I had an issue with my car. The first shop I took it to couldn't even look at my car for a week which was kind of crazy. I brought it over to Abe at Metro Auto Care and he was able to see me the same day. My car was fixed the next day and my car runs great again.Abe was very communicative the entire time When I asked for a breakdown of the repairs because it was more work than I anticipated everything was priced fairly and more importantly they used quality parts. I really appreciate my whole experience and would easily recommend them to anyone looking for an honest shop that does great work.

Came in to get a check after work was done by someone unprofessional they drove it a second and found the problem immediately and then fixed it so no problem at this point. I will definitely be bringing my car back to them to do any kind of service I can tell I won t be played out of money and they actually will show you the work that need to be done and get to it! I appreciate Auto Care very much

My check engine light came on while in town for business. I Googled shops in the area and was a couple minutes from this one. Abe was able to get me in within 15 minutes and they had it diagnosed in another 15 minutes. The part was there within an hour and I was back on the road 45 minutes after that. The entire staff was great and I couldn't have been happier with the service. I'd recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

If you're a female and tired of being taken advantage of when it comes to taking your car to a shop. For example i went to a shop to ask how much they would charge me to change my rear lighttbulb. The owner said he could do it for twenty five dollars per light totalling fifty dollars. I drove right out of there went to autozone and got them done for free. My advice Ladies take your vehicle to Metro Auto Care. They will take care of you and the offer a payment plan.

Abe, the service manager, provided excellent service. From routine maintenance to significant repairs, they always got it right. Fair prices, no issues. Thanks to Abe and the team for their outstanding service!

Please do not take your car here they played me multiple times and took my Cadillac converter off my car when the whole time they told me it were clogged then tryed to charge me 2 something to unclogged it i m guessing because i m a female.Never going to them again

My car was in a different shop for months. My issues were left unresolved. I had my car towed to Metro Auto Care to get my Flywheel repaired. It was done in less than a week. Later I had problems with my transmission and my steering. I want to express my gratitude for the customer service that I received from Abe and the team of mechanics that repaired my car. They was awesome. My car broke down in the middle of 8 mile. He got me in right away and gave me a fair price. Took it in for a sway bar link replacement because the bolt sheared off, quoted me $125, wasn t gonna pass that deal up but then I got there and they proceed to tell me I need $4500 in suspension work, and that my sway bar was broken but my sway bar links were ok when I was just under the car looking at them and saw the broken linkage. Told me I pretty much need a set of everything, tie rods, struts, control arms, a rack and pinion, brakes and rotors, and 4 tires and a new sway bar and an E brake rebuilt and that my car wasn t road worthy. Told them I just wanted to do the sway bar links, they told me to come pick up my car because they didn t feel safe working on it. Charged me a $75 diag fee when everyone here in the reviews claims it is $50. Feels like they just wanted the $75 for putting it on a lift instead of $125 for actually doing work.Going to pick up my car from expert auto down the street, who looked everything over and felt bad they tried to hustle me and even gave me a discount.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Horrible mis diagnosed my Chevy equinox told me 2700$ for something tht wasn't even the problem went somewhere else cost 150$ total I'll never go there again!!!!!

Monday my car broke down in the middle of 8 mile road, I had the tow truck take it to Metro Auto Care. I have been there before and I know that I can trust them. They called me and let me know what was wrong, and within 4 hours I was back on the road, and they also had several options for financing because I didn t have the money for this unexpected emergency. After a couple of days, they reached out to me to ask how my car is running. I would never go to another auto place. Great service, with efficient work done on my vehicle both times. I wish I could give 10stars!!!

Amazing work, I took it in they had it allLooked at and finished upIn about 4 hours. They told me exactly what was wrong with it and how long it was going to take to fix. Went here to get my AC fixed! My car was in and out within 1/2 hours. Ali was amazing and explained in detail what I needed and what was wrong. Atmosphere was very comfortable and inviting. Never going anywhere else!

My car was terrible and definitely not road worthy, it was incredibly loud due to having no converter. And just drove terrible, couldn't go faster than 40 without issues. Now it drives like a brand new car! I can't even tell it's on! They are amazing, Abe helped me out greatly with my Chevy cobalt and tried to save me as much money as possible. Everyone there is just amazing! Will definitely come here for all my car issues.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

I came in there very sad and upset about my car because it was 3 days before my birthday. I was told I needed a new engine, I was super sad, but they said they could put a new one in and have my car ready by Saturday or Monday. When I say they made my birthday so much better because they had my car ready to go on Friday morning!!! Thank you so much and I will definitely be back.....for smaller car repairs of course!

I have been coming here for a few years now and I must be completely honest:Every time I called these guys I knew I had a problem with my car. They actually look beyond what you think is wrong and tell you exactly what is really wrong with the car.You may cringe if you have multiple issues but trust me it is well worth it to have the repairs done if you are dependent on your vehicle to get to work. They will let you know what all needs to be done, and give you an overall price. In my case I try to bring my cars back to chip away at these issues if I can t afford to have them all fixed at once. But as I stated earlier if you are dependent on your car (as most of us are) they will even allow you to finance your repairs so you can get your vehicle back in road worthy condition sooner.Sure you can take your car somewhere else but I have found that their prices are competitive and in most cases just better. Every time I get my car back I am thankful it s running properly again.Salute to you Metro Auto. A lot of us in the community appreciate what you guys are doing.
