Warning Do not buy a car from them , I bought a car and from day one it had Major problems, Rick the owner will pretend to be nice untill you buy the car then it's to bad for you. Every month it's another major problem. Have put thousands into it now it has a transmission problem ,Warning if you buy a car it's to bad for you

This place may be small, but Richard has a big heart. I bought my new Toyota Corolla at a great price. Car runs great! Richard and Chelsea made the process easy for me. Not a lot of dealership fees. I didn t feel like I got swindled for a down payment..Richard help me out because I was a little skeptical about asking my credit union for another loan. Richard made me feel comfortable and made my buying process easy! He also bought me food! I ll definitely be back to shop with Grimald auto sales!

Grimaldi is the best dealership out here what a lovely time going down there never did I feel rushed or confused thru the process Richard is a out standing guy and will help you thru the process and will make sure you are happy and you walk away with what you want and makes your standards are high and achieved before signing off on anything god bless him and his family!!!!!!Cadillac 2015 cts

I would not recommend checking out or buying cars from here. I checked out a Honda and was very interested in buying it and took it to an independent mechanic of mine (as recommended by Richard) and the inspection came back finding things I was just not willing to deal with or repair. It came back that their are power steering, rack and pinion, ball joint, and tire issues. I repeatedly told him I was no longer interested in the car due to the results and thanked him for his time. It seems like he is a nice guy until you say you re no longer interested. I was asked the purpose of taking it to the mechanic, but he recommended me to take it to one in the first place. I am simply an informed buyer and want a reliable first car. I d say if you come here don t just go buy looks, follow what I did go to an independent mechanic (not his people) for an inspection, it will save your life.

I recently had to get a new car last month and I decided to search online and came across this beautiful 2012 Ford Focus that was at Grimaldi auto sales. I was super nervous about getting another car but when I went there and met with Richard and Maria they put my mind at ease and made it super easy. If I ever have to get a car or recommend someone I will definitely send them to Grimaldis. Thank you guys so much!

Rick is absolutely fabulous. He treated me and my lady like we were family. He worked to save us money. To accommodate us. To educate us and to facilitate a pleasant overall experience for us. He trusted me... and I him. I sent my son his info. Hope he shops here to. I will most definitely be back. And yes Rick the guys past the BP took GREAT CARE of us when we mentioned your name. Thank you for everything brother.

My boyfriend and I just bought a car from them! It was my first time ever buying a car and everyone there was so helpful. It did not feel like it was a business transaction, it felt like we were part of the family. Maria sat down with us for over an hour and explained what our loan would look like and how different options would affect us. Dennis was very helpful and kind, he answered all the questions we had about the car we chose. Everyone there was friendly and honest. Highly suggest coming here for your next car, it s worth it!!

Rick is a wolf in sheep's clothing! I paid over $14,000.00 for an f150 4�4 spent over $2,000.00 for an extended warranty and within less than 4 years my truck's frame broke in half while having my tires changed! Still owed $2,000.00 on it. When I asked Rick for help, he gave me some names, and some back peddling, "sorry your warranty was up four months ago" Never took responsibility. All about sales people! I made the mistake of trust. "If there is ever a problem" he said. What disrespect. You should be ashamed of your self Rick! Your father would disapprove I'm sure. Disgusted

If you are looking for a used car, check out Marie and Richard with Grimaldi. This if our first experience with Grimaldi and they could not have been any nicer. What a refreshing experience in the area of used car shopping. Make Grimaldi your first stop when looking for used cars. It's an unassuming location, but don't let that fool you. They took care of us under a tight time frame and we closed in 24 hours, and they handled everything including Secretary of State chores.

Rick and Maria we re really nice, extremely helpful and not pushy at all. They work hard to find or get what you need to keep their family business going. By far my best experience buying a used car in my 30 years of driving! I would not be afraid to recommend the Grimaldi auto sales family to my friends and family

Great people, with great cars. Went into the dealership on defense mode due to experiences with shady salesman before, but after test driving the car, getting it inspected myself, etc. I realized there was really nothing to be worried about. I had a great, honest salesman, Richard. He was patient, addressed all of my concerns, and made sure I left a happy customer. The business is family owned and operated. If anyone is interested in a vehicle at this dealership, I would definitely encourage him/her to give Grimaldi a try.Thank you Rick, Chris, and the rest of the crew for a great experience buying a beautiful Acura TSX.

A very family centered/themed business with good vehicles at good prices.They want to help make an informed opinion on what you want versus making a sale, which made me feel comfortable when working with them. They also gave me extra info about the car I was interested in and when I decided to purchase a car from them, they made sure that the purchasing experience was as smooth as possible. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I didn't actually purchase a vehicle from them. They had a truck I wanted. I test drove it. It was a very clean truck with low miles. It drove perfectly. I was very close to buying it. I just found something a few years newer somewhere else. (Although I paid more for newer) The sales guy, Nate was very down to earth. In fact, I had about an hour long conversation with him about work, family, life before I left. The kind of guy you could have a beer with. Rick, the finance manager was also a great guy to talk to. He wanted to help me get a deal done. I feel confident that I will buy a used car from Grimaldi in the future.

Vehicles are well maintained and then test drive was a wonderful experience. I just don't know if I can buy the vehicle that I drove. The saleswoman was very nice. Love the smooth drive. My fiancee was just as impressed as I was!

