As a long-time customer of various auto repair shops, I must express my profound disappointment with the service I received at Borche's Hi Tec Auto Repair. My recent visit left me frustrated and dissatisfied, to say the least.First and foremost, the communication at Borche's Hi Tec Auto Repair was abysmal. It seemed as though the staff had no interest in keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle. I had to constantly chase them down for updates, only to be met with vague responses and excuses for delays. It's utterly unacceptable to leave customers in the dark about the progress of their repairs.Furthermore, the quality of workmanship at Borche's Hi Tec Auto Repair left much to be desired. After finally receiving my vehicle back, I discovered that the repairs were not done to the standard I expected. There were lingering issues that should have been addressed during the service, but instead, I was left with the same problems I came in with. It's clear that attention to detail and thoroughness are not priorities at this establishment.Overall, my experience at Borche's was nothing short of disappointing. From poor communication to shoddy workmanship and overpriced services, I cannot in good conscience recommend this auto repair shop to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and seek out a more reputable establishment for your automotive needs.

This is hands own one of the best auto repair experience I have had in a long time, Jason took excellent care of us. He drove our truck with a failing engine over the course of a few days to ensure everything was looked and for a proper diagnosis. He even had to contend with our warranty company which was another uphill battle, but he did it and didnt wash his hand of the warranty process and walk away from us. He even called us down to review his work, show us what was wrong on parts and where they were failing and let us see the replacement to ensure he was not here to deceive us. Jason stayed in contact weekly to advise on his process and parts delivery. He takes great pride in the work that does for his customer even if its bad news. He will be working on all our vehicles from this point out! If you are looking for a repair shop to do great work with full transparency and awesome customer service contact Jason!! you wont regret it.

My husband and I were in need of a good reliable, reasonably priced mechanic. I've seen a lot of people talking about this place on the nextdoor neighbor app. So I googled this place and saw nothing but good reviews and they kept naming Jason. So in September we needed to get our 2017 F150 worked on. Hubby took the truck here to Jason, who inspected it and actually drove it around to hear/feel what the problem was. Called us up, told us what was wrong with it and how much it would cost. Let's just say we had him do the work. We drove the truck that weekend all the way down to St. Louis Mo and back with no problems. Now this past week we took our 2012 Buick Enclave to Jason. The parts I had on my car brand new in February went bad that fast, well the parts were on warranty. Jason himself ran around and got my parts that were on warranty from the store, now that show initiative. So where I'm getting at with this review is, I would definitely recommend coming here and ask for Jason. Matter of fact I already recommended him to a few other people now that's on them to go see him. Now you might not get in right away, but he is worth waiting on. I can say we found our new mechanic and we will be using him again later in the future when needed.

Had my destroyed transmission replaced here. Jason was great walked me through the whole process and explained and showed me all the damaged parts including a fractured mid shaft. He is very passionate and professional. Thisalone got the shop a customer for life. Thank you for all the xtra detail. Jeep rides better than when I bought it.

Super fast service and very communicative. They called me as soon as they looked at the car and before moving forward on fixing anything. I needed a new water pump, belt, and various gaskets so Jason sent me a variety of options and pricing to choose from on my needed replacements. This is the best Auto shop to repair your car. Everyone is always nice and very helpful. I own a car rental business and the main mechanic I typically work with Jason has always provided good work and advice for every car I bring in for service. These are a group of honest mechanics that will give great advice on what is best for you cost wise and your vehicle. I couldn t be happier with Borche s service! A family member referred me to see Jason and I m so glad he did. I had a list of potential issues with my Buick Regal and wasn t sure what needed to be fixed and what could wait. After looking at my car, Jason told me what was wrong in order of severity. He explained everything so clearly and I appreciated his honesty in telling me what parts of my car were just fine and what needed attention right away. Had a 6l80E transmission overhaul job done because of the famous torque converter shudder. Jason is extremely knowledgeable about the issue and gives you options and walks you threw the whole process. Iv called at least 10 transmission shops and ended up here. Hes not out for the money grab and is honest in my opinion.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. The tow truck drivers claimed it was the alternator. We had already talked to Jason about other repair that needed to be done ans we were gonna bring it in in October. Then it wouldn't start called AAA and both times they claimed it was the alternator. I am so glad it wasn't the alternator.jason called em and told me the problem. He had it ready for me before the day was over. The fix was a bit of money but it is similar priced cause of the work they would have to do. Friendly amazing staff. Got this recommendation from a auto parts company. I used them and my mom used them. They were honest and respectful and i respect and recommend a company like that. Wonderful job Borche's!!

