Had a great experience with Kline's RV center. My salesperson, Eddie Downey, was very helpful. I had multiple requests and I had several different possible scenarios that would work for me and Eddie stuck with me through it all and helped me find the right camper. I'm very excited to use my new Coachmen Catalina.All of the staff, from sales to parts to delivery and finance, were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend Kline's. Family owned and operated gives makes for such a great experience.

Absolutely Amazing experience for first time buyers! The numerous encounters we had with Tim, while searching for which RV fits our family and needs, was great. He was very informative, patient, and understanding. We will definitely continue to do business with Kline, as everyone there has been extremely kind and goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase!

I m not sure where to begin, I just cannot say enough about Kline s RV and all of their staff! From start to finish everyone made me and my family feel at home, I never felt pressured not once about anything during the process! They never pressured me into buying a new camper from the get go, and they took the time to answer all of my questions and I wasn t even interested in buying a new camper. I thought all RV company s were the same and were only after your money, as I learned from my first camper experience at General RV! You can definitely tell that Kline s is family owned and operated. I even got to meet the actual owner Derek, which you would never know as he walks around like a normal person on the same level as you! Now how many times do you actually get to meet the owner of a family owned business? They definitely bought back my confidence that some companies actually do care about the customer over profit! I cannot say enough about my wonderful experience and I will ever think about buying another camper from anyone besides Kline s RV! They definitely deserve a 5 start rating and I want to thank Eddie in sales, Sean for the great demonstration, Jeff in financing, Gary and Renee in parts and Rick and Freddie the service managers for an excellent experience!

Awesome deals and super friendly staff! Eddie was very helpful in learning the key features of the trailers we looked at and even gave some important tips on living in a travel trailer. I appreciate Jeff being patient with my financing process. At the end of the sales, Sean guiding me through the orientation & how-to-use-the-features was an absolute gem! Definitely coming back here for future purchases! Loved how everyone was easy to talk to and not pressuring aggressively to get you to open your wallet. So much more pleasant experience at this dealership in comparison to several others I've visited.

I am very glad I chose to go to Kline s RV for my first time camper purchase. This family owned company goes above and beyond to ensure that every part of the process is a good experience for the customer. Eddie was my sales representative and he did an exceptional job with communication and timelines. On top of that, he was very friendly and I enjoyed doing business with him. Jeff is the finance manager, and he was very helpful with getting my financing together and made it a super simple process to close the deal. I was given a very detailed orientation from Sean for my camper on how to use it properly. I was shown all of the features and also how to hook up and unhook the camper to my vehicle. Lastly, Gary walked me around the store and showed me everything I would need to be essential to use my camper properly. He was very informative and was also not pushy to purchase anything there when I told him I was going to shop around for pricing. Overall, it was an excellent experience purchasing my first camper. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a travel trailer or RV to go to Klines and ask for Eddie.

I'm a Canadian. We recently bought Roadtrek SS Agile from Kline's RV Center in Warren, Michigan.The experience we had with them was wonderful. This is a family owned business, when the first time we visited them, everyone was so friendly and treated you well, we just felt like being a part of family right away, from the sales person (or Camping Advocate) Eddie, to the owner Derek, and receptionist, and Services, and Parts, and ... everyone, it was so warm and shine.Eddie is an awesome Advocate (I like this word) to deal with, he is so professional. We've been emailing a lot, he responded in a very timely manner, answered my questions, made valuable suggestions, sent me documents and photos which were very helpful for us making decisions.This is our first RV so we didn't have any idea what we would need. After a great vehicle walkthough session, a sales person at the Parts (sorry for not good at remembering their names) showed us around telling us what were essential, what were something needed to be in mind for future use, he was not like a salesman, more of an experienced friend making suggestions. While we were driving away, we noticed some noise from the back, so we returned back, Eddie brought a service guy with him and took a drive, they identify the issue and rectified right away.Not only the family like atmosphere, but also their professionalism! To bring a vehicle across the border to Canada, quite a number of red tapes we have to go through. At the time we picked up the vehicle, they prepared a document package for us. We had to go through the US customs for export, Canadian customs for import, Registrar of Imported Vehicle of Canada for compliances, Insurance, Ontario provincial registration, every piece of document needed was in the package, how professional could that be!It was not only the pleasure, but also people you can trust doing business with! Very pleased with my purchasing experience. Salesperson Tacey was very knowledgeable and talked about the various features of each trailer I looked at. The orientation with Sean was very thorough and I asked lots of questions. Gary showed me all the most haves versus nice to haves. Overall great job by the team at Kline s.

