My daughter's vehicle was taken to this service center after an accident. I had no idea this facility was not an authorized partner with my insurance company. We had a rental for 30 days, so naturally the hope is to have the vehicle ready by that time. For starters, they never touched the car for TWO WEEKS. By the time the rental was due back, the car was not ready, so Bob agreed to pay for the extended rental for another 2 weeks. At the end of the two weeks, he called me and said the vehicle was "almost' ready. The airbag censors were not in the vehicle. I told Bob, "You understand by giving me this car back now, if something happens to my daughter, it will be your fault." Bob said, "Yes, I know." He told me he could not afford to pay for the rental anymore. When he gave us the vehicle back, the horn was not working, it was leaking coolant, had a funny smell and the lights were not working properly. There were some electrical issues. This facility was paid nearly $9000 and my daughter's car ran for a period of 3 months and upon investigation, we learn there was no oil in the engine and the engine locked. There were no oil leaks and the oil light never came on. When Bob was questioned, he immediately rose to the defense claiming he put oil in the car. Landrovers have a bulletproof engine. The car was driven less than 4000 miles and stopped. I filed a complaint with the state of Michigan and Bob was given a couple of citations for inappropriate servicing. My next filing is with BBB now.Services: Painting, Electrical

Old school craftsmanship and quality at its best ! Top notch materials, service and final results, for a fair price !When I picked my truck up the next day, I brought my 1998 Cadillac DeVille de'Elegance (Florida Clean) with 94K miles and traded Bob out, it's clean and rust free, just want to change the white to a pearl white.I appreciate the job Bob and his crew did on my Super Duty,Tuxedo Black Makeover, looks better then when it was brand new !HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

This place is absolutely amazing! Bob is a lifesaver and very fair. Even after being short staffed today he still got me in and out. The guys at Collision Direct do amazing work.Bob was extremely helpful and pointed me in the direction of everything that I needed. This is definitely the place to go for all your car needs!

Bob the owner brings 20+ years in collision repair & paint experience. I knew my truck was in great hands with him. He's honest, fair and trust worthy. Stop, don't go any where else with your auto repair. This is the place.

This place is awesome!!! Bob will take care of you. The people here at Collision Direct are the best. They helped me out tremendously and got me back on the road in no time. The pricing was fair and the work is quality. If you are looking for an auto shop this is the place to go.

Initially approached Collision Direct to get a quote on replacing my rear bumper after an accident. Out of 4 total quotes I received, Collision Direct came in at the most reasonable. I spoke directly with Bob the owner, and got a great feeling about his character and intentions from our first meeting. This took place in December 2018 mind you. Ultimately I decided not to get the job done because I did not feel it was a big enough priority at the time.Fast forward to July 2019, I had been dealing with water leakage in the trunk of my 2008 Buick Lucerne. I remembered my initial meeting with him and being impressed with the way I was treated, so I decided to get a water test done finally (which was at no cost to me) to determine where the leak in question was coming from.Bob determined where it was a few hours after bringing it in. He told me the tail light needs to be sealed and how much it would cost to fix. I Brought in early next week on a Monday, and he had it back to me the SAME DAY. I have had absolutely no leakage problems since.I am very pleased with Collision Direct's Service and the fairness of their prices. I will absolutely come back to them again if I need body work in the future!

Stopped in here for a quote, met with the owner. He told me he just moved in to this building November 2016 and has been in business for over 20 years. It's great to find shop that does an amazing job and stands behind it. I highly recommend this place! Stop here first and save your time not shop hopping.
