This place is very friendly, Ron worked very very hard to make sure we got the best deal possible. We traded in a vehicle and he negotiated not once but twice on my behalf to get a higher trade in value.The vehicle we got was a very good price, and again Ron negotiated on my behalf to get the vehicle price even lower then listed. Ron was very nice and not pushy at all. He let me change my mind and was honest about every vehicle so I made sure to get something that best fit my needs.Throughout the purchase and financing process Ron was very good at keeping communication and I never felt lost or forgotten. He consistently made me feel like a priority.

Dorian was my sales rep, and he was fantastic. Getting into a new vehicle takes some time and he didn t keep me sitting there bored out of my mind. Very nice guy and will hold a great conversation with you. Also worked with me to the best of his ability to get me into the vehicle I wanted. Love my second vehicle from them, and I know that I ll be back again in the future.

Ron Zontini was awesome. My daughter was in an accident and needed to get a new car we came down and test drove a car and he was great. He answered all our questions and was very professional and knowledgeable about his inventory....we decided to buy with him and the process was smooth and pressure free... He didn't hover or push he treated us like we were family. Thanks Ron Zontini for restoring my faith in car sales people.

Purchased a used Wrangler. I was pretty gun-shy having been burnt by some purchases in the past from other dealerships. I can say from this experience that Galeana's proved that they run their business with honesty and integrity. I would absolutely consider them for future car purchases. A huge thanks to Dakota, I'm glad he answered my initial call because he was awesome to work with throughout the whole thing.

Hands down best experience I've had buying a car in my life. Not only was Dakota able to get me the most money for my trade in, but was also extremely knowledgeable on every car I was looking at. Additionally, it was a super fast process. He was able to get me in and out of the dealership and in my new car within just a couple hours. He will be the only person I will work with in the future whenever I need a new car!!

Kinda stuck between a rock and a hard place with this. I bought a 2017 Hyundai Tucson from here near the middle of January 2024 after my old car crapped out and required much more than what it was worth to get it repaired. Ron was helpful in getting me in to see the car, drive it and get the ball rolling for a loan. He answered all my questions and he did help me get an extended warranty.Fast forward to now, I took the car in to a Hyundai dealer to look at it because something was not sounding right. Turns out, all 4 brakes were non-existent (meaning they had been run down to nothing left) and all 4 tires should've been replaced months ago. I asked questions when I was looking at the car, specifically how long do I have left on the tires and I was told "Put a coin in the thread" to see. I asked not only the Hyundai service center but ANOTHER mechanic if I could've caused the brakes and tires to have this much damage and I was told this would take months for them to end up in this condition, not the short time frame I had owned it for. So it was definitely not my fault. I called up Ron and he told me to bring it in to him and his manager would look at it. By that time Hyundai was already starting the repair work on the vehicle because the car was not safe to be on the road. The Service Center manager at Hyundai offered to contact Ron on my behalf to explain the situation in better details and to see if they'd offer some kind of compensation due to the fact that the required repairs should've been done before I ever bought the car. When the manager called me she told me Ron was very rude and snippy with her and that if I had just brought it in "it wouldn't have these problems".Overall I feel like they're good at getting you into something quick and answering your questions in the hopes to please you, but it doesn't feel like I was taken care of as someone looking for something that wouldn't need massive repair work within a month of purchase, especially after I explained what happened with my previous car. Now I'm out over $2600 to completely replace all 4 brakes, all the tires and fix an oil leak.

This as my first time buying a car from a dealership and Dakota was amazing! He made the process super easy and was very knowledgeable about everything that I asked him. I would definitely recommend coming here and talking to Dakota for anything that you may need. I will certainly be back in the future!

I purchased a used truck through Galeana's. When test driving, there was an issue starting the truck initially, so I questioned the battery. I also noticed an issue with the window trim that I asked about. They said they would check the battery and fix the window trim. After test driving and thinking on it for a few days, I decided to purchase the truck. After talking over the phone, I asked about the battery again. They said they had tested the battery and the battery had no issues - it was just from the truck sitting a while. I also questioned the window trim and they said it was already fixed. They also said the truck would have a full tank of gas when I picked it up.When going to actually purchase and pick up truck (2.5 hours from home), I know I should have checked, but I took their word for it that everything was done. We were also in a bit of a hurry due to children's schedules that day. After taking off down the road, I realized the truck had less than a 1/4 tank of gas - nowhere near the full tank they had promised. After getting home, I checked the window trim and that had not been fixed either. Finally, for the first 3 weeks, if the truck sat more than 2 days in a row, it would not start without a jump. I ended up having to replace the battery myself which completely resolved the issue. Prior to replacing the battery, I contacted the dealer about the gas and window trim. They followed up and, even though they had initially told me the window trim was fixed, apparently the piece itself was backordered for a month. It is now 2.5 months later and I have yet to hear back about this. They did not offer anything to make up for the gas.Overall, I believe I still received a good deal for the vehicle I purchased, but was not overly impressed by the dealer. If you are told certain things are included or will be fixed prior to purchase, please don't make the mistake I did and take their word for it. Look it over and ensure everything is correct before leaving the lot.

I recently took my Tow Truck (RAM 5500) to Galeana s Van Dyke Dodge. In the early stages of them diagnosing my truck it took over 1 month with hick-ups. Well they did great work but the only issue is some recall work that they did needed to be done again after it almost blew a rear wheel off after smoking. I reached out to the dealership since they had done the work. I spoke with ERIC the service manager and he indeed did stand by his work with the recall and my brake caliper sticking because of their techs default. Well little to say they not only took care of their own mistake but they did it in a timely fashion. I was pretty worried about the place at first because things seems awkward because I did in deed base my entire experience on the first time but overall it was worth it and ERIC made me feel comfortable and confident as a customer AGAIN. If you plan to conduct business with Galeana s Van Dyke Dodge , in which I highly recommend , give Eric or Time a call they will help with what ever is needed.- GEVON ClemonsAG RECOVERY SERVICES LLC

So I wanted to give a higher score but I couldn't.I purchased a 2019 power wagon from Ron in used cars. It's a beautiful awesome used truck that only they had. It had everything we expected and was glad to find it.We met Ron to get an appraisal on our trade in and next steps. He asked us if we had it appraised anywhere else and I told him the numbers and what dealership and showed proof as well. He started to go on about excuses why his number will be lower. And sadly there number was a whopping 4k lower then anywhere else. It was heart breaking. We filled out there app and went home and contemplate. It was hard to pull the trigger but we did they had the best looking truck out if the other dealers.Then payment issues came up. We needed another 1500 dollars (mainly because of the 4k low ball offer to make up on the trade in) I came up with the extra money and the payment was high. I had to verbally argue with Ron to remove the gap and extended warranty to make the payment lower. I had to tell him several times I will pass to get him to remove it.NEWS FLASH RON...IF SOMEONE DOESNT WANT SOMETHING...THEN DONT KEEP PUSHING FOR ITNo issues with truck though....sales doesn't know where the warn winch controller is....Ron said it was a option to get the controller.....so they install the winch but no controller.
