's still having the same issues. First time we brought it in for something minor. Got it back and everything seemed fine then it stopped accelerating. Paid to have it towed back to them, they claimed it was something they screwed up and would fix it for free. Over 3 MONTHS and we finally get the car back AND IT'S STILL DOING THE SAME THING. NOW I'M STUCK ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY HAVING TO GET THE CAR TOWED AGAIN. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH ANYTHING!They also claimed to have test driven it multiple times and noticed nothing wrong but the only way that's possible is if a dead man was driving it because there's still clearly something very wrong!

Customer service was excellent. John and the technicians are top notch. I waited in the shop while they put 4 rotors and brake pads on my truck, so I had the opportunity to witness how John interacts with all his customers. He was friendly and explained everything in easy to understand terms. He was fair and didn t try to up sell anyone. I highly recommend this place, just wish I would ve found them sooner.Service: Brakes

I took it in the shop to get brakes done. They quoted me for north of 1900 and acted like they were doing me a favor for that price. They also push their financing super hard. They did a whole spiel on it before prices were ever brought up. Never again. I learned my lesson. Hopefully this review helps you before you end up in debt up to your eyeballs on something you can finish with your buddy and a case of beer for a quarter of the price.And as you can see from their response, they're amazing at talking out of their rears to get your money. I did my research. All the other shops quote half the price. Same parts used. The Kelley blue book value of that very same repair is only 550. Avoid at all costs.

I couldn t recommend this place more. Logan Herron (store manager) got me in last minute on a Saturday because another store never entered me into the system or ordered my tires when I made the appointment. He got me in last minute, was able to find me better tires at a better price, was extremely kind, and had incredible customer service. He explained everything needed in my car after an inspection, explained what was needed versus the what was nice to have, and made sure I got good prices for all. I got in at 1040, and had my tires done, inspection, oil change, new wipers, appointments made for my husband and myself for further work all in 2.5 hours. I ve never gotten in and out of a shop that quickly.His service technicians were also amazing. Very kind, quick, and courteous. I will be bringing both cars here for any future repairs/services. I came here for for oil change and tire rotation.Overall employee behavior was good.But service quality was poor, I d say below average. They charged me for full synthetic oil but after two weeks I saw my oil became black and thick, and smells bad.Tire rotation was horrible, when driving my car, it drifts left. I waited for 2 weeks to see if it will become normal but it didn t, I had to go somewhere to fix it.I would recommend do NOT go there. Service quality is poor and price is higher than other places.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change
