They fixed my front and rear window on my chrysler town and country van for way cheaper than any other place I called by far. The woman at the front is awesome . She deserves a star all by herself. She makes the customer service great. That's all that counts . Oh and the price. Lol I can laugh I'm so happy with the price

I did wait 2 hours more than expected but that was because the supplier gave them the wrong part. But other than that the receptionist was very nice and the service was great! I do recommend Excellent Auto glass and will be going back.

I sat in the lobby and waited for my windshield to get fix, Service was really quick and the lady at the front desk was really nice. Totally recommend if you want your window replaced quickly

My girlfriend was driving and someone chucked a rock at her rear passenger window and broke it! We called other places including Safeflight and other services before finding this place. They wanted $400 for the repair while cheap auto glass asked for only $149!!! The other companies also couldn t do it until a week later, this place took us right in!Very responsive service, great value, excellent work done. Excellent auto glass place! Everything you need glass windows switches wipers. You ask them they can find it. Honestly have gone to them for years even before he was at 8 and van dyke. Always fast and always courteous. They are friendly and easy to work with. If you need any glass in your vehicle they can help you out. I've never had a better experience at an auto glass place. Their service was a bit poor in my opinion. It took them 3rd try to find out the problem with my car, and because of this, I lost almost $100.00 for nothing. Now if they had done the 3rd try for me for free, because I already paid for it on the 1st try, I wouldn't have complained, but even though they lowered the price on the 3rd try, but it still was a lot, and I lost almost $100.00 for nothing, because of their mistakes, and also because they didn't compensate for what I paid on the 1st try, by doing it for free. I'm not asking for free stuff, but considering the fact that I already paid for something, I shouldn't overpay because of their mistakes, that's what I'm talking about. So overall, their service is a bit poor, and I advise you guys to keep this place as last as possible on your list. From my experience.

Not a bad place, they had a little difficulty pinpointing what's the problem was, even though I knew what it was but they corrected it and were pretty reasonable about the price. Took 7 hours for them to correct the issues, but as I said they corrected the problem even though I knew what it was beforehand just haven't had the time to correct it myself so I took it to someone else to do it. So other than that I do give them a four star they are good at what they do, but sometimes they require a little assistance in correcting some issues that the owner is aware of and not them. Keep up the good work need a little bit more practice in repairing certain things on individuals vehicles.

I got an excellent price for replacing my windshield. They took me as a walk-in, though they take appointments if you want. It took about 2.5 hours rather than the 1.5 I was originally quoted at, but given that they did it for $100 less than the next lowest quote and took me same day, that extra hour is fine with me.I just got it done so I don't know if there were any problems with the work, but if you don't see an update saying there was, safe bet is that they did a good job.

They were slightly higher than most installers however I found the service to be superior they even did a little extra for me my door handle it was broken it was the way I had to open the door I had to hold a portion of my door so that the handle wouldn't come apart hard to explain however with a ribbage that be installer riveted a certain area of the door which now allows me to open up my door without having to hold a certain piece of the door long story short my door and my window was fixed at no additional cost which was a bonus excellent job at a fair price five stars

They came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! Extremely professional, accommodating and did an excellent job replacing the glass on my vehicle. Had a great experience with Albert and Ameer here. They did a perfect job with the best price on my windshield replacement. After some time, my sunroof motor broke. I asked the crew at excellent auto glass if they can do the job, and they were able to do it for a fraction of the cost the dealer quoted me. Great place and great service. Very good customer service and understanding of my replacing my car window. Told the man I didn't have a lot of time and he moved me to the front of the line to get it done. Very impressed and very fair price. They really know what they are doing..

I needed my Windshield replaced on my Ford Edge and they got it done in an hour with no problem! I originally tried Holbrook Auto on 6 mile and they were unprofessional and scammers!
