I've been coming to this oil shop for a while for a very simple reason. How much they help you. I've brought over four cars in recently. Got a Hyundai and I wasn't sure about the engine and the oil changes and Mark took 30 minutes explaining me every single option and it wasn't for the sake of not wanting to spend the money. I just wanted to know that I was spending the money right and I can't even begin to tell you how much he taught me and made me understand and even at a lower price point than what I could have spent. Mark was awesome!!!

Joe has great customer service..Explains everything thoroughly. Takes the time to make sure of any maintenance and upkeep that maybe needed soon or in the future to prevent any safety issues with the car. Highly recommend the Oil Exchange in Walled Lake.

Mark was absolutely incredible. Exceptional customer service! He explained in detail what I needed to be conscious of on my vehicle. Very polite and patient in his explanation. Knocked ice off my car the man needs a raise!

I have to say , you guys have the finest , most knowledgeable, caring and nicest staff I have EVER come across at any place that services cars like you guys do . It started with my man Mark , who in many ways saved my life and care , and continues with Joe who is simply at another level. His expertise , desire to helpHis customers , and just general awesomeness can t go unnoticed . I am an Oil Exchange guy for life now cause of Mark & Joe

I came here to have my oil and coolant levels checked. Josh, Otis & Joe were amazing! I mentioned the trouble I had trying to replace the day time running light. Josh took the time to go downstairs and get a better look. After a few minutes Otis came to assist and was able to pull the old light bulb out and install the new one. I can't thank them enough for what they did and they were all helpful and friendly. I'll be using them for future oil changes.Thank you all so much!

I ve been bringing all our cars here for over 15 years. After the service I received yesterday, I will never be back!! He was so rude and didn t check anything. Just did the oil. I needed wipes desperately too but didn t ask because he was being so mean. My daughter was scared. We just sat in silence because it was so awkward. I couldn t wait to leave. 120$ and he couldn t take 5 minutes to check my tires and stuff?!?!Service: Oil change

I have been using this location for a few years. Joe, the manager, have been always very helpful, respectful and honest with me. His team is also efficient, thoughtful and kind. Joe and/ or his team always explain to me, with facts/records, what my car, based on car manufacturing service recommendations, needs at the time of service. They always answered all my questions and ease my concerns. Their price is fear, competitive , and their customer service is extraordinary! I only get my oil changed here. Even after moving out of town to the city of Gardens in Garden City. I still make the drive to come here. Always offering a water and dog treats. Really sets the tone for the experience. In and out in right amount of time.

I've never been to a better oil change! These guys go above and beyond for you every single time! I went in with no coolant in my car and I thought I just needed some oil. They were able to fill me up and gave me advice on mechanics in the area to fix me up. Had I not stopped in I would have really broken my engine. Will never go anywhere else for oil changes. They always willing to educate you on what they are doing and why and I appreciate the info as cars aren't my strong suit.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

What a wonderful place. Went for the first time. They are super funny and will put a smile on your face. Honest and prices are pretty darn good. Plus you get a free carwash coupon. They have TVs for you to watch while in the car. Now that is nice.

Extremely knowledgeable... really friendly employees and management...i just bought a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado with a 5.3L V8...it has 76k mileage...it takes full synthetic oil...8 quarts of oil...great price @ that...Thanks guys!!! Customer 4 life...

Had a great experience here the other day! The staff was super trustworthy and respectful. I went for an oil change specifically but ended up having some other services done as well. I am sometimes skeptical of being sold services, but I felt like my car was in good hands here. I was walked through the few additional recommendations I got and was visually shown examples, which was really helpful for deciding if I wanted anything additional done. Jimmy in particular was awesome! He spent a lot of extra time making sure that my car was in good shape, and that I was happy with the services. Came in for an oil change yesterday as I ve been coming here for 9 years. The tech told me that I needed full synthetic as that s what was already in the vehicle coming from the manufacturer. I told the tech multiple times that I ve received a synthetic blend in all of my brand new vehicles I ve brought in for service without any question. I received a reply to my previous Google review saying I d receive a full refund and an apology. I received a call from Joe (the owner/manager) today who did said the tech did not approach me in the correct manner, but that the owns manual does state that my vehicle recommends a full synthetic because of the eco boost (which I m aware of with my previous vehicles). Joe also told me that coming straight from the manufacturer, the vehicles come with full synthetic. I called my dealership (a family friend owns it) as well as multiple ford service centers who confirmed that my specific vehicle would be serviced with a synthetic blend as that s what is in the vehicle coming from the manufacturer. He said the dealerships job is to up sell you (which I said is what you did yesterday) and that they don t know what they re talking about. I didn t appreciate feeling like I was being talked down to as a woman.I will not be taking down my review as requested by the company until I receive a refund.Service: Oil change

It s absolutely mind blowing how incredibly i have been treated here every time i have gone here. i literally won t go anywhere else. these guys make me feel so comfortable and don t try to sneak in extra charges or take advantage of me being a female who is very open and honest about not knowing a thing about cars. i always feel i am in great hands here and i appreciate these guys more than they knowService: Oil change

I have always had a great experience at the oil exchange. The attendants are all very nice and upbeat; can t say that I d be the same working in the summer heat or winter frigidness. They always take great care of my car and don t try to up sell me for every little thing. I love that they are reasonably priced and give you a free car wash with every visit. The manager, Joe is my absolute favorite. He was my first experience with the oil exchange and I haven t gone anywhere else since.. that was 3 years ago and I m a loyal customer to this day! Highly recommended.

These guys are awesome! Got me in and out very quick, free car wash, price was fair, and they were very cool with me and my kiddos. They let me know what other things I need to do as far as maintenance and even wrote down prices however I did not feel "pressured". Glad I found these guys they are literally 2 minutes from my house and it's cute they have a "ladies day"

All the guys working there and nice . They get you in and out as quick as they can . I go there every 2 months and it's always the same service. Jimmy , Dan and the boss man and Otis are great. I would recommend people to go there.

I love getting my oil changed here when I visit my parents. The service is fast, friendly, and the price is fair. Sure beats getting my oil changed in northern Virginia.

Techs here couldn't tell the difference between a rubber crush washer on my oil plug and a "aftermarket helicoil." Tech insisted I had an aftermarket plug installed and the threads where backing out with the plug as he unscrewed it so they didn't do the oil change..... I did my oil change myself today, and my only thought was the tech seriously thought the rubber crushwasher was part of the pan. I understand these guys aren't mechanics, but come on... this level of incompetence is pretty ridiculous. For reference I drive an 09 Civic, so its not like it was foreign or uncommon thing to see.
