Super friendly guys here! They know their stuff and helped me with my alternator today. I was so happy with the service I even gave them a tip! It s not often you find shops like this that are honest.

I just had my first experience with this shop and was happy with the product. I brought them my failing starter from my Subaru and they were able to turn it around in a day for a price well below the big chain auto parts stores. I installed the starter and the Subaru now has a very strong start.

Amazing person stayed after hours to get my car back to me the same day and had amazing customer service and he also stayed after to do extra work on my motor that the last mechanic messed up on and fixed it

been two weeks my starter was dropped, they will never call you back if you don't. This is the second bad experience with them, will never use again.

I have ABSOLUTELY ZERO worries since my shop has used Finish Line's services since 2011.My shop sends maybe 20+ charging system component rebuild jobs to Finish Line, for my customers. Jerry, his brother and the whole great crew over there have not let me down ONCE! 110% TRUTH! Honest, great work and great prices! I never feel like I've been ripped off or overcharged by them. I highly recommend you try them.

I needed a specific pulley, and I ran all over town for four days trying to find a suitable replacement. Walked in with hardly any notice, and they got me a perfectly suitable replacement with fresh paint on it. Very professional and down to earth guys.

I use to patronize this establishment at the old location, some years ago. Today was my first time coming to the new location, and the gentlemen were very polite. I needed to have my starter rebuilt, the guy (Dave) took my part and info. and said that they will call me when my part was ready...I dropped it off around,11am, I received a call to pick up my part, around 1 pm the same day. My starter looked like new, and they said that I have a 2 year warranty on the part. These guys are great! and I really appreciate their customer service, and quality of work. I look forward to continuing to patronize this establishment in the future. N. Brown

They do great work and were quicker than they said 2 hours to rebuild my alternator for 97 ese300 and they didn't just rebuilt it they gave me upgrade from 90 to 180 amp output off newer model Toyota.Dan and Dave were very polite and helpful.

Yesterday I went to get a starter for my truck, it was the 1st time I had ever been there. I heard good thing's about them so I thought I'd give it a try. Janos pulled the part I needed, he went above and beyond during my visit to make sure I had everything I needed. I had been having a rough few day's prior to going in to pick up my part and his kindness actually made me cry actual tears. It's really nice to know we still have kind hearted people in this world. He made my day, therefore I think I may have found a new auto parts store when I need part's in the future. Thank you again Janos, and the rest of the staff for being so kind and helpful. It's always appreciated.

I just left there 8/12/22.The young man at the counter had dark hair and glasses.I said i needed a altenator for a 57 chevy that had a newer small block chevy.He let out a big sigh and rolled his eyes.It was so obvious that i was annoying him i asked is that a problem?He then said you wont get it today and there are 20 in front of you.I asked if they had units rebuilt already that i could just buy and he replied those go quick even though we had not identified what i needed.He made it clear through his actions and words that he was not interested in my business and he got his wish.I will never buy from them.What a poor first experiance .

Above all they're honest people and your money is staying local. I purchased a starter for $75.00 and blew out the gear 3 times because of a timing issue I had a hard time figuring out. They warrantied the starter each time even though it was my fault. Needless to say I've been coming to them for the past ten years now. Great guys that work here and they know their stuff.

I m new to the area and Scott and his team were awesome! They were recommended through a friend. They were so patient with me and having tow problems and even with me being behind schedule they STILL fit me in and had me done on time!! Thankyou guys!!

Nice guy but brought my starter and alternator in for my 67 Camaro and both do not work. Very disappointed given I drove an hour there and back to drop and pick them up. Would not recommend.

I have had custom alternators made here for the last 12yrs. Does great work for all the cars I work on.. Always repaired in a timely manor and if you have any questions they will take the time to explain it to you... Thank you guy for your dedicated service & quality to the public.

I wish I could give this arrogant guy a zero rating. His quality work on a alternator for my Grand Caravan left me stranded on the road 3 times in less than 3 months and twice within the first 48 hours. He must think on site mechanics and or tow trucks are free. I don't think I've ever given a one star in my life.

Great guys! Offered an awesome price for a self install alternator with a 2 yr warranty! Unfortunately it did go bad, but they came outside in the snow and replaced it on the spot, no questions asked! Very pleased!! I will return and highly recommend!

I recommend Finish Line Starter and Alternator to anyone who wants a superior product at a fair price! The staff is knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. A wonderful experience all the way around.