My daughter needed a new car so we went to Grimaldi and had a great experience! At first, I was worried because it's not a big dealership, but they put her in a beautiful car for a great price! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. No pushy salesman. I would recommend them to anyone and I will shop there again!

It was worth the drive from Port Huron. We got a great van within our budget. We told Rick our budget and needs. He did the rest. We love it and thank you for taking off money from the selling price to get new brakes., the price was already low. 'Grimaldi also followed up after the sale. Good business. We'll be back.

I have been in the auto finance business for 2 years. We've worked with Rick and Maria on 20 plus cars and have not had one complaint about the quality or condition of the vehicles! This is one of the very few dealers that I personally would send my family members to. Very honest and trustworthy dealership!

The seller Deborah was amazing, from my first call to inquire, to me driving home in my new car! I have 2 small children and was terrified of buying a used car/lemon. After I bought the car, I took it to my regular mechanic and asked for the usual oil change, tune up and new tires, as everyone does or should do when purchasing a used vehicle, and to my surprise, my mechanic told me I didn't need ANY of that! He said everything under the hood looked perfect and the tires looked brand new. He gave me windshield wiper fluid and sent me on my way. I was able to get a 2013 vehicle for less than $6000. I know how it feels for a car dealer to take your hard earned money and sell you a bold car but I FINALLY feel like I found a car dealership that I can trust. Thank you Deborah!

I searched in my vicinity for a used car and then stumbled upon Grimaldi because they had the car I wanted AND the best prices. The hour drive was more than worth it. The staff is fantastic. The cars and prices are the best I found anywhere. I have told anyone looking for a used car to check them out and have even offered to drive them out there if they didn't want to deal with the commute. I've had my car for a year now and am still super happy with it and my experience there. Definitely check them out!

My 1st Online Purchase Experience a Decade AgoI bought a six or seven year old Prius and drove it home from Detroit to Idaho. The car was exactly what they had said it was. Great condition. They picked me up at the airport, and made the whole process as easy and simple as can be. From the time I landed at the airport to the time I drove off the lot with my car, it was probably less than two and a half hours. I would buy from them again with complete confidence.

Though I didn't buy the car I was interested in, I had a pleasant car shopping experience. The salesman Zac was fantastic.. friendly, casual, open, and very reasonable... I understand that they do have a business to run, and my salesman did everything to work with me but unfortunately the sales people are bound by their management, and weren't able to accommodate to the terms I wanted.. Zac was very open and honest with all the costs and took the time to shuffle the numbers to get at a price that I felt was reasonable, and showed me as much as he was capable of the vehicle history and prior ownership... I regret that he wasn't able to get his superiors to agree to my terms as I really liked the vehicle and was comfortable about its history.. I was willing to pay more than several other similar vehicles for that piece of mind and being a local dealer, unfortunately we weren't able to come to an agreement and I ended up getting another similar car out of state 300 miles away...I just want to say that the sales team are great, sincere people and they will put in the work to draft a reasonable offer as well as provide as much information as they can and answer your questions..

I purchased a Chevy Cruze in June 2019 and have taken the car in twice due to the engine light within 4 weeks. At this point I have spent over 1,000 dollars in repairs. I do not believe they inspected the car properly before it was sold. I will never buy from this dealer again. I also discourage others from purchasing cars from them.The salesperson called me after this review was posted. I was told that had I brought it to them they would have refereed me to their preferred mechanics. I have a trusted mechanic and also received several quotes. Since the car is not under warranty I did not expect some form of reimbursement nor once the salesperson contacted me was I offered any. I understand failure is sometimes unpredictable, but what the seller offers in response to failure is. After speaking with the salesperson I still do not believe the repair would have been less or that they would have born any of the expense. I was also told I should write a letter to GM about how my car is failing blaming them. I found this to be passive aggressive. This all occurred within the first 30 days of Ownership.

I got a great car at a really good price. The people that own and work here gave me the best car buying experience I've ever had ( and I'm old..lol), They will work to find the best car for you at the best price they can and then continue afterwards to help in any way they can. Thank you Zac (my cutie sales guy), Rick and Maria (the warm and wonderful owners) and the very mechanically talented Nate.

Bought a Volvo xc90 from them. The car had its transmission die as i was driving it home. Rick grimaldi, has bin working with me for two weeks to get the car fixed and drivable on the limited budget i have along with keeping me informed about whats going on with my car. Not the best experience but it's what you do with the bad ones that really matters.Update, after received the card back after almost four weeks in the shop, i was not only happy to get my car back but to also have rich continue to help me find sulutions to the other issues this car is having. This is a group of people who care and try to insure your happiness. Also rich called me after i had the car for a couple of days to see if i was liking it I have boughten a number of vehicles from major dealerships like Suburban and other ones in our area and I've never receive service like that before I've never had a follow-up call to make sure I was actually happy with the vehicle I was driving.

Nate and Rick treated us like family. Our vehicle was sold below the true car price listed on the third party website. Staff even stayed late to accommodate our purchase. I would purchase from here again without a second thought!

Deborah worked with us and bent over backwards to get my boyfriend into the truck he really wanted! I appreciated how honest and real she was, which isn't a quality you find in many car sales people!We'll definitely be coming back when it's time to upgrade my car!
