Had my bike for about two months. Made sure it was perfect all the way around before they got it to me. 1627$ later she runs like she is brand new. Re-wired, new handlebars, new blinkers all the way around, new license plate bracket, entire new clutch system and lever. She is back screaming would recommend anyone going there and having work done. Will be bringing all of my Honda equipment here from now on.

My go-to dealership for mechanical repairs on my bikes. They are VERY trustworthy, highly skilled, and treat you with respect. I haven't had much of any interaction with the sales dept but I can promise you their service dept is on point. I am very meticulous about my bikes. Take it from a stickler for detail, you are safe to take your metric bikes here.

Had a bad experience at another Honda dealer and decided to call around to see if anyone else a little farther had a specific bike I was looking for. Called and spoke with Dave about purchasing the bike and he gave me the exact price and set up a time for me to come a couple days later. Steve ended up finishing the sale with me and he honestly was what made me write this review. He made the process easy and quick. Steve also even loaded the bike up for me and took the time to show me how to properly secure it down. I will be back for another bike in the future and its worth the extra drive to come to this shop.

Lots of great people working here. I have not purchased a motorcycle from them, however, I always go here when I need parts, oil, or accessories for my Rebel 1100. The parts guys are extremely knowledgeable. I ve asked them questions about putting parts on my bike that weren t bike specific and they always give me good advice. They re just a couple miles from my house so I can easily swing by on my way to work. Definitely check this place out if you can.

On June 23rd 2022I picked up my carbs that were clended properly but the floats were never set to spechs or the float valves which caused gas to flood the crankcase3months later and 6 oil changesI personally adjusted floats properly and float valvesI no longer have gas going to my crankcaseThe service manager Jeff claimed the floats and valves were set to spech ( he lied )The owner BrianSaid he stood by his service managerIt cost me more in oil changes than to have the cabuerator cleaned( and NOT set to specs for floats and valve floats)U be the judge I'm posting pics from the day I picked up my carbsAn employee held up the bowls ,If u look closely u will notice floats are not same heightsU may or may not get the service from this business ( Honda/ Suzuki of Warren)It's. up to u to take that riskAs for particles in tank - or in jetsWhy after me MYSELF adjustadjustingFloats. and Float valves does bike now run properly with no gas going to crankcaseI was wondering how this business was able to surviveNow I know

i want to take a moment to surmise my experience with Honda Suzuki of Warren.other than making the transaction very smooth, Dave Moore and his team mean business, they know motorcycles and the spirit of travelling on the two wheels. which enables them to educate their customers with the most important instructions to have a trouble free time on your motorcycles. I felt cared for.dont expect any emotions, it is strictly business, which is what anybody wants from a great transaction.I endorse Dave's team, if you need a motorcycle, go talk to them.they have decent inventory (not as much as some other dealers - I hope this changes), and great deals.so yeah, you can trust them to handle your motorcycle purchase.

I've only ever been here to shop for riding gear and a few things for washing and waxing my bike, but the sales people were very kind and intentive. They have a good selection of jackets, gloves and lids and a lot of quality bike maintenance products. I will definitely continue shopping at Honda Suzuki of Warren.

Originally went there to buy a grom. The process was smooth and no pressure. My fiance loved the minimoto idea, so the next weekend we picked up a Navi. While picking up the Navi, I noticed the new Suzuki 8s. I had never seen or heard of this bike before as it hadn't made it to the website yet and is a new release. I loved the style and had to have it. Went to pick up the 8s and the fiance fell in love with the GSXR250. In 4 weeks we bought 4 bikes between the two of us. Steve was awesome to deal with. We dealt with the parts department for helmets and misc other things, they were great as well. Having no pressure was great. Email communication was great. I bought bikes here in 2004 and since then they have changed ownership. Steve's day off is Monday so we had some dealings with the owner (Brian?), and he was great and very appreciative of our business. Not one bad thing to say about our dealings with them so far. We will be back for cruisers in a year or two probably.

They screwed me out of a helmet. The bike was delivered without the helmet. I paid top dollar for the bike and helmet. This store is terrible experience. They rip you off.

Went in person 2x to try and purchase a motorcycle, salesman Hunter was nice but didn t seem like he knew what he was doing, Everytime he said he would call back he never called back I had to call him multiple times he scanned our credit told us we were approved gave him everything he needed had to go back and fourth multiple times because he wasnt updating us with anything for him to tell us we werent approved 5 days of going back n fourth. Mind you I called and spoke to someone different requesting for another salesman to help us out NEVER received a call back. It was unbelievable I guess they didn t want to make a sale. I tried to be patient but I give up. I ve never felt so displeased by a store.

I purchased a new motorcycle (Honda Montesa 4RT 301) from Honda Suzuki of Warren in May of this year. The service provided by my salesperson and the dealership was 100% positive. Dave Moore, Sales, was excellent; friendly, un-pushy, knowledgeable and very straightforward in relation to negotiation and transaction. I'm happy to recommend them.