Taylor in sales was perfect she could give classes on customer service. She was there to answer any questions we had and coordinated the purchase of our new vehicle all while giving us a great deal on our trade in. Shawn conducted the walk through it was like having a you tube master class. He provided the how to as well as the should nots. Gary in parts was able to walk us through the essentials and the nice to have as well steer us away from the products we wouldn t need due to our van and style of camping. Finally Jeff walking us through the paperwork as well as adding pearls of wisdom with his 30 years of RVing experience. We plan on using Kline s anytime we have a question or need service as the atmosphere there is customer centric. They know they have a quality product /team and the take care of you from the first time you walk on the lot to the time you drive off in the RV that is perfect for you. #vanlife

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Tacey was amazing and listened to everything we were looking for. Derek was right there to welcome us and congratulate us upon out purchase, which is typically unheard of from business owners. Even down the line with Jeff helping with the paperwork and the service team that walked us through our new travel trailer orientation. Service team (Rick, I believe) even helped ease some concerns about towing and turning a trailer of this size, since we upgraded from a popup, even though it was after hours. Everyone was super kind to our 6 year old son as well. Just top notch service across the board. Hidden gem RV dealer, but superior experience to the other dealers out there.10/10 and there's no question about it.

Just purchased a used camper from Klines. Taylor our sales rep handled everything beautifully. We purchased a washer dryer combo from them and they installed it very nicely. They even gave us a $50.00 part and accessories certificate to use. Gary Bratt the parts manager assisted us with our purchase and was very helpfull. Sean showed us around the camper and was very knowledgable and helpfull. The finance manager was out so Derek the owner handled the paperwork. He did a great job answering my questions.They even delivered the unit to me.I would recommend Klines to all my friends.

We recently purchased a new fifth-wheel from Kline s RV Center. This was our first experience with Kline s and won t be our last. What a great place. We first met Tacey at the Fall Camper show in Novi. We found a fifth-wheel we liked but needed to think on it. A month or so later, we drove out to Kline's, about 45 min drive from our house. We looked at the trailer again with Tacey. She answered our questions, and was super friendly, honest, and not pushy. We decided to think on it. She kept in contact but allowed us the time we needed. Fast forward to the February Camper show again in Novi. We walked the whole floor to find the right fifth-wheel for what we had in mind. We found it at Kline's. They even had a manufacture representative there to answer any questions that Tacey wasn't sure of. We met Jeff in Finance to get the paperwork started. We also met the owner Derek who answered a few more questions we had.When our trailer came one, the accommodated our schedule but got us right in to pick it up.Even though we are experienced RVer's, we still needed to learn the new fifth-wheel features and Sean did a great job at this. He even provided us with some tips we didn't know! He knew how to cater to our needs, skipping parts that we knew but taking the time when we had more questions.After the demo step we moved to the Parts area, Renee was super helpful in helping us think of anything new/different that we might need. Their prices were resonable, so suffice to say we left with some good deals and new accessories for our fifth-wheel!Next on to Jeff in Finance, he had all the paperwork ready. He was very friendly and cracked some jokes along the way so it wasn't just a "sign here" long monotonous process.The whole experience and process just felt right. It's was so nice working with all the friendly helpful people at Kline's RV Center. We wholeheartedly recommend buying a trailer from them and when we are ready for our next fifth-wheel we will certainly be going back to Kline's!

Tim showed me a bunch of campers at the RV show in Novi. Didn't try to sell me a camper I couldn't tow, very low pressure to buy. Great experience. They didn't care that I was paying cash. I think a lot of the other RV places seem to blow you off if you are not financing. When I picked up the trailer they gave me a full walkthrough and tutorial. They sell lots of camping and RV accessories. The accessories salesman Gary didn't try to sell me a bunch of expensive stuff I didn't need, but was very helpful with any questions I had and made suggestions about what I might find useful. Again, no pressure to buy. The owner Derek was around making sure I was taken care of. I recommend this RV dealer

Taylor Foote was super helpful! She took so much time to make sure we understood our options and showed us so many different units. Totally no pressure sales and really wanted us to be comfortable and informed highly recommend working with Taylor Foote at Kline.

