Samantha Did a fantastic job helping me purchase a brand new Toyota Tacoma. She was very helpful and kind and made the trade in and finance process smooth and quick. Would recommend asking for Samantha Steed if you are looking to purchase new.

Great service, Great prices, very helpful. I appreciate the help from my salesman Jc who made me feel more like family than another customer. He listen to my needs and want when deciding on a vehicle fit for me. I was given an answer to every question I had asked. Overall an amazing job. I will definitely be recommending friends and family to them and will be a returning customer in the future when I m ready for my next vehicle. They even have a shuttle to help with transportation for their customers.

I'm very happy with our new vehicle purchase. Syed & Syeda helped us trade in and trade up to a new Rav 4. He gave us a very good trade in price, also went out of his way to make sure we had the car that day. We couldn't be happier.

Had a great experience with Lee locking down a Tundra for me. He went above and beyond to work out getting me into my new truck and helping me through the whole process. He put in a great effort working to get me the truck I wanted for the right price. Overall a great purchasing experience.

Had a little trouble trying to schedule on their website but it may have been due to our home network.Was promptly waited on in the service department by Andy. It was my first time with Golling but Andy found my vehicle s record and advised what should be done for my vehicle in addition to the basic oil change and tire rotation. Service was done and I was able to get back and away before rush hour. Thanks to Andy and the rest of the staff for fast and efficient work.Only fault was prices seem to have gone up (just like just about everywhere else).

I originally went here when I was shopping for my car, and came back for its warranty services. I absolutely love this dealership and service department. They're always helpful, quick to respond and you don't have to wait long for services. The waiting area is very clean and has good coffee. Chris performed my vehicle's service today and he was very professional, thorough and friendly. I'll be back for every future service!

Samantha at Gollong Toyota provided excellent service for purchasing a Rav 4 Hybrid. She was very helpful and courteous with the purchase. Golling sells cars at MSRP without a surcharge. The facilities were clean and pleasant to be inand they are located conveniently outside of the highway.

I was very satisfied with the whole experience with this dealership and the sales representative Ronnie Reeves. Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional people with high work ethics. They take care of everything from a to z. All I had to do was telling them what I wanted then I drove away happy with the whole experience.When it s time to buy a vehicle it has to be durable, efficient, and high qualityAnd Toyota has it all and topped with amazing people who make sure that their customers are happy and satisfied.Highly recommended AAA

Had a wonderful experience on my last repair visit. Mary McGee was extremely helpful and thorough in explaining charges, procedures, and following up with phone calls. She also suggested scheduled maintenance without any pressure. Golling could not of found a better service team!

Samantha make it really easy for me to buy my Corolla!!! I work 3rd shift so communicating takes longer, she was very patient and communicated by text, email and phone calls to suit my schedule. We had everything set up so when I came in to sign the paperwork I didn't have to sit around waiting.

Samantha was super helpful! I gave her an idea of the type of car I was looking for and the price range I wanted to stay in and she went above and beyond to find the perfect one for me! Brought SUV in for maintenance they took the car and told me that I might as well leave it because they had to diagnose the problem. I signed a document that I would pay $180 for diagnosing the problem. They called like an hour later and said that they fixed it, a simple heat shield had fallen loose and was scraping on the exhaust. Came back in, and was told that my total price was $180.00 + $18.00 ..for bolting on a heat shield. I mean, c mon. That was a minuscule repair and you had to make sure that you charged me $18.00 for some washers (literally just normal washer, I looked under the car) on TOP of that $180.00.At the end of the day, I get it, I signed the document. Ya got me, I will pay you $180.00. But don t expect me to ever return for service. I know that it took you 5 minutes of work. And charging me another $18.00 on top of that for some washers???Look at my service records. I have meticulously maintained my truck at Toyota dealerships for years. Won t be maintaining it at your dealership, that s for sure. I ve never been nickel and dimed like this before.What makes it even funnier is that one of your employees approached me about the great condition of my truck and asked if he could make an offer on buying it because it s so clean and you don t have enough Toyotas on the lot. And then you guys proceed to ..charge me $200 bucks for a loose heat shield.Two stars, it s not one star because the maintainer did fix the very minor issue. I know it s not him setting these ridiculous rates.

Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and helped us with an issue we were having with the hood of our car being covered in tar. Always a good experience at this dealership. Highly recommend!

Maintenance was quick and easy and Andy was very helpful getting us in and out with very little wait time. Syed and Syeda were very helpful as well with coordinating a remote start install. All around a really great experience!

Makes Yousif has an Awesome/positive attitude and helped me get out of my jeep into a RAV4! He made sure I knew About all the features the vehicle has to offer! Also stayed late on a Saturday to make sure my experience was amazing!