My experience at Honda Suzuki of Warren was awesome. Both the sales team and management made my experience buying my 2018 GSX-R1000R as pleasurable as possible. The staff was knowledgable on their product offerings and pleasant when posed with questions. I would highly recommend going in and speaking with Dave or Brian if you are interested in making a purchase.

Honda Suzuki of Warren is the perfect place to find your next motorcycle or ATV. The selection is impressive, and the staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. And the prices are unbeatable - they're often lower than at other dealerships in the area. Plus, the service department is top-notch - they always take great care of my bike.

Called Warren Honda / Suzuki in regards to purchasing a new machine was on hold for 19 minutes. When I finally did talk to a salesman, Hunter and asked him a few questions he had to put me on hold again to get the answers. When asking questions about the warranty on the machine and also on the belt, and if they had one in stock, I received answers like it should be, I believe so. Really felt like the salesman was following somebody else s lead, He did not seem very knowledgeable in regard to their products. Ever since the dealership changed hands about three or four years ago, it has been going downhill I would really consider looking elsewhere for any of your Honda or Suzuki needs.

I had three experiences here in less than a month and all were great. My first visit was to purchase a helmet for my beginner rider course and to ask questions about choosing and buying a motorcycle. The people in parts were very friendly and helpful with my gear selection. Steve, the sales manager, was very encouraging to me as a first time rider. He also patiently answered all my questions, which made me feel confident that the bike I decided on would suit my needs. I was informed there was a short waitlist but he would be in contact when it was my turn.Steve called as promised when my bike was available and set up a convenient time for me to stop in and sign the paperwork. He also offered to keep my motorcycle at the dealership until I passed my instructional class in two weekends, so I could be the first to ride it.My last visit was to pick up my Honda Rebel 500, which I absolutely LOVE! Every step of the way Steve gave me great advice and the knowledge he imparted on me helped me start off on a positive note.As a woman, and as a first time rider and owner, I feel I was treated very well. I highly recommend Honda Suzuki of Warren.

1st off update your website to reflect your true business practices. If you dont offer test rides don't give me the ability to schedule one. 2nd if you aren't able/unwilling to order product for customers don't advertise that you do. 3rd when given a quote over the phone, I received a different out the door price when I came in. When questioned on it "Oh I forgot that I added a service package." So be wary of the final numbers as the sales guys seem to be cool with adding extras without saying anything. Not that I was in some super rush, but I was a bit embarrassed for your sales associate when he said we would have to wait to go over the fincianing because he is sharing a desk.

Really nice place to look at some great bikes. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. Ask for Steve, he was fantastic with getting the bike I wanted and telling me about different options and making sure I was comfortable with the bike. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with what I would be getting and that it fit with what I would be using it for. Highly recommend stopping in.

Got service done today, the final bill came out higher than expected. I asked to see the original quote I signed agreeing to the service being done and they refused to show it to me. The mistake in the final price could have been my fault, but refusing to show the customer the original quote with signature is a huge red flag (The receipt I received was the one without my signature). Good and quick service for my bike, terrible customer service. (Edited for typos)

Unfortunately my experience with the service department was bad. Very Very bad.I brought my 07 Bandit 1250 in for inspection and repairs. I wanted problems with the fuel system trouble shot. After replacing the fuel pressure regulator the bike still did not run properly. The service manager recommended it would be best to cut my losses short and sell the bike. He told me the throttle bodies and power commander were faulty, and to replace them would cost $1.5-2K minimum . I paid the $500.00 bucks for the fuel regulator and inspection and picked my bike up. When I got the bike home, I simply plugged in the power commander, replaced the spark plugs, and slightly raised the idle screws. The bike runs perfectly. I am very disappointed with the final recommendations from the service manager to sell the bike. The throttle bodies and power commander are functional. All the bike needed was new spark plugs. HOW COULD THEY MISS THIS??????

This team provides stellar customer service. As a new rider buying his first motorcycle, I visited several motorcycle dealers in recent weeks, and none came close to the professionalism, knowledge and patience with a new rider as Steve. I feel tremendously confident in the purchase and appreciated his friendly advice and no-push approach. Matt and Rick were equally helpful with selecting gear and everything else. Honestly, this is one of the best buying experiences I have ever had with any significant purchase. Thanks, guys!

Pretty much couldn't have had a better experience.Steve in sales shot me straight, gave a great deal, had all the paperwork ready for me when I got there (20 minutes before closing!) They helped me set up the surprise for my son, showed him the ins and outs of his new ride, then helped load it!Top notch people with good prices.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Steve to purchase a bike from here. I really liked the relaxed atmosphere and I never felt pressured to pull the trigger on anything. You can tell they care about customers and try to give as much info as possible, they even let me come in after closing to wrap up paperwork. Looking forward to doing business with these guys again in the future. 5

I have nothing but the best to say about this shop. Their customer service is outstanding. I had them mount and balance a few tires. I was expecting to leave them overnight since I came an hour until closing. They easily got the job done and sent me on my way before they shut the doors.I'll be back whenever I need parts.