I cannot say enough good things about Klines. We walked in on a whim after having a horrible experience some place else. Eddie was happy to answer all of our questions and he took the time to show us every RV in our price range. I felt no pressure to make a purchase.Randy fit us in last minute to have the wiring done on my jeep so we d be ready to take the camper home asap (we got excited after selecting one and booked a campground immediately lol)Sean was so great when it came to the walk through on the camper. It s my first and I was very intimidated. Gary on the sales floor took the time to go over parts and hoses we ll need in the future.Jeff handled my financing and it was as quick and painless as you could hope for.All of these guys made me feel so confident and welcome. I look forward to continuing my business with them as they made it clear they are always open to questions and concerns. I won t go anywhere else for my camper/rv needs!

Everyone at Kline s RV was absolutely AMAZING! I am SO glad we bought our camper here instead of General RV. The sales team was super friendly and informative. We worked with Tacey and loved her. She was not pushy at all. You could tell she knew the ins and outs of every camper on their lot. Once we actually bought the camper, I was so impressed at how thorough they were. They didn t just sell it to us and send us off. They had a full training course so we could learn how to use every single thing on the camper. We had so many questions and they were patient and spent over 2 hours with us. Our trainer was Sean and he was uber informative, approachable, and down to earth. Then, they even walked us through the store so we could learn what products were best for the camper and what things other places may try to sell you but you don t actually need with Gary. He was great! I am truly so glad we went to Kline s! We d checked out General RV and they do not even compare. The people there were pushy, salesy, and not as genuine. You can tell Kline s is a family-owned business with down to earth real people. Seriously go to Kline s!! They ll take SUCH good care of you!!!!

The trailer orientation was great, they went through everything inside and out and showed us how everything worked. Kline s was a great experience

We just purchased our 2011 Denali Dutchman Camper and our salesperson Debbie took great care of us. When it was time to picking up our camper Dave walked us through everything on our camper and made sure to answer any questions we had. The camper is in great condition and we cannot wait for our first camping trip. Thank you Kline's RV for your friendly service from everyone that helped us from beginning to end. The people in parts were just as helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back for anything we need moving forward...

My wife and I were in the market for a new RV. We started at a competitor of Klines and was very disappointed with their process. Eddie, and the rest of the staff, at Klines was amazing. You can expect great service and a great non pressure environment. They will give you options and educate you on the good and bad of each decision. I would highly recommend Klines to anyone looking to get into a RV.

Started coming here in the spring for things I needed for my pop-up camper and had a great experience getting taken care of in the parts department.So this fall, when we decided it was time to upgrade to a hard-sided camper, we came back to Klines and met Tacey. She walked us through several campers, listening to our needs and wishes for our next home away from home. Knows her stuff, but wasn't pushy.When we took delivery, again it went smoothly. We were walked around our new camper and were made familiar with it by another very knowledgeable person. Everyone we interacted with was great.

Great company, the team at Kline RV are the best people I ve done business with ever. Tacey Wiber great sales person; a person with passion, knowledge and a genuine heart to those she makes contact with. The service team and tech team; WOW thank you for going out of your way to make sure my new camper is set up right, training me properly; thus patient until I got things hooked up right. The owner personally helping me out on my first trip out of town with my camper to make sure my truck tires were aired up properly. When I noticed a few days after purchasing my camper on my first trip the manufacturer had missed a few things and I called Klein, they made right and got things done right away. I would highly recommend buying from the team here, they will go over and beyond and their follow up is great after purchase. Great folks, please support your local business the service is top notch!

I had a great experience dealing with Eddie and the rest of the team while purchasing and picking up my RV. Eddie is very knowledgeable and a great salesman. The service team that did my installation and orientation walkthrough on my RV were also very knowledgeable and thorough while going through the orientation and checking my new RV they addressed every issue or concern I had about my RV. Even though I bought a used RV from Klines the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was in good shape and working properly. I would and have already recommended Klines to my friends and family. I would purchase my next RV from Klines should I need another one.
