Really wish I can give this car shop a negative star because I am so disappointed as a customer for one this shop had my vehicle for almost 3 or 4 days my son missed the whole week of school basically due to me not have a transportation a charge me $360 to fix the problem that I told them several times what it was doing he claim he fixed the problem but no unfortunately he did what he wanted to and charge me $360 for that saying that was the problem and also charge me $40 for an transmission oil which he never told me that he was putting in my car before he did it I am highly upset about this. because I m still having the same problem so basically paid $400 for nothing because im still having the same issues I wouldn t recommend this shop to nobody went to another shop. They told me I was overcharged for the work that he did as well. And also, also my car is shaking now and it wasn t doing that at first just fast talk and take you re money and don t care about ppl I work hard for my money don t have time to give it away I got 4 kids I m a single mom as well so that 400 was a lot for me

Good guys fair prices. They do great with American cars. They did my breaks and rotors they had the best price in town

This is the best auto repair shop I've ever been to Mr Eddie is an awesome mechanic and he doesn't try to jack up his prices he's very fair and affordable

Highly recommended. This place is al about how they care about customers. Even if customer feel like changing the part. Eddie will recommend you not too and he will explain it still has life. Eddie values money in your pocket as well nobody does that in this 21st century. Great place...

Gave them my vehicle for about 45 minutes and they managed to damage the flex pipe I just fixed on my exhaust, so now my car is extremely loud again . Then dude tried to blame it on the last mechanic that I used. Even tho my car was quiet as a mouse before I let them backyard employees look at it. They dropped my wing nut down the engine of my 1971 impala and tried to act like they couldn't hear the noises that my original 400 small block engine was now making. They were not supposed to be touching my carburetor at all. They were only supposed to be putting on an alternator so I don't understand why they were messing with the carburetor in the first place.

Needed a timing belt, water pump and a/c idler pulley replace on my honda crv. I'd call myself a backyard mechanic myself but I don't have the time I used to with family and all. I trusted a&e to get the job done right, my crv has 252,000 miles and Thanks for a&e it's going to last beyond 300,000. They also got everything done on time despite a fully booked day. Ask for Edie! Gave me a proper look at my car and told me exactly what I needed. I replaced what the technician said to replace and my car was running great in a matter of minutes. Thanks! I would recommend people to go to this place.

I went here today October 11 2021 to get my transmission put inside and tell them the guy bill was who tell me bring my transmission and truck up to shop than let guy who was working on other car at shop listing to my voice mail and he said ok let me call bill for you than another guy at shop gave me the guy bill number and he was very rude and say all kind stuff outside of his neck but work at shop said to me just bring my truck and transmission back up there on Wednesday but at that time I know that it was a no go for me because you can t talk to client any kind way that just trying get some work done I didn t say anything out way but I won t trust no one with bring they car up to a&e auto shop because I can tell they ain t know what they was doing at all and was very rude
