I ve been coming to J&A Collision for over 6 years now and serviced ~9 vehicles here just in the past few years. I live over 20 min away and pass by maybe 10 other shops on the way but still deal with these guys because their service simply cannot be topped.The employees here are experienced, professional, and will treat you like family. They get the job done on time and as promised. Communication is also excellent throughout the entire process.I have been especially appreciative of the knowledge passed on to me as a consumer with every experience I ve had with them. Usually when you take a car to a repair shop they ll just give you a quote with no substance. The guys at J&A collision especially Andy really take the time to break things down and educate you about what needs to be repaired and all of the options possible (notice I stated what needs to be repaired and not just what could be repaired). As a consumer having this type of transparency is important to me since it allows me to make a well-informed decision for what is best in *my* situation. This type of service also proves that the employees truly care about their customer which is why I stay loyal to this location.Regardless of your service/repair needs, if you make your way to the J&A Collision shop you re already on the right track.Services: Transmission replacement, Wheel alignment, Auto battery maintenance, Auto tire replacement, Air conditioning

My guy Dre made sure he did everything in his power to get my car back to how it was and I truly appreciate it. If I need anything done to my 2019 Jeep I will be going to him and recommending any and everyone to them. They get the job done, and does a wonderful job, hands down

If u want quality work done this is the place , they have seasoned vets working on the vehicles and you can see the experience in the workmanship. I've been to a lot of little shops and this one puts them all to shame and I would put there work up against any big companies out there. 5 star for sure if they had 10 they would get 11
