Came in with a low tire. When they didnt have the size I needed I asked if they could put the donut spare on so I could get back and forth to work the next day. They did without hesitation and didnt charge me. I made sure they had lunch on Saturday. Thank you so much for your help that day I won' t forget where to go when finances change and I can afford new tires!!!!

I have been using this location since 2021. The guys are super nice and never pushy on sales . They also never upsale me on things that are not necessary . Billy and his team were refreshingly nice, honest, and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience. I was so impressed with the quality of both the work performed and the people performing it. These guys treated me like family. They didn t try and upsell me, there was no bait-and-switch, and they educated me on my car and its condition which was so informative. I ll be honest: I was expecting a regrettable experience but desperate for an oil change at 530pm. I was so pleasantly surprised. They educated me about brakes and the consumer deceit that exists in the brake replacement industry. I will be bringing my 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe back to them to do my brake pads.Thank you guys so much!

Super slow. Paid 40 dollars for an oil change. Didn't check my tire pressure, no top off on even just washers fluid. And he tried showing me my oil level without pressuring the system.

they all hooked me up, but gabe went the extra mile for sure. two thumbs up.I had to add to this. There aren't enough words to express how much I would recommend this place. Yeah, some ppl are going to have bad reviews here and there bc everyone has off days. They hooked me up this morning and made a customer out of my husband. That isn't easy AT ALL. Gabe, Abe, and the other slim young man who's name idk are always so cool and nice. Best of all, quick, and reliable! I came in with a big problem but small fix. Took ten minutes max and being a returning customer MYSELF, they didn't even charge me. So they actually gaf about customers. PEOPLE. PLEASE don't go in expecting free work though bc nobody owes that to anyone. We insisted on giving him something anyway. It's the point that he didn't want anything. I could go on and on bc I talk a lot but I'm no bot....like a lot of reviews bigger companies have for their reviews. Even written reviews. Idk how these guys don't have 5 stars. They deserve all 5.Service: Oil change

I always take my vehicles here. They go the extra mile in my opinion. And tip your workers if you feel they go above and beyond. And I don't even know the guys there besides going there the past few years getting fluid changed. Great service.

Great experience. Very friendly guys. Not gonna lie I usually feel pretty taken advantage of as a young woman at these places but I felt respect and kindness from the employees here. They told me to come back in a week at no cost to check up on my oil leak. Unfortunately I didn t make it a week before the oil all leaked out. Will be returning for future needs.Service: Oil change

I had an oil change done on my car. They were nice and friendly, They topped off the fluids and added air to 2 tires. Quick and just took maybe 10 minutes max. I highly recommend 9 Mile Lube Express!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

These guys are the only guys I trust with my car! After getting screwed by a different oil change place and looking at $600 in repairs, I decided to never go anywhere else but here. Fast and friendly service! They make you feel like family. Not pushy at all! Often times they offer donuts and water. Always a great experience. Thanks guys!

Friendly staff. Very courteous. I go there for my oil changes. And I also stop in to get air in my tires as needed. And they never mind doing it. They really value their customers. Very professional but make you feel comfortable. I recommend

Their prices are pretty close to advertised minus a shop fee of a couple bucks. I asked up front how much it would cost and they told me the correct amount. I've had issues at other oil change places in the south Warren area with not honoring advertised pricing.They were very fast, courteous, and professional. They performed the oil change, topped off my coolant and washer fluid, checked my tire pressure, showed me my air filter, and also showed me the oil quality before and after the change.They do recommend additional services, but they're not too aggressive about it. At the end they give you a print out with a bunch of information including mileage and recommended services.The quality of service is excellent. The guys working the shop are genuinely nice and professional.I highly recommend giving them a try.

Was there a couple days ago for a radiator flush and a clean my power steering reservoir out the gentleman was courteous very kind courteous professional I'd recommend it to anybody

If I could give them 0 stars it would be my first choice. How inconsiderate & rude people they take advantage of people. They were so rude & hung up on me when I called to explain what they did to my 70 yr old grandmothers car and his response was she should have known and then he hung up when I mentioned his terrible review with the same problem multiple times. I have reported the to better business bureau as well. They should all have to be re trained I hope no else gets scammed by this place it seems they are doing a good job at messing people s cars up. She went in for a oil change they didn t even change her oil then put the oil in the trans fluid spot it had to be flushed 4 times. Seems to be a common trend here.

This is hands down the best oil change in town! I been coming here for the past 6 years and the service is amazing. The new owners are great guys they are all brothers and are always there. 5 star recommended for all car needs!!!

This has been my go-to place for the last 10+ years. I'm never disappointed. The guys always do great work. I would recommend this place to anyone. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Moved to this side of town and now have been here between 8-10 times. Every time they are friendly. That don't harass you about getting the extra stuff. They have also replaced a head light bulb and my license plate light bulb. Always in and out. My boyfriend sometimes takes my car in for me, and he's never had a problem either. I'm going to keep coming here for sure.

DO NOT GO HERE! My brother and I both went here to get oil changes. They stripped both of our oil pan drain plugs causing all the oil to leak. We both had to replace the entire oil pan. These guys are jokes. Do not go here unless you want to spend hundreds of dollars fixing your car after they mess it up.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Very good oil changing place, they are good and cheap. Workers are fast, soon you pull up they star working on it. After changing oil the also cleaned up the surrounding too which is so nice. I have been there three times. I do recommend this place to anyone.

So I was looking for some used tires. I found this shop. They told me that they had 2 tires i needed for $70 and that they should have more next week. They took my number, but never called. So I came back figuring I am going to get this 2 and 2 more from somewhere else. When I came back to Lube express the tried to sell me the same tires for $100, and when I almost left sold them to me for $80. I should of left because the tires the sold me were unusable. They had holes and bubbles that could not be fixed. I came back an hour later to return them, but they wouldn't take them back arguing that they have a sing inside about no returns no exchanges. Mind you I have never been inside.I ve tried to contact the owner for 3 days, finally i found someone who is the manager, who agreed to replace one of the tires.Bottom line horrible service, one of the mechanics working there is an intolerable lazy bum, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, but if you go there, make sure you check and double check everything they do and do yourself a favor, pay with a credit card, so you have some protection.

Dont ever go there. They used to be good people. I used to there last 3 years. The new management is horrible. I went to this shop yesterday after couple month. I went there for oil change but they try to sell some other stuff to me. Also they charged me $65 for full synthetic oil. Later i found out this oil cost only $29 on autozone. They are unprofessional. They young guy who putting some washer fluid in my car he dropped some to guys face who changing oil underneath my car. I would give 0 star to this shop. Please dont waste your time and dont ruin your car. Go somewhere else.

Paid $70 for the best oil they didn't even check my fluids or filter..... Worst place I've ever been for a oil change. And they didn't even clear my dash still says low oil life. All the other places did that for meService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I've been going here since I learned to drive, and my family has gone here for years prior to that. Honest work, quick and friendly service. Even with the ownership change, everything remains 5 stars.

I had to stop going there because the new employees don't give me the service that I was use to getting when they had an employee named Rob. He would check everything including the lights and if I needed a bulb replaced he would make for sure that it was done. And reset my oil change light notification in the car. Sad that he left so the search for a new oil change place is on.

If I could give 0 stars I would, they didn't tighten my drain plug and it fell out after driving about 20 miles, all my oil drained out of course. Luckily I saw the giant puddle under my car when coming out of a store and realized what happened before I blew up my engine. I returned to the store and asked for my money back and the money to replace the $50 of Mobil one that drained out and the cost of a new drain plug. I was told that they didn't believe their guys would do that but was offered my next oil change for free? I wouldn't trust these guys to change a light bulb, they dont stand by their work