Took my truck here for a clunking sound. Jason was able to quickly diagnose the issue along with doing a full inspection of my truck. After completing the inspection he let me know that my u joints were bad and needed to be replaced yesterday but also recommended replacing my brake pins as well as something else with my steering. He was very genuine and was not trying to upsell me or try to get me to tack on additional things but was just doing the right thing. Once I picked up my truck the next day he showed me the steering and the slop that was in the piece to show that it wasn't just replaced for no reason. I will be going back here from now on for vehicle repairs as the shop is just great.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

Don't use this place. Won't even look at anything older than 2000. Like hello a good amount of people getting their cars fixed or going to have older cars. Was asking about a head gasket on my 89 Cheyenne, they cut me off while on the phone saying oh that's too old. So that tells me they don't have experienced mechanics.

Went to the dealership a couple of months ago and they told me I needed all four brake pads replaced, when I asked about the price they said $900! They said my pads were at 5 (not sure what the measurement is as I am not car savvy) and needed to be replaced by the upcoming winter as a 3 is considered unsafe to drive with.I took my car to Borche for a second opinion and was just about told the complete opposite! I called for an appointment two days later and the staff were all very friendly. Jason is so professional and breaks it down for you. He actually took the time to remove my tires (unlike the dealership which made their recommendation based on a side eye view), and look at the brakes 360. Jason then explained to me that the front brake pads had a 60% use remaining and the back 80%. Jason even gave me an estimate as to when to come back to replace them, which happened to be the next year!Almost spent a grand at dealership for no reason! Come to Borche for any car services or just for a second opinion. I m really glad I took the time to take my car there and was educated in a non-intimidating way. I will be back when it s actually time to replace my brake pads and for any future car needs.Jason is very professional and you can tell upfront that they re not trying to charge you for everything under the sun, but cares about customers and their vehicle s wellbeing.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

Borche s took excellent care of my elderly aunt s 2005 Honda Civic. She was treated fairly, her car was repaired quickly and she said it was like driving home in a brand new car!I appreciate the care they took in explaining the repairs to her. She was treated like family, and I am very grateful to Borche s.We do not hesitate to recommend this service facility.

Mechanic and service manager Jason was an excellent guy. He was very straight forward about what it would take to repair my vehicle and did his best to keep my costs low. Jason even checked in a week after repairs were complete to make sure everything with my vehicle was A-OK! Everyone there was very nice, they went above and beyond to make my experience with then enjoyable. Jason was wonderful, I took my car in to be checked and he called me with a very detailed run down of my car and informed me of what it will take to get my car running properly. He was very very helpful and you can tell he really is there to help you and get you rolling safely. I really appreciate the time he took to call me and break things down for me. I started using Borsche's for my vehicles many years ago when I had purchased vehicles instead of leasing and had wear and tear type issues. Bob was always honest and fair and took the time to explain everything. Always felt like family when I went there. Many years have passed and while I started leasing my vehicles I have not had to go there for service for them but my two daugters who are now adults always take their vehicles to Borsche's to have work done on their cars when needed. With Jason being involved now I still feel like family and they remember me even after several years. Nice to know my daughetrs have a reputable mechanic they can go to and get honest, quality work at a fair price. Jason and the team were able to repair suspension damage on my daughter's car in one day!The whole family at Borsche's are the best around and I would recommend them to anyone!Keep up the great work!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment
